What is your experience or your opinion about running contests (and providing prizes) to motivate your PSAs?

I have ran another this month and it work perfectly for me. This is my second one and they seem to really work hard to get the prize. Then if they didn't have a goal to reach, the contest gives them that goal.
I am online at the Affiliate Center and see that someone just signed up under my link and is online too. What should I do?

You first response is to greet them, Say Hello, and then welcome them to SFI. Let them know that you are their sponsor and you are there to help them with anything they may need. The First key to success with your down-line is Communication.
How do you use the information in your Genealogy about the VP your affiliates (individually and collectively) have generated?

It tells me who is active and who isn't, who I need to contact and give a helping hand. I use my Genealogy information daily, it is a great way to communicate.
How do I go about finding ECAs in my own city?

I ran an ad in the Thrifty Nickle or your local newspaper people still read the paper is a good way to contact people in your area.
I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

Help them of course. Make sure you ask who their sponsor is so you can talk to them, they might want to trade with you. Each affiliate you reassign to a team member ( this is what you can tell him),He/She get points that are awarded for the transferred of the affiliate. It could be the their sponsor has too many to handle and can't get to them all. So you're doing him/her a favor by taking them off their hands and they get awarded for it. Plus you get the affiliate. So it's a win win situation.

Since Mediocrity Ability means: achievement, or performance. I would think a positive attitude makes all the difference between both the Mediocrity and success, because without a positive attitude you don't have either.
What is the best way to evaluate Traffic Exchanges for SFI use?

I use http://www.easyhits4u.com. I have been with them for years. Not only do they drive traffic to your site they pay really good and you can use the points/credits they give you for free advertisements. They do have others but I prefer the extra cash and the option to use this on advertisement or to my paypal account.
How can I get people interested in buying from TripleClicks when there are so many other options to buy online?

Send an email to your affiliates letting them know that they get rewarded with points and a low discount. With Triple Clicks when you buy from them you get Versa Points to add to their monthly total, then after their initial purchase follows a review which gives them more Versa Points (25 for each review and which is limitless)plus with the discount, it's a win/win situation. They get a deal and rewarded for their purchase at Triple Clicks they can't get anywhere else.

In a PSA group mailing. I am proud of all my PSA they have really worked hard to become successful. Some times I will do an one on one email to the PSA who has gone far and beyond what is expected of them.
Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

I would reach out to anyone who needs it. Since your income comes from 8 levels deep, I wouldn't leave anyone out. Leave them a note to let them know you are there if they need you. I had where 3rd level affiliates have contacted me.
