I never worry about people responding to my messages.

In my Team Letters, I advise them to look for my tips on the Stream Post
located on their Daily To Do List.

I send an e-card for accomplishments. Sometimes that triggers a response.
I do my part to help them and that is all I can do.

Another way to get a response is end 10 T credits or a small Gift Certificate
if they are working towards getting to EA.

I have read many responses to this question and have even rated each one before a thought came to my mind and it then dawn on me that many of those who have answered this question may be caught in the same web of not responding to emails or team mails from sponsors and/or co-sponsors just like me even though my sponsor is my good friend.

Now considering myself also, I can tell why they have not been responding.

1. You have only provided them with information that you are expecting

Hello,
Not everyone will respond back to you, the ones who do, make sure you respond to them quickly. Even though your team reads your messages, some just will not. Send helpful tips and marketing tips to them with encouragement. You will see how they are doing in your movers section.

Ask your affiliates their goals on what they want to achieve in SFI. Let them know you are interested in what they think. Be supportive and motivating. No response doesn't mean they are not reading

This is a very common issue for most affiliates, I have had the most responses through email so if you make sure you leave your email address with every communication you will have a greater number of responses. Try to keep your message short and to the point, they will have a better chance of being read. Remember, some affiliates only have access to the internet while at work and on break, they might not have enough time to read a long message and respond and also complete their daily tasks all

Hi,
the most important thing when it comes to relations between people is the first impression, so you have to come up with a catchy introducing line in order to get your affiliate even open the message and then get their intention.
How to get their full attention? Try as best as you can to explain the business to them in positive aspect, offer them help and support and ask of them to tell you if they are satisfied so far, what do they need, is everything clear to them, any question

Affiliates most understand that the need for communication is very important when as one continue to grow with SFI. Most times urgent news might be going round, and affiliates needs to respond to allow the Sponsor know they got the message.

So, to allow affiliates respond to messages,

- State it clearly during their first week of Training with SFI, that its very important to stay in communication with Team Leaders/Sponsor. This will build in them the act to respond to the messages.

To get a response you need to (A) Ask a question that is compelling (B) Offer a gift to those that respond.

I think that most people reading Team mail are not thinking that you are doing anything other than giving them info. Even some questions may be considered rhetorical, that is, not requiring a response.

Make it very clear that you value a response, and you may get better response.

How do you get your affiliates to respond to you when you send them messages?
If they do not want, we can not.
We will send them a message via e-mail, We will send them a message through SFI TeamMail message and We will try to find them on Facebook. If they do not respond to any of than messages, then leave them in a pile inactive members. May be would they ever will be activated, but until that day we can not force them to make them work in SFI.
Move on.

From my perspective, as a newbie, I see at the bottom of emails "This has been sent .......do not reply...." unless the sender specifically asked for responses, I just read them. I just now started adding comments to my up-line's posts on Stream tab. In other words, there may be plenty of your downlines that are reading your messages but are unaware that feedback is wanted.

I can say this much, to getting people to respond to your messages, you need to always think what you would want to read, so in other words send something that you like to read. Also send things you know what they like, this is easy cause seeing everyone likes talking about themselves, you can send out emails asking them how they been, what has there experience has been while working sfi program, get them to place challenge games and compete with each other.

There are many ways to get
