How do you encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them?

It is evidenced that providing financial support to one's team members, by investing in them, may be useful in helping them growth their business faster.

But, it is far from being the only effective mean for guiding them to success. Nor is it necessarily the best. It is certainly not the most constantly used to encourage affiliates to be active and productive.

As an active affiliate, we should have immediate support from our direct, closest upline (sponsor and co-sponsor). For higher Upline ranks, some initiative of our part may be necessary.

If they are awesome, effective sponsor and co-sponsor, our direct closest upline will be immediately aware when we join their team. Our sponsor will get notifications of our registration, when we complete our profile, and when we sent them a commitment letter.

There are many areas, in the world, where internet access is not available 24 hours/7 days a week, or it may not be fully reliable. As SFI continues to grow worldwide and to innovate in diversified business segments and industries, such as the expansion of the Eager Zebra games, as sponsors, we are likely to have more team members in a situation of limited internet access.
