For me, running a contest is just a secondary, what is important for them to get motivated
is the capacity for them to earn VP monthly up to 1500 or more. Reaching from EA up to Platinum level, that is already a contest for everybody. If you are determined
to do your task daily and earn as much as you could, that is already a sign of being motivated.

The contests that my sponsor runs always motivates me because it provides an additional incentive for doing things that I need to do anyway to build my SFI business. I have tried running contests myself, and I have had good results from them. I use the Stream to keep just the affiliates eligible for the contest up-to-date on who is doing well in the contest. I also use the PSA Mailer to inform my PSAs of the details of the contest and provide tips for how they can succeed in the contests. Contests

We are trying to build a company within a company, so we should run it accordingly.
Gery and SFI run many contests at the same time, so every affiliate feels like they can win something every day and they want to do more.

- In our team we have a contest awarding achieving EA2 and BTL every month (5 and 10 Tcredits respectively). We also have started a contest for our PSAs, that they will get reassignments if they sponsor affiliates of their own on a regular basis.

- Good

I have tried to understand what use it will be.I found it useful in motivating affiliates but personally I am low at resources in order to reward my team.In due course of time I may start encouraging my team through reward system on their achievements.

I have been running the contest for two months now. No participation :(. I guess it has to do something about the PSA-es as well, since all my PSA-es are passive.

Keep trying thou, it will cost you nothing if no one participates and if they do then you achieve your goals.
