Sir Gery, thank you for stopping by this thread. I have a struggle to explain this to my team:
EXAMPLE:
NSA in lets say my Level 3 with BTL rank, 1500 Sales VP, 3000 VP in total. With 125 TCredits pack on AD, as we know it has a CV of $17.66, so 4% of $17.66 CV is worth $0,56738986

PREVOIOUS PLAN
Last time 1500 Matching VP was worth $0,56738986
You would get 3000 matching VP from your BTL deep in downline, and that was worth $1,1348

NEW PLAN
You will get 4% TO from your BTL deep in downline, which is now 4% of $17.66, in total $0,7064

So OLD/NEW is $1,1348 / $0,7064

Now if we compare STL rank it would be previous 4000 Matching VP $1,5130 / new plan 4% TO $0,7064
For downline with GTL rank previous 5000 Matching VP worth $1,8913 / new plan 4% TO $0,7064

For EA2 we were getting 1500 Matching VP worth $0,56738986 per new plan we get 4% of CV which is usually really low because they buy here and there just a 3-5 single TCredits to keep the rank ( unless they get a lot of RT from team down than they don't have to buy even that ).

So please bring more light on that. Thank you

Extra 16% distribution I think will also work well
1. 10% to increase DC ( Direct Commission ) from 20 to 30%
2. Rest 6% to be distributed as an extra 2% for Level 1 ( PSA ) , Level 2 and Level 3, which will rise TO from the first 3 levels from 4% to 6%
So, In total from a PSA it will be 30% DC + 6% TO = 36% Pretty good for newbies who start building their team
And TO of 6% from first 3 levels would be really beneficial for EAs and TL with smaller teams. However I still believe that at least some personal Sales VP should be pre-condition for TO qualification like we discussed here
That will engage EAs and TLs with smaller teams to keep building their teams and keep / improve their ranks as they would see immediate rise with the next commission date.

Did it motivated them to keep their status?
On a side note it is good thing that many TL are now happy with more CSA they got as a Second Home ( they are now motivated ). However it is this "good month" but to keep that on a month to month basis, TEAM Builders must feel motivated to constantly promote SFI

However if Rome builders see a better benefit for their hard work, they would definitely build it faster. Getting CSA is not a building, finding your own PSA than developing teem deep with a number of NSA is actually a Rome we should build here.

Ok, than might be 50/50 I mean that extra 24% to be shared to +12% for DC so it would be not 20% but 32% and 12% to go for TO, +1% per level for 12 levels
Higher DC would much help people who only have a few PSA

Recent thread here made me thinking would this be a way to go. Especially this comment by Phill R.


So whats my suggestion how to balance CSC ( Co Sponsor Commission ) with TO ( Team Overides ) to please most of us?
Here is 1 possible way, your views are much appreciated.
1- reduce CSC to 2% keeping 4 Co Sponsors, so total would be 4x2 = 8% not 32% like now, that will make 24% space for TO rising
2- rise TO % from 48% in total to 72% in total ( from 4% per level to 6% per level )
3- anyone of us who already earn CSC ( Co Sponsor Commission ) of at lest $20, or have already a downline Team from which he get TO ( Team Overrides ) of at least $20, or combined CSC + TO of at least $20 / mo should be excluded from future CSA "give aways". Existing CSA you keep forever, i.e. as long as you are at least EA. This will make more CSA available for others who are not in that group yet, so they will have more chances to earn. Lot more CSA they would get every month from Second Home CSA share pool.

What is CS concept basic idea? It is helpful for people who still struggle to build their own team, find active PSA, at least 1 or 2. And it is motivational factor for new members. For example I've got Second Home 642 CSAs this month. I would have nothing against to be excluded from Second Home CSA share, which will make more CSA available for people who still struggle here or are new.

This would be my last post on this thread. First I was too much with using words like unfair and I appologize for that.
Next I sound like selfish while many who knows me know I am far from such
I just wanted to make this point: sharing 36% of CV due to CSA concept is too much so the rest of 64% can not cover suficient compensation for TEAM who generated that CV
Im not against sharing to some extent. But just imagine if we share everything not just team work. Lets share Auction wins also why not? Its not easy to win an auction. You win Macbook but you get screen and buttons but RAM would be given to someone who didnt spend anything on that auction , CPU to another lucky guy etc... you have a chance to get a part of other people wins however question is you won mackbook but you should than wait for other parts to complete it and you would.get them if you are lucky. Would that motivate someone to participate to buy tcredits and spend them on a uctions. I doubt but you never know maybe CNN would write about it and people massivly find that funny and join. Mackbook is analogy with CV generated by TEAM

Don't please jump into conclusions and "name" me. When I said I'm not great full for my CSA Earnings? I see myself just as a lucky winner whenever I get some active CSA and I'm not just great full to my CSA but also to their sponsors and uplines who trained them, teached them, helped them so now I can have some $ from all that w/o me doing anything. However I prefer to earn from my own effort not to rely on "luck and other people effort!

Yes it's HARD. And cost A LOT! I need to spend minimum $50 on Ads to get 1 PSA from which I can expect to be at least BTL with 1500 Sales VP AD.
And now "the best" part with recent changes is this:
I would spend $50 and countless hours to support that PSA, and from any order he/she made I would get 20% DC ( Direct Commission ) plus 4% T0 ( Team Overrides ) for a total of 24%
However 4 lucky winners to name them so, would get my PSA as a CSA and will earn 8% which for a total of 32%! Compare 32% and 24%. CoSponsors would earn 50% more than me. I do not find this fair at all!
unfair part #1 4 CoSponsors can get my PSA just by luck. I can not make PSA to BTL "just by luck"
unfair part #2 4 CoSponsors usually do nothing lately, it is expected from direct sponsor to help the most
unfair part #3 4 CoSponsors would never help my PSA to build team deep, however me should invest even more in to my PSA running OptiBuild Ads to help my PSA build his team and my team deep cost me additionally, however I do get less than CoSponsors
extremely unfair part #4 If I do #3 and help my PSA to find his active PSA by running OptiBuild or just by reassigning, I would than get only 4% Team Overrides from my Level 2 ( PSA of my PSA ) but again, 4 lucky people - 4 CoSponsors who get PSA of my PSA would get 4x8% = 32% of CV! So tell me why I would do that? Comapre 4% and 32%!

To "please" 4 CoSponsors you must take great part of generated CV which than will reduce direct sponsor earnings a lot!
So, as a consequence many might find that their time and invested money into finding and training 1 good PSA and lately to help them build their own downline does not pay them well, might decide to stop promoting this, stop sacrificing their time and expenses for Ads, OptiBuild CoOps, GC etc... which will have a very very negative impact for everyone including 4 "lucky winners" ( mean 4 CoSponsors ).

Thanks. What I had in mind is something like match you could offer to match the first order for example if new affiliate or prm order for the first time for example 100.TCredits you can offer a match 1/2 so he will get 150 TCredits. Of course valid only for the first order with unique payment method and other things in place to avoid gaming the system. Or offers that on some special days like Black Friday Monday etc. for the first 50 or 100 buyers etc

I must say I tried that and it works. Can be combined with team building. Many affiliates cant afford to set 125 TCredits on AD but if they try first all free options even based on some luck they might realize that having more TCredits might be good for them and decide to set AD. The best they to learn the real value of 125 pack is to first try to do the similar without it.

That is a great suggestion but I prefer simpification. How about to restart ECA program with 2 conditions
1. To use Tripleclicks payment gateways and seller tools you pay monthly fee of $10 per month I think it is worth that money considering all headaches you could have with PP or Braintree ... And like you said sellers who cant really sell would give up on their own and stop paying a fee

2. Decent product description and proof reading. I know how not so good.English can look to native English speakers but that is a chance for ECAs to offer proof reading of other ECA product descriptions so overall Triple clicks would look more professional

I work on my own shop for Spain which will be live this month. However main question for me is how SFI affiliates can earn SFI commission if they promote my offers? I can pay them directly however in that case I'm not building my SFI business nor they their SFI biz.

Wise suggestion. I'm all pro such idea. Although by a fact that would greatly reduce my TO I would recover very very fast and will have much less leaders to work with, however with a great pleasure I would teach them, help them A LOT and at the end finally find a pleasure in all that. As you've mentioned all opti build signups, GC, TC credits and PRECIOUS time ( well, for me I'm overloaded and don't have time much ) would be managed easier. Don't know for others, but I'm in!
