Prestige Domain what it is and how it works.

Posted over 2 years ago, edited over 2 years ago More by George M

On Prestidge domain. It is great when you win a prestige Domain in the Daily Grand, or as an auction win. My domains are very useful. Here are the domains I made. promoteyour.music3c.com linking to http://Tripleclicks.com/Artist finally.profitsonline.com linking to http://SFI4.com/Free ecommerce.ezinfocenter.com linking to http://TripleClicks.com/ECA iamgoingto.bendtheprice.com linking to http://TripleClicks.com/PBWin atlastreal.profitsonline.com linking to http://SFI4.com/Real All a prestidge domain really does is give you a domain name that points to one of your SFI gateways. It is actually called a sub domain. The part that you create is the sub and the part SFI creates is the domain. In The first example above, "promoteyour" is the sub, and is the part I provide to the name. The domain provided by SFI is music3c.com. When you click on this link it goes to the host server and the domain music3c.com. then it looks up the subdomain promoteyour and then in that sub directory it runs, by default the file index, and in this case it would be index.php. The file index.php contains code like this: <?php header("Location: http://www.tripleclicks.com/XXXXXXXX/Artist"); ?> That is all it contains and this code will redirect the person to the page that is the Location Parameter, in this case my TripleClicks Artist gateway. When you win a prestige domain all you have to provide is the sub name. SFI takes care of all the rest. What should you name them? Well I think, and you can see from my examples, you should create meaningful and enticing subdomain names. Some people place their name in as the sub and end up with george.music3c.com I think that is not too good, but if you want your name out there it could work. But like this is better I think: georgegets.profitsonline.com or georgecan.bendtheprice.com Something like that is better. It communicates. I kind of like that, next time I win a prestige domain I think I will do that. Now what good are they? I use them whenever I place an ad where the gateway link will be visible. For example, I use it in my email signature. I use it in my social media posts. And I use it in any publications I make. I recently published a paper on Landing Page Tactics for building your List. At the bottom of every page I put my name and my prestige Domain link in the footer. Here is a page break in the document. The top is the bottom and the bottom is the top :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:, of the next page. I actually just wanted to show you this because I wanted to learn how to put in an image in the new forum. So thank you. I made a business card and the only thing on the card is: [Removed link to website, per FORUM RULES] I distribute these cards at the university to students studying English. Another thing I did that I distribute at local English used bookstores is a book mark. One side has the bookstore logo, name and address. The other side has my prestige domain. The result is a domain redirection that points to the specific gateway. You want these to make sense. Also you want them to look professional.
