How do you promote the new Fast-Track 2.0 program to your team without putting them off?

The first rule to doing anything with your team is to do your best to get to know them--that's how you figure out your best approach. Right now, every PSA who responds to me directly gets told:
"SFI is a pretty sweet program, and to encourage you to succeed, they set up a thing they call 'Fast-Track' which promotes early activity. All you have to do within these first ten days is five simple actions from your Getting Started list, and make some quick sales (or a quick purchase) and you're off to a better start because you get 250 bonus VP, extra Daily Grand entries, and a 10% boost in your monthly bonus pool. There are also some badges and a nifty certificate to frame, but the biggest real advantage are the points boosting you toward Executive Affiliate.
Now, there is a cool New Member Pack you could buy for $20 which has all sorts of goodies, but if you really want to succeed, consider inviting others to buy $20 worth of merchandise at TripleClicks--your commission makes it worth your time, and it gets you some valuable experience in being part of the affiliate program."
I recommend tailoring this based on your PSA. For example, gamers who like to unlock achievements will be more interested in the badge and certificate because it commends them on their accomplishments. I tend to focus on the greater financial value because that seems to be driving what my affiliates desire.

What's the best way to build a profitable SFI business using S-Builder Co-op?

S-Builder Co-op allows you to automate the process of bringing PSAs beneath you each month in which you participate; the number of these will vary based on the sign-up rates of new affiliates that month. Contrast this to PSAs To Go, which delivers a flat number at a somewhat higher price.
The fact that this process is essentially handled by someone else has its advantages and disadvantages. On the plus side, it takes the process of generating PSAs for you, but on the minus side, these PSAs won't really know who you are, as they would if you took a more personal approach, so they may not be as committed as personally-recruited folks. That said, if you can get five active affiliates every month and successfully teach and motivate each of them to fully duplicate your actions (and so on...), you can generate a massive income very very quickly thanks to the geometric progression created.
Since the cash you spend on shares is linear, as long as you can get decent duplication, you can definitely make this work; further, the more money you can pump into S-Builder, the more the money should come back to you, and with that, the faster the success. This remains true even with a high attrition rate; once you have an affiliate base that can overcome that, financial duplication takes over, and you can start to pull the types of profits you desire.

How much time should I allow before I should expect to be producing income from SFI?

How much time it takes to produce money through SFI depends entirely upon how much you promote and produce sales at TripleClicks. If you pick a single favorite product, focus on that, and set up ways to promote that one product successfully, you can be earning money within a month. In fact, if you do this with a consumable product, like the Supreme Whey Protein or something else that gets used within a month, you can convince people to get savings on a Standing Order and continue to earn commissions almost passively with satisfied customers.
Now, on the other hand, many people focus on building huge networks of affiliates and encourage them to make purchases for the purpose of building commissions and VersaPoints, and it's true that more money can potentially be made that way by building a larger active network because your bonus pool can grow exponentially with each generation, but building that kind of team takes a lot more time, a lot more effort, and a lot more work. Building an income by this method alone will take much, much longer, but it can eventually pay big dividends.
Regardless, the speed with which you build an income depends on how much effort you put into promoting the products. Both methods work, and you can use both methods to your advantage... but in the end, both also depend entirely on how many people buy. That's where time figures in.

What some ways to involve your family members with your SFI business (not as affiliates but as partners)?

Well, if your family just wants to help you out with your SFI business but don't want to become affiliates themselves, there are three main options:
1) Become customers: TripleClicks is a great place to shop, and they can always buy things they need there, and earn you commissions in the process.
2) Join Wave3: Once they're already customers, they can spread the word about TripleClicks that way.
3) Social networking: When your friends and family like and share your links through their network, your reach and influence can expand dramatically
The most important thing to do when involving your family in your SFI business in any role, though, is to focus them on tasks they enjoy and make them feel good when they do them. Mixing business and family can be a very difficult balance to maintain.

What are some good ways to get my friends to join my Eager Zebra game league?

What are you doing to organize your league, and what makes it different from just playing the EZ games? That's going to determine what you can do to promote your league and get people playing in it. For example:
* Are you having people share the field of possible answers in Time Machine to assure that one of you wins it?
* Are you running a forum to discuss sports and predictions in Uber-Picks?
* Are you tracking trivia questions?
* Are you offering prizes among league members?
Each of these things can give your league value, and those can get your friends to participate in a league.

When and how should I start preparing for my retirement from SFI?

I don't see the point in "retiring from SFI." It's an essentially-free source of additional income. If you've decided you want to stop promoting, and you want to keep making commissions, do that. Personally, I would only consider doing that when I have enough money to pay for everything I want to do for the rest of my life. Otherwise, congratulations, you get to struggle to pay for food, clothing, and shelter with no money.
Instead, let SFI become an additional retirement supplement--as long as you have more money coming in than you have going out, you can continue indefinitely.

What are some ways to make your personal SFI website effective?

By "personal SFI website," I'm assuming you mean "a website you have built to promote SFI to friends and strangers alike." Now, to make any website effective, you need three things:
1) Content that interests your audience,
2) Ways to encourage your audience to return to your website, and
3) Links that take your audience where you want them to go.
"Content that interests your audience" is most likely going to focus on one or more of the interests you share with your audience. I'm a big fan of games, for example, so I might write articles on favorite board and card games and throw concepts up for discussion. "Ways to encourage your audience to return to your website" are going to take the forms of discussion groups, mailing lists, and autoresponders. You have to keep your audience engaged or they will lose interest. "Links that take your audience where you want them to go" include advertising that promotes TripleClicks and/or SFI as well as links WITHIN your content that promote specific aspects of these. For example, I sell a card game I designed myself on TripleClicks; it's only natural that when this comes up in an article, I will include a link directly to my ECA store so they can buy it.
The better you can provide those three things, the more effective your website will become.

Which is better and why...using TW (TCredits Welcome) or CW (Cash Welcome) with my new affiliates?

Honestly, the choice between TCredits Welcome and Cash Welcome is a trade-off with a number of facets you can consider:
* With TCredits Welcome, you can choose to give 3 to 9 TCredits to your new PSAs, which is more flexible than the Cash Welcome's one-dollar value.
* On the other hand, the TCredits awarded have to be used within 24 hours. This can either: (a) encourage the new PSA to explore TripleClicks, place a member listing and start earning money, play with the games, and download music, or (b) add to the PSA's sense of being overwhelmed and wind up being a waste of TCredits. Given that the TCredits Welcome is also slightly more expensive, this may seem like something of an added risk.
* The Cash Welcome, on the other hand, has as its only real downside that the one dollar sits passively where the TCredits encourages immediate action.
My own preference is for the Cash Welcome because I use something the following strategy: In addition to the Cash Welcome, when I send out my welcome e-mail, I offer my PSAs an unspecified "welcome gift" if they reply back to me immediately. That gift will be in the form of a standard TCredit assignment; I will then, as part of their training, teach them how to use those TCredits to place member listings so that they can start earning money straight away and find value in being an SFI affiliate. When they feel like they're already making money, it ensures their engagement.

I like to distribute TripleClicks TCards to prospects. How can I tie the cards to SFI and get them excited about SFI?

When you're distributing your gift cards, you can tell them about how you promote TripleClicks for SFI, and if the idea of making money off commissions excites them, then SFI may be might be the right opportunity. The whole trick is in making sure they link TripleClicks and SFI in their heads, and when they decide they like TripleClicks enough to make money off of it, SFI will be a great fit for them.
How can being an SFI affiliate change your life?

I can think of a few changes that becoming an SFI affiliate can make:
1) First and foremost, it provides a way to make money in your leisure time, and that money can make a difference in the way you live your life.
2) It can encourage you to learn new written and verbal communication skills, and that will change how well you can engage with people.
3) It offers you the opportunity to learn more about internet promotion, sales, and marketing, which can help you decide how you want to build your online career and presence.
4) It can introduce you to many more people, build many more friendships, and generally enrich your life that way.
5) Through encouraging you to build daily habits, it can improve your ability to self-discipline and self-motivate.
That's all just "off the top of my head." I'm certain there are even more ways that your time as an SFI affiliate can change your life for the better.
