Is our training really that long?? in Team Building #Getting Started #Leadership #Team Building

Hi Iselie I
You have rightly analyses the SEED that will grow or will not germinate!. by saying," that's why only the ones that go through it deeply and seriously will succeed big! If you think that the training is too long you have 2 options: 1) Go step by step and take it easy or 2) Give up and lose this amazing opportunity... The choice is all yours but if if you're really interested in making money I would go with option 1)!

SFI-ROS # Leaders are Readers! testifies to that fact.

So We will keep Working with the workers.

How to be among the successful in the company? in Getting Started #Getting Started #Team Building

Hi Nima,
Welcome to SFI family.
• If we really want to bring success into your life, we should cultivate yourself just as you'd cultivate a garden for the best yield. i.e.Practice the SFI RULES of SUCCESS
• The attributes here are shared by successful people everywhere, but they don't happen by accident or luck. They originate in habits, built a day at a time.
• Remember: If we live your life as most people do, we will get what most people get. If we settle, we will get a settled life. If we give ourself our best, every day, our best will give back to us.
• Here are the traits that the highly successful cultivate. How many do you have?
1. Drive
You have the determination to work harder than most and make sure things get done. You pride yourself on seeing things getting completed and you take charge when necessary. You drive yourself with purpose and align yourself with excellence.
2. Self-reliance
• You can shoulder responsibilities and be accountable. You make hard decisions and stand by them. To think for yourself is to know yourself.
3. Willpower
• You have the strength to see things through--you don't vacillate or procrastinate. When you want it, you make it happen. The world's greatest achievers are those who have stayed focused on their goals and been consistent in their efforts.
4. Patience
• You are willing to be patient, and you understand that, in everything, there are failures and frustrations. To take them personally would be a detriment.
5. Integrity
• This should not have to be said, but it's seriously one of the most important attributes you can cultivate. Honesty is the best policy for everything you do; integrity creates character and defines who you are.
6. Passion
• If you want to succeed, if you want to live, it's not politeness but rather passion that will get you there. Life is 10 percent what you experience and 90 percent how you respond to it.
7. Connection
• You can relate to others, which in turns makes everything reach further and deepen in importance.
8. Optimism
• You know there is much to achieve and much good in this world, and you know what's worth fighting for. Optimism is a strategy for making a better future--unless you believe that the future can be better, you're unlikely to step up and take responsibility for making it so.
9. Self-confidence
• You trust yourself. It's as simple as that. And when you have that unshakeable trust in yourself, you're already one step closer to success.
10. Communication
• You work to communicate and pay attention to the communicators around you. Most important, you hear what isn't being said. When communication is present, trust and respect follow.
• No one plans on being mediocre; mediocrity happens when you don't plan. If you want to succeed, learn the traits that will make you successful and plan on living them out every day.
• Be humble and great. Courageous and determined. Faithful and fearless. That is who you are, and who you have always been.

Adopting these traits in building our SFI business will go a long way in reaching the peak of success as depicted in the DIAMOND PLAN

Hello Chukwuemeka k.
Look at it this way, that every problem has its own fair share of solution. Do not let this cloud of negative sign be an excuse to deter you from striving on but be the one who stare in the face of hindrance to turn it into positive solution. Victory comes to the one who sees the problem as a challenge and reason to try ones best.

Remember SFI Rules of success lessons: Work with the workers, YOU make it happen, no one else, Open your eyes to your potential, Don't quit, Think BIG, Don't be a negative thinker and Some will, some won't. So what?! Someone's waiting! Next!

Napoleon Bonaparte is one of the greatest military generals in the history of our world. He was a French general and consider who led French in a series of wars also known as Napoleanic wars he won most of his fights and conqured most of continental Europe. Some of his greatest quotes are The best way to keep the word of a person isn't to give it.
Impossible is a word found only in the dictionary of fools.
The thing about Napoleon is despite many failures he kept going and at last he found success.one famous story about him is that He had just failed in a war and was sitting in a cave. He saw a spider which kept going on despite failing time and again from which he gathered motivation.

Generating sales in Sales #Sales

Hi Velinda O,
We live in a quick-fix society so it's no wonder that many salespeople look for the magic cure or band-aid solution to increase their sales. However, I believe that success in sales follows a basic set of rules.

Your question is in fact a cornerstone to making money both offline and online. in our case TripleClicks products are the ones that has the potential to generate both instant and lifetime income in addition to building productive team of our own SFI Biz.
I would like to draw your attention to one of the Experts report of eight basic rules that can help you find success in generating sales from TripleClicks product. Assuming that you know how to use your tripleclicks gateways or SFIID.

Fill the pipeline. Many people experience tremendous peaks and valleys in their sales because they do not consistently prospect for new business. This frequently occurs when a sales person is busy. They neglect to prospect because it is the least enjoyable aspect of their job but when the sales drop or business with their current clients ends, they scramble to generate new business. Invest time filling your pipeline on a regular basis and you will seldom have to worry about reaching your targets.

Ask high-quality questions. The vast majority of sales people (even seasoned pros) fail to ask their prospects and customers high-quality questions. This can happen because they have never been taught to ask questions or because they think that they do it. Unfortunately, failing to ask high-quality questions early in the sales process means they often mis-pitch their product, service or solution which causes the prospect to voice more objections. And once you ask a question, be quiet, wait for an answer. Too many sales people give their prospects answers to the questions or continue talking after the question has been asked.

Listen. I believe that the best salespeople are the best listeners. If you invest time asking great questions it is critical to listen to what the other person tells you. Many things can get in your way and prevent you from accurately hearing what has been said. Try this; at the end of a sales meeting, summarize your understanding of the conversation in your own words and check the accuracy of this summary with your prospect.

Focus your presentation. Make your presentation all about the customer. It's not about you, your company or your product. Virtually every sales presentation I have been subjected started with the sales person talking about their company; reciting stats about how long they have been in business, who they have as clients, etc. Adapting the presentation to meet the specific needs of each individual customer is what the top sales people do. Regardless of what your marketing department thinks people seldom care about your company. They want to know what problem your solution will solve. Avoid using unnecessary jargon or terminology. The simpler your presentation, the easier it is to understand.

Trust is essential. If people don't trust you chances are they won't buy from you. This is more challenging than it sounds because your prospects are inundated with calls and emails from other people all trying to sell them something. And, because of the less-than-honest experiences decision-makers have encountered, they are more reluctant to trust someone they don't know. That means you need to demonstrate exactly why a prospect should trust you. You can't tell them; you must show them. You can do this by acting in a professional manner, treating the people at your prospect's company with respect and dignity, and respecting the time of your prospect.

Show value. The best way to demonstrate value is to show exactly how your solution will benefit your prospect. Contrary to popular belief this does not mean talking at great length about it or telling your prospect everything there is to know about your product or service. Showing value means discussing the aspects of your solution that are most relevant to each customer or prospect, in terms that are easy to understand.

Do what you say you will do when you said you would do it. Sounds simple, huh? Personal experience has taught me that sales people frequently say they will do something then fail to follow through on their commitment. This lack of attention to detail demonstrates a lack of respect and quickly leads to a loss of trust.

Know when to let go. I often talk to sales people who continue following a lead even when it is clear that a sale will not happen. This usually happens when their pipeline is not active with prospects. If you have done everything you can to move the sales process forward but it has ground to a halt you must consider whether it is the best use of your time to keep trying to make it happen. More often than not, it is not worth the time and effort. You have a finite amount of time in a day or week which means you need to focus your attention on leads and prospects who are interested in your product, service or solution.

Follow these rules of selling and you will notice an immediate improvement in your results.
Hope this is helpful.
To your success!

Regard.

What do you need to develop within yourself to be successful? in Inspiration/Testimonials #Leadership #Marketing #Team Building

One of my dearest classmate and friend since childhood in school at Bethany, Dr Lhunkhohao Haokip a successful Entrepreneur for whom I had the privilege to have design his Agape museum website said in one of his speech!

What do you need to find and develop within yourself to be successful? The answer comes from looking at those who have created success in a variety of fields. These traits may sound simple, but they lead to remarkable results.

And Lolly Daskal. President and CEO, Lead From Within another successful online entrepreneur like Dr Lhunkhohao rightly said,
• If you really want to bring success into your life, you should cultivate yourself just as you'd cultivate a garden for the best yield.

Learning process in India #Leadership

Dear Jayashree R,
The Four Stages of learning process as you mentioned reminds me of Four stages Metamorphosis in the life of Butterfly when it finally transformed into a beautiful Flying butterfly.

SFI is unlike those of get rich-quick and run-away scheme company existing in many forms of pyramidal structure spread here & there across the globe trying to lure-cheat its victims. SFI stand on a principled-foundation that benefits equally every individual around the world whether new or old affiliates based on their learning curves, efforts and a bit of investment if any (but not obligatory).
The best thing to do is to learn again and again from the resources found under the following tab headings

The SFI Rules of Success lesson #7-YOU make it happen, no one else. also reminds me of Lesson from "The Story of the Butterfly" I shared on my LinkedIn business circle to bring this truth as below:
A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared.
He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to squeeze its body through the tiny hole.
Then it stopped, as if it couldn’t go further.

So the man decided to help the butterfly.
He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bits of cocoon.
The butterfly emerged easily but it had a swollen body and shriveled wings.

The man continued to watch it, expecting that any minute the wings would enlarge and expand enough to support the body, Neither happened! In fact the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around.
It was never able to fly.

What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand:
The restricting cocoon and the struggle required by the butterfly to get through the opening was a way of forcing the fluid from the body into the wings so that it would be ready for flight once that was achieved.

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our lives.
Going through life with no obstacles would cripple us.
We will not be as strong as we could have been and we would never fly.
-----------------------------------
We at Strong Future International embraces this principle of truth on climbing the ladder of success!

Aim High! Dream Big!

One Bus Stop for recycling in Team Building #PSA #Team Building

Correction:
Dear Joy F,
I must say your point of view sounds the same as mine, but I had this to add!

In my opinion recycling PSA and CSA and CSA exchange has its own positive and negative influences in our type of long term vision of business;
1.Positive: Assuming we as team leader do our part base on the resources and training we have acquired . Of CSAs whose inactivity limit indicates a red alert soon to be terminated from our genealogy is worth exchanging for a fresh one who might perhaps take a serious look at the big picture of the opportunity.
Using the CSA Exchange, you can actively harness the power of this in your team by exchanging your CSAs from other countries for CSAs from your own country!
Recycling or reassignment of PSA/CSA on the other hand. You can earn Matching VP (override income) on every person you reassign so can still directly benefit from all of their actions. Assuming you've chosen your five potential leaders well, you now have five very excited PSAs /CSAswho are now even more motivated to work and build their SFI businesses. by narrowing everything down to five people, you can put the immense power of FOCUS to work for you. Be at their beck and call, and work with each of your five PSAs closely, ideally on a daily basis. This is where you'll create the momentum that manifests in ever-larger monthly commissions. Consider removing potential communication barriers by reassigning PSAs from non-English speaking countries to active Affiliates in your downline from those same countries or who speak the same language

2. Negative: Deciding on recycling our PSAs/CSAs on the notion that they are not active/serious in a short matter of time (say 3 -6 month) might in fact harm the long term business aspect of our business. You never know when a newbie will realize the potential and future of his/her SFI business that will generate lifetime income if it is well founded on proper investment of (ROI) right amount of little finance, perseverance, training and hard work. Consider removing potential communication barriers by reassigning PSAs from non-English speaking countries to active Affiliates in your downline from those same countries or who speak the same language

Therefore it is wise to take into careful evaluation when utilizing the option of recycling PSAs/CSAs and CSA exchange in our genealogy/inactive members.

Best way to earn commissions as an SFI affiliate! in Getting Started #CSA #Marketing

Hi Nouta Ngounou A..,
As stated by other best two are:
1. Generated Sales
2. Active Team building (sponsoring/duplication)
# strong will and determination to succeed,
# hard work with lot of patience and persistence and
# constant reading, learning and self-improving work.

In my opinion, the best and fastest way are different for each one of us based on our ROI input, though I suggest you shouldn't neglect the others as such.
But for your information, to get the best long term income generation that can last lifetime please consider the following:

1)The Fastest way: This I believe is through sales from your TripleClicks store. You get 45% of the commission volume and the associated VersaPoints if from a PRM. This is the backbone of SFI, and in a way, there is not much emphasis on it! Any newbie in SFI who is internet-market-savvy can make a considerable amount of commission in just the first month.
2)The best way: Through ECA/Localvantia referrals and your down line

ECA/Localvantia referrals:
You get to earn 10% of the commission volume from sales from your ECA products, royalties for life even while you sleep! If your PRM buys a product from you ECAs store, you get 55% of the commission volume (10+45) There is huge commission here, and it needs to be explored more.
As a patron of Localvantia, you'll enjoy exclusive benefits, savings, and great rewards (including free Bitcoin) from your favorite local merchants.

Your down line: Your PSAs are your PRMs, so as they buy from TripleClicks, you earn 45% of the commission volume. You can also earn matching VersaPoints up to your 12th generation, if you are eligible and also if your down lines are eligible.

Indeed! The compensation plan is pretty amazing, with unlimited earning potential!
The Diamond Plan is the best:

Hello Brian M,
That's an awesome inspiring strategy every team leaders can adopt to reach the Top i.e. The Diamond Plan

What should the objective be in SFI to be a top earner? What is THE plan for maximum success and income in SFI?

In the simplest terms possible, your goal is to attain the rank of DTL (Diamond Team Leader). The requirements to be a DTL are:

1500 VersaPoints from sales and/or purchases (monthly)
Develop and maintain 5 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders)

That's it!

Your team is really great.

Payment option for Bhutan members ? in Southern Asia #TripleClicks

Hello Saroj S..,
It is quite a positive move that you have teamed up with people from Bhutan. Pertaining to your concerns for payment option for your team at Bhutan towards buying TCredits from tripleclicks. I have two option that can be consider.
1.Tell your team to create an account with PayPal in their country in which they can deposit required amount in their papal a/c for the purpose of payment to tripleclicks to obtain tcredits . Check yourSFI payment option here and let create one

2.Encourage them to sponsor prospect all over the world and generate product sales at tripleclicks through constant advertising of any items everywhere around the globe utilizing the Free Gateways on their SFI account, Which will eventually generate incomes in the form of Direct Commission. The accumulated commission of about $20 will qualify them to avail the Payoneer International Master card from Payoneer at SFI, which can be use for both purchasing and getting the commission every month.

(Find out more or sign up for your card (if you qualify)

Hope this helps.
