Viewed from this angle, let's consider the various situations that we all encounter today.

1. Many sign up; few continues for some time & then vanishes. It affects every one:

- Since our strength remains on the growth of the Team Members, we can do everything possible
so that they will remain active. But for reasons best known to them if they become inactive, we
become helpless. Rather than worrying about them, it makes sense if we try and bring in
more and more new sign ups; This is one side; The other side, we can continue to encourage
every one through regular mails without overwhelming them.

- They may or may not come back. But, we have done the job. That satisfies us and we are still
able to keep building our Team with fresh sign ups.

2. Not getting enough support from the Up line:

- This is another complaint we all come across frequently.
- We joined SFI because we want to grow & have a passive income for life;
- For practical purpose, we are all independent contractors here.
- It means, its our business. The responsibility for our growth remains with us.
- If we do not get adequate support from the up line, then we should think of alternate means
like, learning things ourselves from the Training Materials, etc quickly or go to the Forum on a
daily basis, learn new things, seek new things and keep growing.

3. Not having sufficient funds to have a Standing Order (SO) continuously:

- Every one faces this problem.
- Let's look for ways and means of gathering enough VersaPoints through other means. Let's
study the To Do List again and again, understand how it can be done and then indulge in
practical ways to achieve them. Contributing to Ask SC is one of the means where one can
learn, contribute things and in the process one can create opportunities to receive bonus
Action VersaPoints. Is this not one of the best forms of earning without spending?

Like these, there are so many things which if we do not address them at appropriate times, will detract us from growing. But, having understood the big picture its wise to ignore such things and get on with more corrective and concrete actions based on situations.

Conclusion:

1. Understand the current situations correctly;
2. Take timely preventive or corrective actions;
3. Ignore petty things;
4. Look at the big picture things - "the continuous growth & steady flow of income"
5. Have long range goals;
6. Split them with monthly small Targets;
7. Keep achieving them.
8. Reach your destination.

This is what " Big picture" is all about i.e. ignoring the tiny things, keeping the end results in mind
and not swayed by the current happenings!!

As for as New Affiliates:

Through our own experience we have found out that many of them do not furnish either the correct mail id or the contact numbers. Purely because of this, we are forced to use the SFI Mailer System to send our communication with a hope that they will respond.

In most of the cases, we do not get their replies and sooner we realize that they remain inactive despite our regular follow.

Further, unless you have your new affiliates coming from your own Local Area/Region or Country communicating with them over phone does not seem economical. It is better if we communicate through tools provided by SFI in the initial stages.

Our aim should be to create trust in their minds and that we are there only to support them with all our hearts. When we demonstrate our intent clearly through our actions, slowly they will start believing us. If we continue this way, I am sure we will be able to establish a good rapport with them. It is then, it will be possible to create closeness with them and communicate with them through phone.

Until such time, communication will be better only through SFI Mailer System.

Warm Market:

A warm market is a network of potential customers that you've had some previous contact or relationship with, including family, friends, co-workers, church members, club/group members, and neighbors.

Since most of them will be know to you to some extent communication through phone is a good idea.

Where ever possible, meet & discuss with them face to face.

In other cases, you can always speak to them over phone.

1. No need to stand on formalities.
2. You can speak to them casually.
3. Show your genuine interest in their welfare.
4. Understand their family back ground/situation.
5. Speak to them with lot of concern.
6. Use gentle and soft voice.
7. Listen to them without losing patience.
8. Use your words carefully and politely.
9. Based on the situation react positively & then speak about what you are doing, etc.
10. Based on the conversation, try to meet them personally.
11. Even, if the reaction is negative, please do not give up on them.
12. After some time, try to contact them.
13. No need to pretend or use sugar coated words.
14. Speak with lot of honesty & open mindedness.
15. Whether they accept your offer or not, at the end of the day, your relationship or friendship or
closeness with them should be in tact. This is most important.

Conclusion:

Please consider all these before you initiate a phone conversation with your warm market. Again remember, a warm market consists of people with whom you already have a connection. Do not force them directly or indirectly to accept what you offer. Help them to understand how you really want
to support them. Phone conversation should lead you to meet them personally & speak face to face. This is what you have to ensure.

There is nothing like top tricks for getting the most out of one's Genealogy.

It is a well built information system provided by SFI for all of us to use effectively so that we can grow together with our Team in SFI Business.

It has all provisions (We can filter any way we want) - what ever information we want with regards to our:

- Team Members;
- Their Performance & achievements;
- Active Members;
- Inactive Members;
- Country wise Members (PSA/CSAs);
- Generation;
- Sponsors;

Without such a strong supportive information system no business will grow. SFI Business is no different.

Conclusion:

We are all in this business to earn money & grow continuously.

I always visit this area every day to know:

1. Who is active &
2. Who is not

1. Creating down lines are vital to succeed in SFI Business. SFI created this facility since more people, after joining SFI, indicated their little or no experience in doing it. Hence this was created in order to "allow even the most inexperienced affiliate to build a successful online business by simply plugging into SFI's international advertising co-op".

2. S-Builder works like this: SFI pools the advertising cost of hundreds of affiliates & place ads on their behalf. The results of the advertising is shared among the participants.

First, find out, on a case to case basis, why and where they get confused?

1. Try and explain to them in an easily understandable manner.

2. Clear their doubts.

3. Make them ask questions.

4. See the areas of their apprehension.

5. Again explain to them.

6. Share your experience.

7. Make them view your achievements;

8. Lead by your own example;

9. Narrate to them, how you received support from your Up Lines when you faced simialr
situations;

10. Guide them step by step;

11. Never load them with too much explanation.

12. Create friendship with them;

13. Ensure it blossoms into a trust worthy relationship;

14. Demonstrate to them that you are there only to help them grow & succeed;

15. Always ask them, how you can support them?

16. Never lose your patience;

17. Never ever give up on any one;

18. Always, go deeper & understand the root cause of their worries & confusion;

19. Find out what is it that bothers them & why?

20. Assist & encourage them to the best of your abilities;

21. Motivate them regularly with genuine concern & sincerity.

22. Share the importance of studying the various Training Materials provided by SFI.

23. Advise them to listen to Audio Version of Gery's "SFI Rules of Success" regularly,

24. When they become active, help them by re-assigning your active PSAs;

25. Give them TCredits or Gift Certificates when they start performing & monitor their reaction.

If you want to promote it to Non Affiliates

1. If they are your friends/relatives living near by, you can request them to see for themselves personally when you participate in any of the EZ Games.

- If they are fun loving, they may like to play Goldstreak;

- If they love quiz programs, they may like to take part in KOT Games;

- If they love Foot Ball Game, they may take part in TD or POP

- If they prefer logic + guess work, they may like to take part in Time Machine, Pick the Price, etc, etc.

Their getting convinced depends on how efficiently you play & demonstrate your skills when you invite them for a demonstration.

2. If they reside in a distant place:

- You can explain to them, through e-mail, chat (Google+/Skype,) etc

- You can provide details in your Blog;

- You can create ads. in Free Ad. Sites;

- You can promote in Social Media like Face Book, etc;

3. For Strangers, to tap the local source, you can even attempt:

Indeed this is a short coming for most of the people At the same time, this will not help any one in improving the business or personal rapport or strengthen the relationship.

One needs to do lot of soul searching to over come this.

Well as for as SFI Business is concerned certainly this is a handicap.

Even if we send e-mails or advertise in Press or social media at some point of time, we need to interact with the people, explain about the SFI Concept, etc. Unless we explain in detail and convince them they will not be interested in joining it.

Then how to over come it?

1. Please read lot of books on Self Improvement;
2. Try to attend Training Programs on Personality Development;
3. If you are employed, please try to initiate small conversations with colleagues;
4. If you are a housewife start dialogues with your community;
5. If you live in a large Apartment, mix with people;
6. Visit Shops frequently & converse with the people;
7. Use every opportunity to initiate dialogue with people near by;
8. Frequently, check to what extent you have improved - & initiate self motivated
corrective action;
9. When you attend large social gatherings - introduce yourself even to the strangers;
10. Start the conversation like - I am so and so - Your saree looks good -where did you
buy - some thing like these?
11. Try & speak to more people when you visit Temples/Church, Marriage, Family Function/
Children's Birth Day parties, etc.

By doing all these, or some of these, you will find you have become a highly improved person and that you will look for more opportunities to speak to lot many people!!

That's all. Now you will find, you are too good at approaching so many people face to face.

The Result:

You have a strong Team under you in SFI!!!
