By working with our Affiliates we have two very good options here.

1) Their profile snapshot will share the most information we need.

2) Look at their Ledger.

3) The "Activities" tab on the profile menu below their profile information.

There is no point in going any farther, all of the information we need is before us located in these three places, and will also direct us to what action we should take to support our Affiliates.

We will also recognize along with their progress they are not asking us many questions as before as they begin to go it alone. This also indicates they are actively participating in the training, frequently networking the SFI Forum, and very active at ASK SC, and are also self-disciplined and serious about the SFI business opportunity.

And of course the action from TripleClicks, and how they use these products, services, games, etc. will also speak volumes in regard to readiness.

By following these few locations we can watch our Affiliates as they grow accustom to this SFI business opportunity. We also tend to separate them from those who need more support, and our methods of support change accordingly.

Question:
"What are you doing to help your PSAs become Team Leaders?"

There are many motivational options provided through TripleClicks that can stimulate our PSA Members into action.

I selected to reward my Team Members by implementing a team building contest and awarding the "Movers" for remaining active on the Movers List, and for re-qualifying as EA each month.

Awarding 2 New PSA members for remaining active on the Movers List, and 5 New PSA Members for re-qualifying as an EA each month.

I use the Proprofit ECA, and the S-Builder Co-op to deliver these in combination through the Co-op Manager.

Since setting this up, it is found necessary to purchase more TCredits along with the primary Standing Order of 125 TCredits in order to meet the demands for PSA delivery to my Team Affiliates who qualify from month to month.

Since the "Team Building Contest" will be ongoing throughout the year it is anticipated more than 125 TCredits will be needed if plans to participate in the Pricebenders Auctions, and play the Zebra Games is expected.

I do realize not all of my Affiliates on the team will duplicate this practice, but looking into the future, helping them accumulate more PSA Members will also help support them in finding those who intend to remain active. Once they have accomplished an active team, we will all benefit.

Beside the contest, communicating the advancement of these members, providing congratulations, thank you cards, and utilizing the group mailers to provide information of progress for individual participation, and the details concerning the status of the contest.

Looking for their activity on social media sites, and sharing their product information, invites to join, and any other information that will help, I follow their blog and website posts. This also gives to the opportunity to help them advertise.

There are not many who are this active online, so for these who do not have a website or blog it is good practice to post recognition of their latest achievements on my own blog, and share these on my own social media sites.

By interconnecting my own main social media sites, such as Fan Pages, Twitter, Pinterest, it is possible to help promote their ads, blogs, and websites by using the share buttons provided.

There are many other ways to help support our Team Members on my list to use in the future, but at this time preparing those current members take up much time.

Try to select those options which save time, are affordable, and above all means, are easy to duplicate.

When I first joined Tripleclicks I was given a Referral Link. I was instructed by SFI to promote that link immediately. This is the link to the entire store. So this is your first portion of the question answered.

Individual TripleClicks products are also acceptable links for those who find certain products will suit the tastes, needs, and desires of the customer targeted. There are also products that are very popular online, and may be purchased cheaper on TripleClicks than from other online stores due to lower cost in shipping fees, or no shipping fees charged at all.

In such cases where we know there is specific value added to the product or service it is more likely we will single out those selective choices to share with our customers or viewing audiences.

Many other considerations must be examined. Culture, demographics, geographic locations will change our selection. In this case we will want to advertise the TripleClicks store and allow the customer to make certain selections and shop as they desire.

A specific product known to be popular among masses of viewers in our audiences no matter what region will be much easier to promote singularly.

Answer:

Managing huge down-lines are not as easy as many would think even with all of the options already provided through SFI. Myself it would be perfect for me if just 3 really serious team members enrolled each month.

The reason my favorite or perfect option would be 3 team members per month is because of individual levels of knowledge. Some catch on right away, and others will not have a clue even though SFI has laid out the steps to follow for us. I'm stating this from experience not only with SFI, but many other home business opportunities have been experienced long before deciding to actually not give up on working this business.

Ideally, we all would love to have 3 serious Affiliates to work with every month. It is less burdensome, and we can take more time with each of these.

Working with larger groups will of course take more effort and creativity to develop efficiently. I would rely mainly on the Genealogy Center for this, and also incorporate an auto-responder training series divided in three different groups.

One for the fast passed learner, another for intermediate learners, and another for the slower learners. This will help keep from wasting others who are more advanced time, and also allow for more time to spend with those who need more assistance.

We can view their ledgers and see progress, and also look at the collection of badges compared to join date to help divide these into groups.

The auto-responder training would also help support the duplication training process. As this information can be shared downward by suggesting our team members to pass this along.

I would not fret over those who do not respond. Just deal with the movers and workers who also can be categorized at their learning levels in separate groups.

There is not much left to do but keep them informed and reminded of how important it is for them to keep lines of communication open often, and be there for them when they do.

Many use software to promote SFI TripleClicks on social media sites, but soon this will be a very difficult practice. The best methods would be to create a website or blog first. Most of the blogs have built in share buttons or these can also be uploaded. This is the same for websites, but if not readily available on the website or blog, widgets can be found online.

Another great reason for creating websites and blogs with share buttons attached is these are very efficient for team support. We are experiencing more and more blocking of URL's that contain either SFI or TripleClicks in the link. Facebook has gone so far as to block any link directly posted from other social media sites.

Auto-surf sites, Safelists, and other sites such as traffic exchanges will sometimes provide social media share buttons. These have not been targeted by Facebook or Pinterest, but in the future may be targets for blocking if these social media platforms decide to force users to pay for advertising.

Look for those social media sites that are friendly to advertising directly to Facebook, Google, and Pinterest, because these 3 are the most aggressive when it comes to blocking SFI TripleClicks URL's.

Today Facebook blocked a direct link from one of Pinterest's URL's and blocked it because it came from a Pinterest SFI TripleClicks board. So our efforts to advertise using thes social media platforms are now more aggressively being targeted.

Writing articles and press releases are also very effect means of advertising or promotion of SFI TripleClicks URL's effectively and are also more efficient when it comes to targeting a specific market or customer.

From experiencing these actions, it is suggested to go outside these platforms and avoid directly posting to these sites if there is a realization or awareness of opposition toward directly posting SFI TripleClicks to these sites.

The Facebook auto-poster has been very aggressively being blocked whereas the creator has been busy re-designing this software and has announced he has discovered a new technique to get around Facebook blocking efforts. It is not suggested to use these type software if you do not intend to be wasting time.

Tracking strategies are void if link cloaking or tracking codes were used to promote this business because once they become targets for blocking we have been marketing this business in vain.

These realities are most current within the last 2 months. It can become much more serious in the near future. These blocking practices may just force us all into paying for professional support to help us promote SFI and TripleClicks online. This trend will open up many opportunities for professional advertising firms, and many other social media sites will chime in by offering professional advertising support included within an upgrade as some have already included professional advertising support with an upgrade.

Something to be aware of and consider. These are not just facts, these are those who want a bigger piece of the pie. We can expect them to get it. So it is advised to enjoy free advertising privileges as long as they last.

This is one question I worried about for quite some time.

Since returning to SFI the 3rd time I think I do qualify answering your query.

We sign up. Everything is new to us. We have questions, we contact our Sponsors, our Sponsor never responds. We go on on our own, and find there is no progress, or money. Maybe we get to or three enrolled, but they do not respond. Now this is very discouraging for any newcomer.

What I think we are really failing is our initial attempt to gain a new customer. I consider all Affiliates to be customers, we just need to know which customer we are reaching. Does this person want to sell or buy?

I have reached out to many online and offline. There are several reasons that keep us from full committing to this SFI business. We are all very busy already in most cases. I find asking the right questions immediate to this dilemma is apparent to motivation.

In the case of doing the To-Do list only it is felt that they find out early on that is where the points are, and this is what they concentrate on the most. If they are not responding how will they know anything different.

It is true those who are serious will go beyond the daily tasks, and discover more action points in learning this business.

From my own experiences I know I have done all it takes to keep my team members well informed.

What insures me the most is those who connect with me outside of my immediate team for support. This means those on my team are not paying attention to any of my Stream posts, They do not visit my Leadership blog, they do not see the SFI Forum posts, and they are not reading my badge display.

So what else is left to do?

Go to our Genealogy center and seek out the Movers and Workers, and drive more traffic!

Do not fret over them. They are not serious enough to be motivated on their own, so why waste time with them. Those who are serious will contact me without my convincing on their own regularly, and especially if the experience problems or tech issues. These are those who are doing rather well, and it shows after they return back doing this business.

Don't get me wrong. with just over 3 mouths into this SFI TripleClicks business opportunity, I only have 68 out 300 Affiliates who are most active, and 12 workers.

We just keep on filling the funnel my friends!

"What exactly do you do other than the daily To Do List to really succeed in SFI?"

A very good question!

What do I do?

First off I make sure I read my email, or at least check them while at the Affiliate Center. The products I have selected as my Standing Order allows me to play Zebra games, and bid on items in the Auction. I play these games along with the auction only to help me build up my team, not for entertainment.

I pace myself. I do not complete those tabs in one setting, because I have other important activities to attend online; such as communicate with my audiences on social media sites. When dealing with my audiences on social media sites the first thing I do is check out how many birthdays are listed for the day.

I then wish all of those a "Happy Birthday!" and continue on from there to my fan pages and check for visitors. I share their profile picture to my fan page while thanking them for visiting with a smile.

I then check out other social media sites, and respond there accordingly.

After completing the tasks and responding to comments and replies, the groups sites I created must be attended, so I go there and approve all of the pending requests to join, or pending posts, and bring the updated group to my main profile page on Facebook.

While at the group sites I also check on my Team support group activities and respond to those while checking to see if they are visiting. This let's me know the received my group mail messages or are the ignoring them, because I have planted nuggets there for the to become successful.

I return back to my Affiliate Center, go to my "Movers" tab, and review the activities there. I send tips, congratulate the progress I recognize by sending "e Cards", and check my "Genealogy" tab and select from there which group of Affiliates I need to be communicating with.

Now can you see how spending only 30 minutes a day is only a suggestion?

We must have at least 4 - 8 hours to work this business each day just doing what is necessary to keep plugged in with our audiences and Affiliates. I have read many who declare only 30 minutes a day is needed to work this business, it will take much longer as our team grow larger, that is just fact.

These are just top of my head activities. It would not be feasible to include all of my activities here, but you can see from here time must be invested, and available to become successful with this SFI business opportunity.

It is not easy to convince a person to change their mind once their mind is made up, and they also have themselves convinced to quit. Persuasion by another to convince continuance in SFI must be presented early on. We can not afford to wait for our Affiliates to decide to quit. We must share with them why we keep going, and share with them how to becoming more productive and persistent will help them see the progress over time.

Working with them from the beginning will also help them see you are also serious. What has happened for most new Affiliates, is once they are enrolled many Sponsors feel they have done their job, and SFI or TripleClicks will complete the rest for them.

This is true in many cases, but to a new person it is very important they have a Sponsors attention at least for several months. This will give the impression a sponsor is also serious, and is caring enough to provide support. It is very devastating to a new Affiliate who can never reach a Sponsor, or never hears from a Sponsor once joined.

So if this is happening too much; "going to quit because nothing is coming of his efforts and hard work?" we must be much slower in making sure we are filling in these gaps before our Affiliates reach this point. This means we must have the time to build relationships.

In reality we also must realize how many new Affiliates we can adequately sponsor in a effective and efficient manner. The average is about 3-5 per month, if we are communicating with them along the way what we do online.

Even just asking questions to understand different cultures of those outside our region, talking about climatic differences, or even showing interests in the cares most important to our future Affiliates is part of building relationships.

Then we have many tools provided for us here. It is important to know ourselves those tools work and how they work to keep a new Affiliate engaged.

So in conclusion, I would say spend more time at the beginning of enrollment building relationships first and express the long term value in learning how to do the business more than how the business can earn income. Building relationships along the way, and strengthening these relationships first will help eliminate these doubts.

As far as speaking in any language, we have the translation software to use on most major search engines. Search engines will also provide much more of the information we may desire if we know what we are looking for.

After taking a course in basic computer class it is found that we can use the Internet to learn more after completion. That is really all what is necessary if we wish to learn. If we wish to know more advanced information we grow into it over time. This will also depend on how seriously we want information.

I started an 8 week basic computer class, and afterwards with the help of Microsoft Supports, HP Support, and a little help from my friend who worked at a rent to own store repairing computers, learned from them by asking questions. I now take a course online through college for business marketing.

We will advance as we realize more is necessary, and we will accomplish these ends if we have set our goals no matter how difficult it may seem. Fact is, a person who has made up their mind to excel or succeed will do this on their own no matter how long or how difficult it may seem to others.

I guess we can say it all depends on the person, and how ambitious that person is how far one will go to seek information and learn how to perform the tasks it takes to become successful online.

We should not allow our barriers to hold us back, but we strive to make a difference not only in our own lives, but in the lives of others.

In saying this, never underestimate the power of a person who has barriers to overcome. They will find a way no matter what level of experience or education if they are seriously seeking success.

Actually, if I'm earning enough income to pay for "Television Commercial Ads" I do not think it to be so much a necessity.

What I will say to you is creating an event that will attract television might be your best option, but these also can become very rigorous in pulling off successfully.

You are dreaming big!

Keep on dreaming big, and it is likely you will come up with ways much more feasible, and less costly.

My reason for saying all of this is; fact is, you must be an insider with someone who has much authority, or you just get lucky and your friend knows someone. Normally most TV owners will consider SFI no different than any other MLM as just another pyramid scheme. Now it is your responsibility to convince them SFI is much different than that. It will not be easy.

To accomplish this is a waste of time. Just take time out, and view a few commercials. See how much money, talent, and effort these producers are putting into creating media that will not only attract the attention of their audience, but hold them there long enough for them to take action.

If you have that much energy and cash, you may as well consider following the training information provided by SFI, and work within the known parameters which are already in place, and are working.

This is where you want to focus attention. There is much less effort, less money needed, and everything is all under one roof here with SFI and our TripleClicks store.

On the other hand, if you do not wish to follow the patterns and many option to choose from provided here with SFI, there are so many other effective means that will cost much less, and will only take a fraction of our time to utilize efficiently.

Do not let the need for more distract you. Of course we all want more money, but we must also remain sensible. Rome was not built in one day. Keep dreaming big, but within the structure of attainable goals. Focus more on building up your team, supporting those who are as serious as you are, and allow your patience to work in your favor.

Think about how much money you will have wasted. Consider the current retention rate,and how many you already see inactive on your team.

Our best investment for starting out is before us. We must crawl before we walk.
