How to motivate your members to become a team leader?
Hello guys! I noticed that a lot of members stay on EA status because of some insecurities to invest. How to motivate them to become team leader, and to motivate them to take it seriously that they're the leaders of their team. Thank you in advance
Hello Jelenko D., I am of the opinion that motivation is from within an individual. If you design a method to motivate people, it will only last for as long as the means of motivation lasts. If the means of motivation is not available again for one reason or the other, people gets demotivated. Investment on the other hand is dependent on the liquidity of the individual. If one is privileged to invest, it is because the financial resources are available to invest. Our capability to invest is directly tied to our financial standing. If we want to encourage others to invest, we must show good example by being in the forefront consistently. When you are leading with a visibly appreciable profile, you are doing more to motivate your downlines because they would like to emulate your good deeds. Through this, you will succeed in awakening self motivation in your downlines. This is leadership by example. Best wishes! Yusuf O.

Thanks for the advice. I'm familiar with the information and I'm trying to have a post. I have the opportunity to be the one I seem to be like now. In any case, thank you. Thank you Zoran V.
