I am online at the Affiliate Center and see that someone just signed up under my link and is online too. What should I do?

This is an interesting question that I may have un unpopular answer for. I have clicked on the link and greeted them personally with a note just saying "Hi! This is Leigh Ann, your sponsor, and I just noticed that you were signing up as I happened to be online. I just wanted to say hello and welcome you to my team!"
At this point, I have never received a reply and EVERY person that I have done this with have never been productive with SFI. In fact, I think that immediate contact may scare them off!
Here's what I do:
I have brief welcome letter that introduces myself and welcomes them to my team. I offer my assistance and make sure they understand that I truly am here to help them succeed. I email that message to them and get a very good response rate it. I tend to follow up with them a few days later, again offering any assistance, but not being pushy.
This helps to develop a good relationship with my PSA's. The IM link tends to be a little too much contact, too quickly, for many people. I use that tool for my PSA's as they become active. It's a great tool if used in the proper way!

What makes SFI better than other Internet-based income opportunities?

I believe there are a few different attributes that makes SFI better than other online income opportunities, but the two most important ones are very basic:
1. A company you can be proud to promote! The SFI opportunity is part of a company that has a solid business background and A+ BBB rating. The large majority of online opportunities do not have the history and solid foundation that SFI is built on. They are often fly by night or "too good to be true" scams.
2. No risk! With the no investment requirement to join, affiliates have absolutely nothing too lose. So many other internet-based income opportunities charge a fee and leave you without income in return. With SFI you can earn income without any investment whatsoever if you want to pursue recruitment of ECA's and promote Triple Clicks sales. No other online opportunity that I know of can boast this.
With SFI, there is a good variety of ways to build revenue streams, and like no other place on the web will you find one without an investment requirement and an A+ BBB rating along with a vast product selection that you can promote. No one ever forces you to buy expensive products that you cannot afford and do not need!!!

How do I encourage my affiliates to set up a Standing Order?

The best way to encourage your affiliates to set up a standing order is to set one up for yourself. The IAHBE is the perfect standing order that will always guarantee you the EA status that allows you to maintain your CSA's.
Email or talk to your downline and impress upon them the importance of building a strong downline that supports our company. When SFI does well, we ALL do well with our executive pool. I always try to explain to my team that an IAHBE investment is not only a source of valuable information, but a tax write off. Same with the co-ops that are on Triple Clicks. Buying those on standing orders not only give you regular VP, but also serves as an outstanding tax write-off!

What kind of rewards have proven to be the most effective for you for getting inactive affiliates active?

I like to offer contests to my team. I offer both contests to PSA's and CSA's who earn EA2, BTL and above. I reward PSA reassignments to the winners. It is a great way to help them build their team more quickly. The better they do, the more I succeed!
What is the most important daily activity that SFI Team Leaders should engage in?

In my opinion, the most important daily activity is to check my "movers" and see how they are doing. Check their VP, their last log in and reach out to them and see if there is anything you can do to personally help them build their business. Offer advice and acknowledge their achievements. You're "movers" are what will build your business, so give them the support they deserve!!!
How does sponsoring many affiliates help me?

Sponsoring affiliates is what network marketing is all about. Learn the ins and outs of SFI, then recruit, recruit, recruit. Train each new affiliate and work with them to build their downline. Their sales in recruitment not only builds their income, but yours, too. The more you sponsor, the more you earn. It is that simple!
What is the best way to get new affiliates to focus on the E365 competition?

The best thing you can do is log in daily yourself and watch your "movers" page and your genealogy reports. I watch my new affiliates logins and green line totals. If they are close to dropping below the green line, I personally contact them and bring that to their attention. I also remind them of some quick ways to avoid this happening.
New affiliates are busy learning what SFI is all about. Regular contact with them with personal reminders go a long way in helping them achieve these goals!

How can I get my downline members to understand SFI and what to do?

There are three important things that I do to make sure my PSA's to understand SFI.
1. Reach out to them as soon as possible after they sign up. Send them a personal email that shows them you have an interest in their success in SFI. Let them know that you are not going to bombard them with emails, but send them only valuable information that gives them the important information they they need to succeed.
2. Send them to the Launchpad!!! In that initial email encourage them to login daily and go through the Launchpad training. Impress upon them the importance of really reading those pages and understanding what each is telling them. These pages are extremely well written and are set up so that the affiliates are giving the right information in proper order for good training.
3. Finally, over the next few weeks, I watch their progress online and reach out to them if they aren't progressing. I send them a very short email offering my service or asking if they have any areas that I can assist them with.
Keeping regular contact with your PSA's and making sure they go through the Launchpad training will help insure they understand the program they are promoting and will help them to be a success with SFI!

What's a good e-mail to send to SFI prospects (on my safelists)?

I purchase email lists of business opportunity seekers specifically. I email them message addressing them by first name and thank them for their request of information about business opportunities. I then state that I would like to share my information with them and give them them positive information about the program. Free to join, etc. I make sure I include the link to my URL. I think the most important thing in the email is the subject line. Anything gimmicky will not be opened and may go right to the spam folder. I recommend sticking with something basic like "Thank you for your request."
Make sure you include an unsubscribe link in the email so they can opt out from receiving future emails if they want to do so. Good luck!

Now that I have qualified for the level of EA what do I need to do to advance to Team Leader?

If you are serious about earning a steady income in SFI, the key is in sales and recruiting. Once you get to the TL level and can earn matching VP, things get easier, but you MUST take a leap of faith and support the Triple Clicks site if you are to grow and expand your business. I would advise you to look for SFI or advertising products/services that will earn you VP for your purchase and provide you with the tools that help you to grow your business!
Now, if you are on a shoestring budget and cannot afford to purchase Triple Clicks, products and services, I would advise you to actively sell them. Recruit some ECA's for the program and generate VP and direct commissions for all your referred orders. Active ECA's will generate commissions for you for years to come.
Good ECA leads are distributors of home party goods, Avon distributors, distributors of diet supplements and individuals that sell on other sites like ebay. Everyone knows at least one of these distributors! Reach out to them and encourage them to list their products on Triple Clicks and explain how we need their products to sell and promote on their behalf!
If you stick with it faithfully, you will get to that BTL level. Be sure the maintain it and then enjoy matching VP of your downline! Good luck!
