5 ways for having a stronger Team in Team Building

One of the biggest goals in SFI is keeping the members and having a stronger Team.
Ability to do that will have a big impact on your success and earning.
How to manage that?
1. HELP YOUR MEMBERS
When you get a new member, they're often really confused and they don't know what to do.
Contact your member as soon as possible, get him into the job.
Answers their questions and lead them step by step.
Contact them every day, get to know them.
When you show them the right way they will be more motivated and hard working.
2. PLEASE THREE MAIN NEEDS OF A HUMAN
- Need for security
People want to feel comfortable and safe. They want to work with leaders that they can trust and they can look up to them.
If you get to meet this need, you will get a loyal member.
- Need for importance
That's a wish of a member who is jumping out of the crowd.
Praise them whenever you have a reason.
When you say something that will make your member feel important, you're getting to meet this need.
- A sense of belonging
People love to be a part of Team, they like to work in harmony and to work with other people.
If you make the feeling of happiness, satisfaction and good ties in your Team, they will enjoy their job and they will give their all.
3. MAKE POSITIVE ENERGY IN YOUR TEAM
Your first task as a leader is to make good ambience for working.
First step is to take a way fear, and to get a high level of trust.
Don't critic and judge your members when they do something wrong.
Instead of that, make a Team that won't have fear of making a mistake.
4. GIVE SOME AFFECTION TO YOUR MEMBERS
Meet your members, find their talents.
Knowing of good and bad sides will help you in making a decision and having a better relationship with members.
Listen to their wishes and ideas, then decide what to do.
5. MOTIVATE YOUR MEMBERS
Your success depends on success of your members.
If the member is motivated, they will get more productive.
Motivate them on this ways :
- Praise them
- Give them bigger responsibility
- Give them an award
- Let them say their opinion
