Communicate with SFI downline

 Posted 5 months ago

Becoming an affiliate manager is easy, but boosting your sales through your affiliates isn't a walk in the park. What if you could increase your profits and motivate your affiliates while becoming more personable with them? Keep reading to discover simple but effective ways to become proficient in affiliate program management. One of the best ways to communicate with your affiliates is to get to know them on a personal basis. A simple, but very effective way to do this is to make sure that you contact them regularly and that they know how to contact you as well. You can also get to know them more by setting up a dedicated time to speak with them and by sending emails on a regular basis. Communication isn't limited to just emailing. You can communicate with your affiliates in several ways such as designating a set time in a chat room or having a virtual call. You can't become ''personable'' with your affiliates if you only talk about products and programs. Try getting to know them on a more personal level by discussing topics such as the latest video games or movie releases. Now that you have a more ''personable'' relationship with your affiliates, a great way to take your affiliate program management to the next level is by proper motivation. If you're lost for ideas, think about what makes you motivated to buy products. For example, offer contests during the holidays. One great contest idea is to reward the affiliate who sells the most products within a period of time. You can give away prizes such as electronic gifts or free hosting. You can also send emails or e-cards congratulating your affiliates for making a sale, or offer one-on-one help if they seem to have difficulty in closing a sale. Even if you're communicating more and the motivation among your affiliates is rising, none of this will make an affiliate program manager happier than an increase in sales. Here are some ways that will give you a greater return on your investment. One tip that’s always useful in affiliate program management is to hold a training seminar or workshop. Now, you don't have to pay big bucks for this; a simple conference call (through telephones or online) will do and is very effective. Try giving your affiliates resources such as e-books and articles. Not only will this increase affiliate sales because they'll learn new tips and trick. It will also motivate them. Another way to help increase profits is by giving your affiliates tools such as banners and templates. The free graphics will not only take some work off of your affiliates, but it will also give you more control in the image you would like for your affiliate program to have. Communicating with your affiliates will give them a subtle reminder in knowing that they can always contact you. Find creative ways such as contests and bonuses to motivate them to work harder for sales. Resources will help your affiliates grow and will maintain the image you would like for your program to portray. These tips will help you become proficient in affiliate program management.

Dear Edward K , To post the a delightful , but as I have said many times, I do not like long posts . You may be one of the older members to read, but younger, and especially on mobile, they're not sure. My experience and opinion. All the best !

Edward, I`m sure many sponsors have tried to do exactly as you mentioned, its not always so easy to get feedback from downlines-even when you have been doing all the weekly, monthly and daily connections with them.I have 2 active CSas but they prefer working on their own- not becoming Ea monthly but logging in daily for their 10-12 points. Helping them to reach EA(which I did) didnt help them to continue on their own. So one wonders if its best to let them decide for themselves.I may not force a contact from them but will wait for their own decisions and keep doing my part.

But the down-line does not always contact their up-line, making it hard for one to know their problem. If they could contact their team leaders whenever they get stuck, it would be the best way to help them up. Most just log in on registration day, there after they don't log in to their affiliate center anymore.

I agree with Sarojini's comments. We just have to allow them to decide for themselves.

Some content is worth of reading, and we decide will we put our effort in reading something or not. I wish you happy birthday and success in our work. Hoping you'll not overpost again as you always do  Edward, one Sponsor can contact his downline, but not all the members are willing to cooperate and some find almost "intrusive" if we try to put it more personal, even helping. I try to contact my members through Team mailings, and on our chat when is needed. Even if sometimes I do not get an answer, from the practice I saw if they really need someting to ask, some infos, they come to me and ask - and when they need something, they are not invisible  They know we are always here for them. Thank you for nice post, you are Sponsor who cares :-)
