I have read many, and voted on several great answers to this question.

What is puzzling to me is how can anyone fear success?

I will share with you my own experience. When first having the feeling of making a successful decision excitement is what is first recognized. Sometimes nervousness, but there is no fear involved when there are indicators of known success.

When I first began with SFI there was a level of excitement, but only after actually seeing progress did my hopes for success grow. You see, we are not all going to respond the same. Some will be motivated to do more, and others will want to know more. In the end we all expect change for the better.

Fear of success? No. The fear is experienced only when we anticipate failure. No one really wants to lose. So the question is somewhat misleading "Fear of success is a major problem for many people." as being a problem. The real problem is one having the fear that there will not become a chance for them. We can compare this with betting, or winning the lottery, and playing slots.

The fear of loss, or being rejected due to lacking of qualification for a prize in front of a large audience is also comparable to this question. As a team leader, we do not want to appear as losers to our team members and Affiliate peers as their Sponsor. This would indicate setting a poor example. It can be understood why many would fear this situation more than setting an example of successful activities to be displayed.

As a Sponsor we are developing also, and may have setbacks while moving up the ranks. This is a natural form for developing fear patterns toward success in the face of our associates.

The way to get past this is to be the best you can be, and not worry over how we look or appear to others as long as we have our eyes set on the big picture and can realize our set goals. We should not focus so much on setting examples as much as we focus on learning the rules. As long as we are following instructions and policy our examples will be recognized.

Success will come I'm sure of this as many hurdles have been crossed, and setbacks overcome.

The most important goal set for being more successful is to write down good ideas when they first appear, write down advertising techniques known to have worked in the past,set an advertising schedule for days to promote on specific social media sites.Set up an investment plan by sticking to the Wishlist. Establish a realistic work schedule. Invest according to plans.

Both are great options for creating more points. This also will help build your team much quicker because you will have the ability to purchase more members by having new members assigned to you at a very reasonable discount when considering the membership discount combined with TC and MRP credits. "How can I train my team on social media to promote SFI?"

You are asking a question that is very common.

Training is an ongoing, proactive activity which will also entail many other sub category activities.

Although your question is very common, while putting your own effort together to communicate most effective and efficiently, it is necessary to write down on paper what you already have been doing, or accomplished.

Here are a few starters for you:

1) Team Support Blog

2) Engage in major social media platforms

3) Create a Facebook Team Support Fan Page

4) Create a Facebook Team Support Group Site

5) Create a TripleClicks Domestic Product Feature Facebook Fan Page

6) Create a TripleClicks products and services Feature Fan Page for visitor traffic products you are using.

7) Link these by cross pollinating advertising,referencing and training purposes

Once you become consistently proficient with the use of these, you are proactively accomplishing your mission in a very subtle manner. (do not SPAM) do not cross-promote unrelated links to your team members. (links outside of SFI policy)

You might even want to open up Microsoft Word and document your goals and accomplishments.

Once you do have this information in front of you, as Mr. Carson suggests, publish them to your blog. You might even want to incorporate images and videos to create an attractive posting to your blog. We will call this your "Team Support" blog.

Now you have the ability to transfer your communication to your team in the group mailer or e Card and news letters. You also can use your own private business email account to communicate your team support messages, and include your blog posts there.

Let's not just communicate our team goals, let's add to our blog the ECA merchants we have selected from our social media platforms, and also a join link to keep prospecting more SFI Affiliates!

Now you are all set!

1) You are sharing with your team members what you are doing online via social media, and showing them how you do it.
2) You are promoting Tripleclicks products and services
3) You are seeking new SFI Affiliates

These are the 3 main compositions of proactive considerations I share with you here.

You will stimulate more activities for yourself and your team just by initiating these 10 items listed here.

You will also become more proficient as new ideas are awakened, and you begin to create many more methods and solutions for yourself and your team.

I note that you did not use the words; persuade, convince, or any thing related to this nature. Your question is very specific and direct; you want to train them.

Be consistent. They will see what you do and catch on. These are those who are seriously following your lead. Do not get discouraged if all of your team members do not act. Just keep doing what you already know, and rest assured it is working.

I have began attracting 3 - 5 new affiliates per day using these simple methods, and also have many SFI Affiliates following me and picking up on the style selected.

Relax, stay focused, and consistently proactive with your business.

"In my advertising campaigns, is it better to provide more or less information in my ads and why?"

From My own experience there is not over 2 or 3 hundred characters allowed in a post, ans some restrict by word count. It is very important to keep your ads short, direct, and make the move attraction. We don't have much time to hold a viewer. Make sure your ad is honestly representing the products and services offered.

Very familiar situation you have here.

I can remember one instance where one of my potential PSAs met me on Facebook chat inquiring about SFI. The first thing mentioned by him was he had poor English skills, and even apologized to me for this.

Nothing to worry about I insured him I have been using Google to help me communicate, and asked him which language was most comfortable for him as he new 3 languages.

He then informed me he noticed the TripleClicks site was in English, and did not think he would work out. Directing him to the bottom right corner, shared with him he could also select from there which languages he preferred.

Often times on Facebook comments in other languages are made on my posts. I just copy the conversation, and paste it in the Google translator which detects the language for me, and respond to their posts.

There really is no reason to be frustrated over this. I myself can only speak in one language, but find since SFI is a global company becoming familiar with various languages is not a hassle.

Before joining SFI it was necessary for me to frequently use the Google translator due to many friend from other regions in my audience. After you have spent some time using this tool recognition develops, and the use of the detector will be less necessary for you.

The best way to track and organize our activity has been created for us already. Our VP Ledger can help us do this, while also showing areas we have failed to give attention.

As for other sources, it will mostly depend on our advertising skills, email file folders we keep, and how detailed we plan our efforts and goals.

Personalizing our goals as individuals will not be required in the same areas as others, and that depends mostly on how much information we feel is necessary to track our daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Of course these requirements will vary from individual to individual.

From your initial question it is determined the answer must pertain to the activities performed at our Affiliate Center. In this case much of these are well organized for us as we complete those tasks on the provided tabs.
