There are two best ways to measure success in SFI:

1) Your earnings reports tell you how much you have coming back to you as income; your purchases reflect outgoing cash. Subtract outgoing cash from incoming. The result tells you very clearly where you currently are.

2) Your success as a leader is directly reflected in how many matching VersaPoints are part of your bonus pool. This shows exactly how well you are duplicating your own process.

How do you lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything?

The question you ask suggests a problem with communication on your part because you say "they are confused about everything." What are you telling them that confuses them? Unless your team somehow joined SFI completely by accident, they didn't come in confused... Thus, your first task is to look at your directions and see how they can be simpler and less vague.

What is the best way to get my new PSAs up to speed with SFI without overwhelming them?

Success in SFI has always been about pacing, taking each day one at a time. You can have your PSAs focus on doing their daily actions, one Launchpad lesson, plus however many Getting Started actions they feels comfortable doing. Communicate with them once a day, encouraging them, offering a little more, as they're ready, and based upon the activity you see on their VP Ledgers. Working incrementally gives people a feeling of constant accomplishment without the risk of overwhelming them.

Should a person go for the rank of Team Leader if they don't yet have a team?

A person should go for the rank of Team Leader as a natural part of exploring SFI; I personally attained the role of Bronze Team Leader before I had a single active affiliate. It rewarded me quickly by providing me a share of CSAs with whom I could practice communicating, and that made my skills stronger, so that I knew how to better contact my first PSAs. I am glad things happened in that order.

I want to advertise and sell TripleClicks products...but which ones should I choose to promote?

I find that it's generally easier for me to sell products I like and use because I can provide better and more personal information on said given product. I'm a fan of PURJAVA, for example, and I'm always happy to talk about it. The result of this is that my like of the product shows in my face, my tone of voice, and my body language, which means I can sell it that much better. Now, I also use "The Natural" line of products, but I personally find it hard to rouse my passion over cleaning

Are there other resources we can/should use, besides official SFI ones, to be successful in building our teams?

There are many, many resources you can/should use to be successful in building your teams. Use various online classified ad services, bulletin boards, and forums--if they allow affiliate program links, of course--to boost traffic to all your gateway links. Use fliers and direct promotions to make real-world connections. Because I publish comics as a hobby, I advertise on the back pages of those to spread the word. There are no limits to the amount of different ways to build teams. Use them.

SFI has great ways to communicate with your team, but am I missing out by not using outside resources too like email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.?

When I am asked by a prospect what my role in SFI is, what should my answer be?

When asked by a prospect what my role in SFI is, I generally answer like this:

"I am an affiliate and team leader within SFI, which means I promote TripleClicks and SFI itself, and I also teach my affiliates how to do what I do so well. Thus, not only do I make money through my promotion process, I also help those who I talk to succeed exactly like I do. Would you like to build a business of your own with SFI's help? I would love to show you how."

There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints. Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?

There is no *one* action you should recommend your downline to focus on. Each and every daily, weekly, and monthly action is important. However, an affiliate's core concentration needs to be promoting TripleClicks because that's the engine that keeps SFI running. Additionally, it has the potential to earn more VersaPoints in one day than any other single action, *and* it's the only source of the commission dollars that keep *us* going.
