But on a practical note, doing it is not so easy and economical.

As you said communication with our Team is vital in SFI and if we are not good writers it will be difficult to continue here.

Naturally, we should work and develop our writing skills. Even though it can not be done over night, certainly it can be done. Where there is a will, there is a way!

1. Start writing on a daily basis. Write about anything you like. Soon you will find,
You have created a new hobby for yourself. You will love to do it.

2. Allocate certain hours of time to write daily. Stick to the time plan. Complete it
Even if you find it difficult.

3. Do this in an organized manner. Write about anything and everything in one
Place. This way, you will be able to see the progress you make every day.

4. Write about anything you like. Do not worry about the subject. Important
thing is, you should write something regularly.

5. After some time, choose a topic and write. Make a draft. Try correcting it and
take a bream. Start writing again on the same topic after some time with more
ideas. You will find lot of improvement.

6. Don’t worry about grammar. This can be addressed through on line resources.
Once you prepare a draft, correct them for grammars through these resources.
This is another way of improving writing skills.

I am 18 months old here.

When I joined, I was not clearly aware of the Fast Track, Forum, Ask SC, etc. I just concentrated only on completing the Daily Tasks

Slowly, I started reading various Materials provided by SFI including Basic, LaunchPad, etc. I was able to understand the finer aspects of this Affiliate Program.

I realized, the first step to earn an income is to become an Executive Affiliate by scoring 1500 VersaPoints by completing the different actions defined in the To Do List.

I kept thinking about "Duplication" and soon I was able to introduce many of my close friends. Thanks to them I became a BTL and was able to retain it for many months to come. I started seeing some extra income in my Bank Savings Account thanks to SFI.

It continued for almost 14 months and in the mean time, I kept introducing so many fresh sign ups through advertisements in Free Web sites.

No doubt, I received large number of fresh PSAs. Unfortunately, none remains active to this date. Mean time, my friends became quite inactive and this demoralized me to some extent.

The other side, due to my Rank, I kept receiving more and more CSAs and this way I was able to build my team with fresh PSAs and CSAs continuously. However, most of them remain inactive to this date despite my best efforts to encourage, inspire and motivate them.

These helped me change my focus. Rather than just concentrating only on retaining my TL Status, I decided to become an EA for few months and pay more attention to the other business aspects like ECA, TripleClicks Products Sales, PRMs, etc.

Today, I continuously exploit all available opportunities to speak, write and post ads. about SFI using the different Marketing Aids including Banners, Flyers, E-Cards, etc. in order to attract more people and create ECAs and fresh sign ups.

This is going on for the last few months now & I was able to get Four PRMs through the W3 Program apart from one ECA from a different country. I am also focusing on creating local ECAs dealing in groceries, fashion jewels, apparels, novelty items, etc.

The discussions are in the initial stages with these local vendors. I am pretty confident of getting few of them in the near future. I am encouraging my team members to create ECAs by introducing their family members and relatives who are in business dealing in attractive and interesting products.

Today, my focus is clearly on Selling TripleClicks Products and creating more and more ECAs. While Team Building effort is still on, I like to continue to pay more attention on these aspects of SFI Business.

I clearly realize, its only through this that every one can really make their goal become a reality.

Conclusion:

There is a great shift in my approach to this business. From being a contented person by scoring just enough VersaPoints every month when I joined this business, today I act like a seasoned business man with a well defined goal and a concrete action plan to achieve it, month after month, continuously. Indeed, I am confident, I will be the winner together with my Team!!

Before approaching prospective ECAs in any country, one should be thorough with the following:

1. List of Products permitted by TripleClicks (TC);
2. List of Products not permitted by TC;
3. List of Countries - where you want to look for ECAs;
4. Whether the Products permitted by TC are allowable for export to other countries
by those countries;
5. The Currency status of those countries - Moving Up or Down normally compared to
the currency of import countries;
6. Import Laws of the Countries from where the ECAs will receive orders (through TC)
for example - Certain products may be allowed for export by the ECA countries.
What will happen if these remain in the banned List for imports of
countries from where they get orders?
7. What is the Order Processing Time?
8. What are all the other costs if any like Freight/Courier Charges/Handling, etc
apart from the actual price of the product?
9. Whether these products are available in the domestic market?
10. How does the import cost compare with the domestic price?
11. What about Warranty/Guarantee?
12. Policy on Replacement of defective products?
