Why are Inactive PSAs & CSAs in my Movers tab? in Team Building #Leadership #PSA #Team Building

Your Movers' List gives you a good indication of who needs guidance. Don't be afraid to stretch your hand to someone who has been dormant for two months. At some point, this person was active. See what circumstances this individual might be facing and offer some advice. You never know, this person might just resurrect. I have seen persons on my team become active after being dormant for months. If you stretch your hand and nothing happens, then at least you tried. There is always a fifty-fifty chance of your winning or losing, so why not try? You might just win.

Essential to earn VersaPoint. in VersaPoints #VersaPoints

Hello Uttam,

I call versa points 'money points.' Each versa point has a small monetary value. You can earn money from the versa points that you collect by completing various tasks and you can also earn money from the versa points that your team members collect. It follows then that the more versa points you have, the more money you will earn.

Complete all tasks from your To Do List that offer free versa points, then try to do your auto delivery by buying the pack of 125 TCredits which gives 1500 vps. You could then use these TCredits wisely to earn additional versa points to become Bronze Team Leader.

An easy way to get 100 vps is to help team members advance their ranks. Everytime someone qualifies for a new rank, you will get 100 vps.

Getting Hard in Getting Started #Getting Started #VersaPoints

Yes, but do not give up. You have to fight. Is there something you can do to earn money to give your SFI business a push? Is there something you can sell? Is there someone who can sponsor you? Find an item to sell and use the returns to sponsor your SFI business. Find a way.

This is easier said than done. It means that you will need to rise above your challenges one way or the other. Be willing to PUSH.

Thanks for the offer Brenda.

This is a Wave3 link. It is to be shared with persons who are not members of SFI. This will give you the opportunity to introduce someone to TripleClicks. Share the link with relatives or friends. did you click on the link? It asks for information for new people. Here we are affiliates of SFI so we would not be able to participate.

The reality versus the ideal . . . in Team Building #Getting Started #Team Building

If we can somehow find a way to get team members to trust their Upline team leaders, it would definitely work. This would call for activities that will allow for engagement between Uplines and Downlines down to several generations. Uplines have to find a way to get their Downlines to become familiar with them. Weekly feedback or reports could be given to the team to allow for transparency.

Have a Smart Marketing Calendar in Marketing #Marketing

Aung B,

You have put things into perspective. Your template formulates an action plan that is easy to work with. Having created such a plan, all one needs to do is WORK and success must come. In the notes section, one could evaluate the campaign.

What worked?
What did not work?
Why did it not work?
How else could this be done?
What do I need to add or remove from the campaign?

This information could be used to improve the marketing campaign for the upcoming month.
