I think we do a disservice if we tell people that they won't fail. The better lesson, and truth, is that we WILL fail, but that is not the end. We can "bounce back" and work on what went wrong! There is a powerful lesson, especially for new people, Sead. FAILURE is NORMAL for almost everyone! I think we do a disservice if we tell people that they won't fail. The better lesson, and truth, is that we WILL fail, but that is not the end. We can "bounce back" and work on what went wrong!

If a person didn't attain the goals last month, they can try again this month using lessons learned.

I have started several threads on how I look at failure:

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work... (11 Months ago)
If you want to increase your success rate, double your failure (1 year ago)
Don't waste time calculating your chances of success and failure. (1 year ago)

Many years ago, I changed how I look at failure...

To date, This is what failure means to me:
- Learning experience
-Results
- Feedback
- An Outcome
- An Etc...

A couple of my mottos is:
Fail Your Way To Success!
What Would You Do If It Was impossible To Fail!
