Badges are used as elements to motivate your hard work, they give your downline proof that you are an active sponsor and you have goals and that will motivate them to do the same.

If you're my sponsor and you have only two badges that gives me a wrong appearance of you that you are lazy and yet you expect me to work" No ways"
On the other hand if you have 5-7 badges it shows that you are passionate about this business and you are working hard and so i work hard to get where you are.

So in all badges are an essential motivational tool to new affiliates in SFI.

The reason why badges are so important is because you are the flag bearer of your network. Your team is going to follow your lead. They look to you for guidance and for support. As Leaders we cannot expect on downeline to do what we have not done. Therefore, we are setting the expectation for your network by the badges that you have a achieved. The proof is in the pudding!

The badges are important because it is a measure of the work offered by an SFI member. As a recognition of hard work, SFI attributes badges to indicate that this member is valuable and hard worker. Badges give some motivations for a self member and for the downline of that member and give him the intention that they work with a strong leader. As conclusion, the badge is a certificate of recognition for the work achieved by an SFI member. Each person should be happy to receive recognition of the work he/she provided. As example, in my case I feel very happy to see an additional badge added to my profile, because I know that when my affiliates see those badges are also motivated and proud with their sponsor.

Initially on my first few weeks I really dont know what are these badges mean. Until one of my affiliates asked what is that number on the left side of my profile picture.. I got curious indeed what it is for. I have clicked on in and got message for my sponsor to have 14 so I did check his LP and count and yes it is 14. I have searched and read more about it. Just being curious , it has pushed me to work harder and try to increase mine as well. I would say it is giving recognition of what you have been working on and how active you are in your SFI business. Like in school you got medals or certificates. It feels good isn't it?. Being recognized for your efforts is something that motivates you to work more and spend more time in building the SFI business and your team. This is not just creating an income for yourself and your team but building confidence and enthusiasm as well to keep going.

Badges are so important because they are great for motivation and inspiration for all Affiliates in any rank.

New Affiliates who receive a badge in Fast Track, for example, will be proud of the recognition. Being a fast worker shows great potential. Others just joining in will see that as an indication that SFI is easy and fun to start with and will be inspired to do the same thing. New Affiliates who are recognized with badges will go the extra mile.

For Team Leaders, badges are proof of their commitment to building successful SFI business. For every badge earned represented the kind of dedication, learning the process, participation in SFI’s programs.

Badges also represented the amount of work done in finishing E-365 Challenge, by promoting TripleClicks’ Pricebender auctions, membership in S-Builder Co-op, IAHBE, Wave3, and A2A, among others.

Badges for leaders also show credibility and responsibility for the business by their position in the Power Ranks and the Versa Point Leaderboard. Downlines will want to look up to leaders who are walking the talk and leading from the front.

Badges are the first thing my new affiliates see and they are reminded that I have done what I expect them to do. It also reminds me of my level of commitment to SFI and TripleClicks.

Setting goals is the corner stone of success and being rewarded and recognized for your accomplishments with these badges is an encouragement to keep building.
