This is a great question...

- You can actually post banners of SFI and Triple Clicks on your blog, that people will see, can click on and possibly could join;

- However, in my opinion, the best way to use your blog to promote SFI is to actually blog about SFI, the things that you like, why you joined SFI, your experience so far or the experience and testimonials of others with more time done, the best feature about SFI like unlimited support and training and so on... and, in each one of you blog talking about SFI, you want to include - this is fundamental - a call to action.

The Call to Action is inviting people to actually click on the little button saying "Join Now" and telling them exactly what to do starting with clicking the button, filling out the form and then, clicking submit. The more you tell people what to do, the more they will do it.

In this way, people will recognize themselves in what you share in your blog, they will visualize the benefits you are describing and they will want to be working with you... you can even add a little extra incentive that you will be giving them for free if they join with you.

This is a wonderful question indeed...
Personally, I feel there are many advantages to such reassignments...
The most important ones are...
1) Getting PSAs requires much effort or much money investment on your part in the first place and, in this case you are absolutely getting the same type of PSAs results... most of them do nothing; meaning that it is a true gift from your Sponsor as you did not have to work or pay to get them... you should be THANKFUL for getting them.
2) Since in a business like SFI it is very often a question of establishing a wonderful relationship with our team members, our PSAs; and, since we are all people with different ways of thinking, with different affinities; it is quite possible that somewhere you Sponsor is not able to really get in touch with a PSAs that you could be able to; you could have more affinities with that person or find the most appropriate way to reach out to him/her and succeed at bringing him/her to work successfully the business... this is a wonderful opportunity for you to try and maybe succeed where yous Sponsor have failed before you.
3) And, finally, you absolutely never know when a change can happen in someone's life that could bring him/her back to working the business and maybe becoming one of your top leaders while he/she was doing absolutely nothing before. Again, this is a potential opportunity in the waiting that could become very beneficial to you!!!
Open your arms to these reassignments and be Thankful as they might change your business and your life someday... sooner or later ;-)

There are so many ways by which you can learn all there is to learn about advertising using the internet...
1) As you mentioned, there is the SFI Training and there is a lot of info and trainings on the subject;
2) Then, you can ask your SFI upline, or your a2a friends or your colleagues in the forum... you are most certain to find an expert in one way or another;
3) Then, you can search on the internet (on Google for example) to find out information about ways of advertising and, then, more specifically on one way or another;
4) And, finally, the best way to learn is to jump in and do it... you will do some trial and errors but you will learn from them and if you persevere, you will become an expert.
Some people just keep searching and searching waiting to be an expert before they get started... but, it is not the way, as you will never master something until you do it and, then, practice, practice, practice and practice again until you become a PRO!

My reply might not be very much what is expected though...

For me, if I have a chance to be communicating with that affiliate - because very often those who are thinking of opting out are not usually the ones close to you and they might already be not responsive; but suppose I could...

I would simply ask QUESTIONS to find out what are the underlying reasons to this consideration of quitting and, from there, I would try to answer these questions or concerns in the most appropriate way and in truth... ready in my mind to let this affiliate go if so he/she chooses.

As I understood long ago that even if I could get to win this time, I will probably have to "fight" with this issue some other time soon.

People who are thinking of quitting are usually not making what needs to be done to build their business and do not feel good about themselves and their results but, will not be able to admit it and will look for any excuses from the business model perspective... sad but TRUE!

I am not much into "saving" people... if they want to quit after, everyone and everywhere people mentions in here about "not quitting", then quit... you could always come back when you will realize your mistake as so many actually do.

Sometimes we need to lose something to realize fully what we had in our "hands".

I am motivating my team by...
1) being close to them:
- I provide them with lots of information to help and support them;
- I provide for motivational videos or links to supportive posts in the forum;
- I answer all of their questions in taking the necessary time to look for the best possible answer always;
- I review my genealogy every day so that I can see any of their achievement and Congratulate them for each little step along the way and I recognize them through my leadership page and the stream posts;
- I also point to them some of the possible ways they can gather some extra VPs to stay in the E365 or to reach EA status, and so on;
- and, finally, I am always present for them through Skype.
2) I am making some contests in which I am providing them for reassignments based on their recruitment efforts or status results.
I seem to be doing quite good looking at my sponsor ratings but, I am always looking for how can I do more to support and motivate them always.

You want to discuss with people and through this discussion share some of your personal experience in business, about SFI, about Triple Clicks, share some great testimonials or great results from yourself and others, share some tips and tricks, and so on...

In Social Media... like Facebook, Linkedin, Google+, Pinterest, AdlandPro, etc.

In business forums or other type of forum where you get to connect with people, get known and appreciated and then sharing some benefits of SFI, people will feel like joining you.

Or any other type of discussion group that you can join.

The reason why I figure this is the best method is because "People do not join Business, they join People." We need to remember this always and by connecting with people, getting them to like the information or expertise or information we share in our answers, comments, etc... bring them closer to wanting to work with us.

This is asking for a little more time but will surely bring a better quality of prospects for the business.

I am using Skype a lot with great success and no problems at all...

I am providing all of my team members with my username on Skype so they can connect with me if they desire and anytime they want;

I am inviting them in my mailings to connect with me on Skype for easier communication;

I am chatting on Skype with many of them on a regular basis to answer all of their questions;

I am chatting on Skype with my leaders who want to work closer to me, helping us a great deal in the process of duplication;

I am using Skype to BE PRESENT to all of my team members... as I am working from home and spending lots of time on my computer, I am always there available for them if they choose to... they are all invited and I am there PRESENT for all of them anytime... always being able to answer in a timely fashion.

In fact, I had only one advice from my sponsor when I first signed up and it was "to not do much more than 1500 VPs to get my Executive Affiliate in my first month if I did not want to invest some money in a Standing Order as i will still need some activities to repeat and get the 1500 VPs again in my second month". This is not an advice I followed since I was ready to invest some money and went full blast up to Silver Team Leader. However, this is an advice that I integrated in one of my emails to my downline, the one congratulating them for their Fast Track as I figure this is great advice indeed.

This is a great question and a challenge to accomplish in this virtual world.
However, here are some important steps that might help...
First, you need to undestand that you will never ever get all of your team members to join in any team community spirit and very far from it;
Second, you want to be very present yourself in working with the ones that really want to be working with you... through regular email or chat communications;
Third, you can create some contests and incentives and share results about them in your posts, email communications, chats and leadership page;
Fourth, you can try to implement some regular communication with these really involved team members by using group chats in Skype or starting a hangout in Google +;
Fifth, you can also implement regular training sessions for your team members using a webinar platform such as www.anymeeting.com where you could gather up to 200 of your team members for a discussion or training on a specific topic.
They will slowly discover the Power of sharing experiences and challenges together and, you will start to get slowly more and more of your team members joining in over time.

My answer:
I understand that you want to evaluate the business by putting my personal results on your own scale of success. However, my income reflects only my own effort and results; they do not reflect in any way the real business potential as many people are making much more than I do and you could be making much more yourself. The other thing is that our income grows as we build the business with time; so, again, my income now is much different than what it will be in a year, 2 years or 5 years from now. Thus, looking at income results is not the right way to envisage a business. You would come to a much better evaluation if you consider all the aspects of the business (including income potential) in regards to your own goals and your own strengths. From there, you will be able to have a much better internal feeling of your own success potential with this wonderful business. It is also fundamental to remember, while considering all of the possibilities, that our own mind is truly the one defining our own limits.
