When you use the auto-bidder you have to decide how much you are prepared to spend - which means you can do other things and the auto-bidder goes on without you - until it reaches the limit set by you. If you are not there to carry on bidding it could be the next bid that wins the auction - in other words you might loose with one credit.

Watch the names of the people bidding - you will quickly see certain names coming up and winning the bids time after time. It seems these people will do whatever it takes and will go on bidding to the end - don't waste your precious credits on this because no matter how far you are prepared to go - they will go further.

I only bid on things that I really can use and if they have double MRP attached to them - that way I win even if I do not win the auction. I used the auto-bidder once and it was not satisfying, it ate up my credits and I did not win the auction.

Of course - if you have the financial means and you are willing to chase up the price to win the auction you can always do the bid-dogs auctions and give the other big dogs a run for their money.

I think this question is on everybody's mind. I would be surprised if there is one sponsor here that never saw this happening.

I think they start here and earn lots of VP and qualify as EA very quickly then they think: Hey, this is easy money! Unfortunately this is not the case - is it? Once they run out of actions to do to earn quick and easy VP reality hits them and they realize they actually have to at least invest time and effort to make a success of SFI. They are not really looking for something where they have to work for it - they want easy money.

It is also possible that they have a problem with English and with all the information at their fingertips in English, they get overwhelmed and off they go.

The 3rd group might not have a choice. Their personal circumstances might've changed and it makes it very difficult or impossible to continue. It is also possible that they might come back on their own later when their circumstances allow it.

About the 1st group you can not do much. The 2nd group you can still bring back with patience and some effort. You can try to suggest ways for them to continue (if they tell you why they left). If their is nothing you can do you just have to wish them good luck and accept it.

You can send all of them e-cards, team mails or e-mail (if their e-mail is confirmed), invite them to Skype with you, phone you or e-mail you. Invite them to tell you why they left. Most of them will not answer or react to your communication at all. Don't take it personal. Keep on sending your weekly mails but concentrate on your movers. If you pay all your attention to the ones that left and you forget about your movers you might loose them too.

My suggestion is that you take a look at the requirements to become a Diamond Team Leader. Everything is on the site but I find it easier to focus on what need to be done if I take a writing pad and a pencil (a pencil so you can erase and adjust your strategy as needed) and write down what the requirements are.

Once you've done that you take the requirements one by one and write down what you need to do to meet those requirements and set a reasonable timeline for yourself to achieve them. Use this To-Do list you compiled and tick it off one by one as you reach your goals.

Depending on how strong your team is at the moment you might be able to achieve it very quickly. The challenge to achieve this level is in reality not 100% up to you. The challenge is to take your team with you. Keep in mind your team might not feel the same urgency as you.

Concentrate your efforts on making your movers successful in the shortest possible time and you will advance to Diamond Team Leader in the shortest possible time. In my opinion it is not possible to give you a specific time - like a week or a month. A realistic time frame would be the dates SFI gave you as a Designated Diamond (check your goals tab for these dates).

According to these dates given by SFI it will be years (not months or days) to achieve this. Maybe you are not prepared to wait and work that long before you advance to the top. If that is how you feel - go for it! It will take a lot of hard work and effort but NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.

We all want to be successful and start making money as soon as possible but my feeling is that I need to be patient and keep going. The stronger I build my business the better my chances are that it will be sustainable. Besides that - what is the next challenge? At the moment the challenge to get there keeps us going.

I am not sure you can compare SFI to any other online business. I have certainly never came across another business that offers so much for FREE.

When I say FREE I am talking about money. This is where the big difference lies.

Many other sites promise that you can sit back and become a millionaire - IF you pay a start-up fee or a handling fee or administration fee or whatever they call it. OR you will get rich if you pay your fee and then follow the step by step instructions. If the money does not roll in it is because you did not follow the instructions or because you only purchased the 1st level but if you purchase the next level you will see results - and so they waste your time and they are happy to take your money and blame you if you do not make money (their system is foolproof of course!!) Often you can never even get hold of them again once you paid your money - even when they have a money back guarantee. Some even offer you this great kit for only $1.00 (or any small amount) but in the smallest print they tell you that they will take $500 from you every month for a year if you do not return their kit within 7 days. Ever try to return a kit within 7 days? It is not happening.

SFI is FREE. No starter kits, no admin fees, no training material you have to pay for, no handling fees. You set your own pace, work for yourself - not for a company or a boss. There is so much information and study material you can absorb it like a sponge. You can learn as much or as little as you like. I believe knowledge is power so I would say - grab this opportunity and learn as much as you can. The more you know the more you can apply it to build your business.

Is SFI really totally free? No. You have to invest your time, effort, hopes and dreams and if it is at all possible some money. You can do it without money and with more time and effort and patience or with money and make it a little easier. You also get help and guidance from real people, you can log a ticket that is actually actioned and you get answers to your questions.

I searched the internet for opportunities, burned my fingers - until I found SFI. I joined SFI in January 2014. I have no money and not as much time as I would like to have BUT I am still here. That says a lot. For me the difference is that SFI managed to satisfy my thirst for knowledge while giving me the opportunity to build my own business without risk.

Oh boy - some of my family and friends asked me about my business and I gave them a short summary. Then they asked me to explain more and that is exactly what I did. I did not shut up for at least an hour! Think some of them wished they never asked.

In the first place - it is FREE! Who does not like a freebie?

You learn something new every day - either by reading SFI's lessons, tips, ASK SC questions, Forum posts, watching video's - and if you are anything like me - this is the biggest pay off I get at the moment (I am not earning a lot of money yet.)

You meet amazing people - my sponsor and co-sponsor are both stunning human beings. Now I have my own team - and again I met some great people. I try to help them like my sponsor and co-sponsor helped me and they are just so happy - it makes it so rewarding when you really try to help somebody and they appreciate it.

I love playing games - so the games SFI offers is great fun for me.

I have no money to invest - so I invest my time and energy and hopes and dreams. I struggle to make it every month but I am determined to make it somehow. I use every cent I earn to build my business. I am looking forward to the day that I can order my card and start using my money.
So - I love that this is possible - it would be so much easier if I could place a standing order - but hey - the best things in life are free and if it is worth it, its worth working for it.

You can place paid advertisements on websites with high traffic volumes.

You can hand out business cards with your link on

you can send out gift cards to family and friends

You can place advertisements on community boards

Put the link to our page as your signature on your e-mail, so it will go out with every e-mail you send

The key is to get creative and to be original - possible affiliates might see a hundred of these links and ignore them - but if your grab their attention with your advertisement they are more likely to click on it.

At first I tried to tell them everything and before long I could see that they are dazed and confused. Then I decided to tell them in a very simple language what it is and let them find out the rest by reading the available information on the site and when they have questions about what they read I try to answer as simple as possible. This approach was more successful.

Sfi is an online business that you build up by recruiting affiliates and training them to build up their own businesses. The more success they have the more successful is your business. They are part of your business. Another division is promoting, buying and selling a big variety of goods online. It is online marketing. There are so much more - go and read all about it yourself and if you have questions I will be glad to help. It is not quick easy money, it is a real business.

Any form of communication is only effective if both parties make use of it.

With one of my team members I communicate via e-mail, Facebook, LinkedIn and the live chat here on SFI if we are both online. With another I communicate face to face or on the phone or WhatsApp chat.

What I want to communicate to you today is that you can use whatever is available to both you and your affiliate but communication is a two-way street.

We often communicate with our affiliates through team mail - with no reaction. It is frustrating and feels like a one-way street. It is at times like this I look at my affiliates that actually communicate with me and I am grateful for them. I communicate with them in whatever way they prefer and help them as much as I can.

I view two-way communication as the best outcome I could hope for because then I have the opportunity to guide them and see results.
