To earn your VP you have to post at least 3 times a week but I think if one of your team members win in the Daily Grand or achieve something you can post and congratulate them even if you already earned your VP for the week.

I use Stream to show my affiliates I know they are working, they are winning, they are achieving. I also send them e-cards but face it - we all like to be acknowledged publically. I use Stream and the Forum to do this.

You are not building your business by earning money for posting. You are building your business by concentrating on human beings - shining the "spotlight" on them when they earned it.

You can also use Stream to post tips, news, reminders, quotes or anything you want to share with your team.

Just like with the other auctions - do not jump in blindly and start bidding.

Take the time to watch what is happening during these auctions. Sit there and watch it as it is happening. You will soon see a pattern. Who is bidding all the time? How long do they wait before outbidding the previous bidder? What happens with the bidders? Do they fall out, keep on bidding until they win?

Go and look at the results of previous auctions for that specific product - how much did it go for?
What time of the day was it?

Before you bid you need to go and look what you would pay if you buy it. Your winning bid needs to be less than the selling price - it is about getting a bargain - not about beating another person.

You have to decide how many T-credits you are willing to spend and make sure you have enough T-credits to bid. Imagine loosing an auction because you were 1 T-credit short!! The value of the T-credits you spend bidding added to the price you win the bid on can not exceed the selling price - if it does you won nothing.

Do not bid on something you do not want or need - pick your fights. If you win the auction you have to be happy about it - not sit there and wonder: OK, now I've won, what now? what do I do with it now? It is like a small dog chasing a bus - what is he going to do with the bus if he actually catches it?

If you are bidding on an auction and you see another bidder bidding you might recognize the name and know that this bidder won before at a higher price as what you are willing to pay - bow out and wait for the next one. It will save you frustration and valuable T-credits.

I believe it is possible - not easy but possible. I've been with SFI since January 2014. I qualified as EA every month without investing money. I simply do not have money to invest.

Some people will tell you if you are serious you will invest money. They will tell you if you have internet access you have money. They will tell you to cut down elsewhere and invest that money in your business - but what if the only "luxury" you have is your internet access? You cut that down, how will you build your SFI business with no internet access?

The 1st thing you have to do is learn to not pay attention to these people. If you are patient and you think out of the box you can do it.

Get a team together - it does not have to be thousands of affiliates. If you have 5 active affiliates and you teach them right and they do the same with 5 affiliates and so it goes on you will soon have a strong team and you will see the money come in - at first very slow but it builds up.

When you have enough money in your account use it to purchase T-credits, books that can help you build your business, anything you can use to build your business.

You can recruit people for the Pay per action program and earn a few quick bucks - but remember they will not bring long term earnings.

Advertise Triple Clicks and specific products to make commission on sales - commission you use again to build your business.

Finally - be patient and keep your goal in mind when you are not doing so well and you feel you want to quit.

In the first place when you decide to join W3 - be patient - it might take a long time before you receive your kit.

Once you received your kit your car becomes a moving, visible advertisement.
The tools you received can be very helpful - if used wisely to get sign ups and up your income. Imagine you need a specific service you never used before - so you do not have a "go to" service provider. You stop behind a car at a traffic light and it is a business car - providing the service you are looking for - how quickly will you grab a pen and paper or your phone to get that number? I keep a pen and small notebook in the compartment of my door - just for such an opportunity and I found most of my service providers like that or by word of mouth.

Apart from the advantages the kit offers - just being a member gives you much needed T-credits and MRP to grow your business without spending your own money.

It gives you the opportunity to WIN prizes. Even if you have a one in a thousand chance to win it is still a thousand times more than somebody that is not a member. It is like playing the Lotto - if you want a chance - even a small one - you have to buy a ticket. No ticket - no chance.

The small amount you have to pay for shipping is not even covering the advantages you can get out of it.

In my honest opinion - when we start seeing SFI and Triple Clicks like a normal part of life and start approaching it the same way you would approach everything else in your off-line life - a lot of our questions would become logic. Do not separate your on-line business from normal every day life - it is not another world - it is a normal every day part of life.

I would not hand out printed flyers blind. In my opinion it is a waste of time and money.

If you put them on windscreens or in people's postboxes or their newspapers chances are very good they are going straight to the dustbin without a second glance. Why do I say that? Because that is what will happen if you try to get my attention. I live in a large townhouse complex. The weekly newspaper is delivered to our gate. They have now put up a recycle bin at the gate because people took all advertisements and other junk mail out of the papers and their postboxes and left it next to the pile of newspapers right there at the gate.

I would put some of them on community boards with a tear-off piece with your link on it.

Ask internet cafe's if you can leave them on their counter. The people there have immediate access to the internet and might be more inclined to check it out. Some of them might end up being used to make notes on, but some might be used as you want it to be used.

Keep a few with you and if you talk to somebody and money or making money comes up - give them a flyer or card - this way you know the person is open to give it a go and chances are better they will actually use it for what it is intended for.

How many conversations do you have with friends where they tell you about somebody they know suffering financial hardship for some reason? That is your chance - if you can get hold of that person or ask your friends to give them your flyer or business card.

In other words - do not hand out flyers or cards just for the sake of doing so - keep your eyes and ears open for opportunities and grab them when they happen. Make as many of your flyers and cards count as possible. Your goal is not distributing flyers and cards - your goal is to get sign ups.

How will talking to people from your own country in your own language benefit you?

1. It is just easier to communicate exactly what you want to communicate in your own language.
2. Every country is unique - in the forum you can discuss problems / solutions / opportunities and
help each other.
3. You can tell each other where you have more success advertising or less success - and you can
do it in your own language.
4. Some of your country's affiliates might not be so proficient in using English - in the Forum they
can ask questions and it can be explained to them in their own language.

Your first selling point to get them interested would be FREE. They might not trust that it really is free and they will wait for the "catch", but they will listen.

It is your own business - so no irritating boss, you are not making a big company or some rich guy more money, you are making money for yourself. You become a business owner - you are not an employee.

You choose or decide how much time you want to invest, when and where you want to work.
You can do it full time if you are unemployed or part time if you are employed - as a second income. You can use your business to build a nice retirement fund to pay for the little extra's your pension is not covering.

By building your business you set yourself up for residual income - that means your hard work and efforts now will bring in money for years to come.

It is your choice to invest money or not. With money your business grows faster. You can grow your business without spending your own money but it is slower and requires more patience and you have to invest more time.

SFI and TripleClicks is not a fly by night scheme. It's been in business for many years and it is part of another company - Carson Services. This means it is not going to disappear overnight. Here you can give them the facts and numbers, How long SFI's been in business, how many people join on average on a daily basis - look in your weekly newsletter. One section is SFI by numbers and use that. In the end numbers speak louder than words.

You can ask them questions relating to the income calculator - and show them how much money they can make - rather be conservative doing this. Rather let them get a nice surprise when they make more money than they thought possible. The opposite would not go down well and you will loose them very quickly.

They can win auctions for ridiculously big savings, get bargains and purchase unique gifts and quality products at TripleClicks. They can sell their own "previously loved" items and make extra money.

Then there is Wave 3 where they can get free stuff simply by recruiting, marketing and building their business. Then there is the games. There is so much to tell you might be tempted to talk too much!

What do YOU like about SFI and TripleClicks? - tell them about your experience - because they will see you are geniune and enthusiastic and that will be your biggest selling point.

First tell them about the opportunity SFI gave us and that you would like to help them to achieve that.
Ask them to let you know if they want to make use of the opportunity.
Set out the requirements for them point by point so they know exactly what they need to do if they want to grab the opportunity.
A badge might not be motivation enough for them - therefore you have to tell them about the advantages of getting the fast track badge.

Whenever we communicate with our teams we have to remember not to make assumptions. ( I worked for a guy that had a saying about assumptions that I can not repeat here - but it boils down to assumptions being dangerous and stupid )
Do not assume they read the announcement and they know the rules - explain it to them in detail.

Use plain language - even if you are capable of using big words and creative embellishments - rather use your language abilities to write a book or article you want to publish - not all your affiliates are English speaking.

If it was me I would place a Standing order (125 T-credits) so that I would be sure I qualify as EA every month.

With that out of the way I would start a serious campaign to recruit affiliates and to teach them to duplicate what I am doing (just keep in mind they might not have money for a standing order and if you insist they place a standing order they will leave)

Also start advertising TripleClicks products to earn sales commissions. Soon these commissions will pay for your standing order.

Use the 125 T-credits you get every month to bid on auctions, play games, download songs and in the process earn MRP, win T-credits, badges and so on.

You can also use T-credits to pay for some products on Triple Clicks and you can use it to reward or help you affiliates along on their way to success.

With the MRP you earn you can also pay for some products or you can buy more T-credits.

Think about your strategy, take the answers you get here into consideration and then use your money as wise as you can.

Whether you recruit them or buy them, you have no guarantee that they will be active but not having the knowledge to guide them will almost certainly ensure you loose any chance you have of getting them active. Why would you invest money without giving yourself the best possible chance to get a return on your investment?

Base your decision on when to buy PSA's depending on how confident you are in your knowledge of the business.
Also do not buy 1 000 PSA/s immediately - you can not possibly pay them individual attention they need when they first start. Start small and build your team gradually. As for myself - I am happier getting 5 new PSA's at a time and concentrate on them. Once they are up and running you take in the next 5.
