Basically, this is your business. SFI says you are an independent contractor. Your growth depends only on you.

Your growth and success depend on the amount of efforts you put in regularly.

SFI has provided "clear, proven materials" through Start, Basics and LaunchPad,.

After initial sign-up, all one has to do is to thoroughly read them and understand the SFI business concept. In case of any doubt or clarifications required one can take it up with the Sponsor.

The Sponsor is always there to guide and assist. It requires clear and timely communication from your end to seek answers, put them into action and grow.

At some point of time, you should become self reliant. SFI rules of success are very simple and clear. If you just follow them, you will be able to grow step by step. As and when you are struck some where, you can go back to your Sponsor with specifics and look for concrete answers.

There is nothing like to what extent you should rely on your Sponsor, etc. Sponsors are also in this business and they too are supposed to concentrate on their own business. There is no point in just burdening them for simple things.

Conclusion:

1. Be thorough with study materials provided by SFI;
2. Seek and learn specifics from your Sponsor; Communicate regularly;
3. Start building your own team sooner;
4. Keep abreast of latest developments both within and outside of SFI;
5. Being your business, be serious & stand on your own legs;

Its a good idea to have an open house get-together to present the SFI opportunity and the success of the meet depends on your thorough Planning and Preparation.

Please have a clear Financial Budget; Plan and spend your resources well within your Budget.

1. Equip yourself with all information about SFI/TripleClicks so that you can clarify
many things confidently;

2. Have a Lap Top with an Internet connection to give live presentations/Demonstrations;

3. Decide your Target audience like Students/Housewives/Retired People, etc & prepare the
Meeting Agenda accordingly;

4. Select a suitable Venue which is connected very well with transport facilities;

5. Have a Target on number of participants & send invitations sufficiently in advance and have
their confirmation;

6. Have one or two of your Team members to support your efforts;

7. Do not charge any fee and offer the whole presentation free of cost.

8. Provide the participants snacks & drinks (coffee/Tea,) at your cost.

9. Set the duration of the meeting at not more than 3 to 4 hours.

10. Start and end the meeting in time.

11. Split the contents & present sessions of short duration; Try to cover important aspects like
ECA, Garage Sales, Transfer Buying, PRM, Wave3 in detail;

12. After every session, have an inter action with the participants & encourage them to raise
questions & provide clear & authentic answers;

13. Where its essential and possible, request few of your participants to play EZ Games including
KOT and Card King so that they can have a feel of what is in store for them;

14, Even if no one joins immediately, (before end of the Meeting) do not feel discouraged.

15. Please provide them a Feed Back sheet by which you will be able to get all their personal
details and Remarks on the day's proceedings.

16. When they leave, please thank them from the depth of your heart and provide them with
flyers or hand bills that bear your SFI Gateways, Contact phone numbers, etc.

17. After a reasonable period of wait, please start " follow up" conversations with the participants.

18. See the response, analyze the feed back and decide on similar meetings in the future.

Conclusion:

1. Very important: Please do not mislead the audience & do not provide any blank promises on
earning potential;

2. Make them realize how sincerely & honestly you can support them if they become your Team
Members so that all of them can grow and succeed together.

SFI has developed & provided very many powerful tools through we which we can communicate with our down line easily.

1. Group Mailer System - Through this we can send our mails to many of our PSAs and CSAs
through a single click. The advantage here is, the mail is not only sent to their SFI ids but also to
their personal ids which they will receive if they are genuine.

This way, we can ensure that our mail reaches them,

2. Stream - This can be very effective to send short messages that are of informative in nature. The
messages can be read by all our team members, without fail, upon logging in to their
SFI Account.

3. Movers - When we log in to our SFI Account if we notice a green mark adjacent to any of our
Team Member's name in the Movers, we can understand that person is on line. We can at once
try to initiate a dialog through the "SFI Chat System".

4. Affiliate Snap Shot - This helps us to send E-Cards to any of our Team Members covering
Tips, Congratulations, Thanks, etc, Truly, these cards are amazing tools to motivate and
inspire our Team Members.

Apart from these, where it is economical we can use the phone facilities including Whatsap,
Skype, etc:

1. To speak; (video chat is wonderful)
2. To send short messages
3. We can create Face Book Groups for our affiliates so that response can be quick;
4. Personal visit to our team members if they reside in our local area, at regular intervals,

Some of the personal limitations and road blocks many of us unknowingly follow are:

1. The fear of failure.
2. The introvert attitude,
3. Lack of communication skills,
4. Not being able to believe in one's own unlimited potential,
5. Keeping aloof,
6. Unable to begin or get into a conversation;
7. Not being able to take decisions;
8. Influenced by Family Members and or Relatives/Friends
9. To give up easily;
10. Looking for short cuts to growth and money;
11. Always looking for assistance from others without trying; &
12. At the same time not being expressive of feelings;

With these kind of tendencies, one will never be able to stand on his own legs, grow and succeed in life.

In SFI, one we become an affiliate, we need to:

1. Follow a set of Rules and Regulations on a daily basis; It makes one disciplined;
2. Since one needs to communicate either with the up line or down line, one is forced to change
one's attitude and start doing it for the sake of Team Building, growth, etc; This way one is able

8. Since its an online business, one is forced to learn computer operation, use of internet,
analysis of data, take timely and appropriate decision, guide others, etc.

The moment you see a notification about a new PSA you should just send a " Welcome E-Card" with a brief about yourself.

This is the First step.

Follow it up, with a Mail detailing the:

1. Importance of Visiting: START/BASICS/LAUNCHPAD
2. Significance of becoming a Fast Track Member;
3. Performing the Getting Started Actions, especially the ones with a FLIGHT Mark.
4. The need to gather the minimum 1500 VP every month

This should be the Second step.

Then, watch out, see the Movers List & Affiliate Snap shot in the next few days. See, the level of
response and commitment. React with a Thanks E-Card for the things done.

This can be the Third Step.

In case certain actions remain pending, then try to speak, keeping all free channels available, in mind. Try to guide clearly with lot of friendliness in your voice. Keep doing it for next few days, and try to establish/prove your genuine interest in the new affiliate's growth and success.

This can be the Fourth Step.

All your initial actions should make the new PSAs feel comfortable with you. You have to create such a wonderful bonding with them slowly but steadily. You should become and remain their trust worthy friend rather than just remaining a Sponsor.

An Indian Proverb says, " If the foundation is strong the structure is secure!".

True - Isn't it?

Another Indian proverb says, " Behind every successful man remains a woman"!

All these point to one established fact-Without family's support no new venture by a family member especially men, will ever succeed.

To succeed in an an online business like SFI, one has to have patience and perseverance. It will take at least a year for any new affiliate to establish a firm foundation, build the team and start growing & earning an income. Every affiliate should not only understand this fact clearly himself/herself but should share and explain the same with his/her family members.

Any family will expect an income out of any venture regularly.If they just observe the efforts and not seeing any income accruing naturally, they will start putting pressure on the person who indulges in SFI activities every day. If such person remains without a job or any other regular income, then the pressure from the family will be more.

All forms of pressures will be exerted ranging from polite explanations to threat forcing the affiliate, in most of the cases, to give up. Lack of understanding of SFI concepts and support by the family members is one of the major reasons for many affiliates to give us quickly.

In such cases, any amount of explanation by the Up line will not help. Hence, it is quite essential that before making any fresh sign ups, especially of family members, relatives & friends, the family back ground should be understood clearly and the family members should be involved when presentations or details about SFI Business are made to the prospects.

If this is not done, the member will join and due to lack of family's support he/she will give up very soon about which the Sponsor can do nothing.

Conclusion:

Without family embracing the SFI Business it is quite difficult for any one to continue with activities, grow and succeed.

Let's ask ourselves:

1. Do we treat it like any other business?
2. Do we understand its not a get rich over night program?

It means,

1. Show them HOW you became successful; Your Badges are reflections of your performance;
2. What you DID to become successful;
3. When and where you SOUGHT your Up line's assistance;
4. How you APPLIED their guidance/tips/suggestions/answers, etc to your advantage;
5. How you USED the Tools provided by SFI/TC;
6. SHARE with them the results you received;
7. GUIDE them to understand and follow your steps;
8. ALLOW them to work freely as its their business, even though you remain their sponsor/Co-Sponsor;
9. COMMUNICATE with them at regular intervals; But do not bombard them with too many
mails and information;
10. MAKE them UNDERSTAND SFI Rules of Success;
11. HELP them to implement these rules;
12. WATCH OVER them
13. INTERFERE only when required or sought by them;
14. CORRECT them if they go wrong on the way;
15. REMAIN their trust worthy friend;
16. SHOW genuine concern in their growth;
