It is a good thing to have some contests to motivate the PSAs and also to add interest and excitement in their work.
For this you may arrange different kinds of competition, a few may be as follows:
1.For the achieving EAs and TLs.
2.For quick reply to mail/stream posts ( to see they log in regularly)
3.For highest sponsor.
Also I would recommend to have the rewards which are worth useful to them may be an IAHBE subscription or a unit or two of S Builder Co op and surely there must be a Gift Certificate for all those winners, runner ups etc. as may be decided by you.
The benefit of doing this is they get motivated and you get feedback regarding the person, his progress, his interests and moreover his regularity. Give it a try..!!
