What are some ideas for marketing SFI at a job fair or free-standing kiosk in a business area?

I think it is a good idea if you have the infrastructure to set it up properly.
You will need at least one laptop or computer to show candidates 1st hand what it is about. It will be more successful than just handing out pamphlets and talking about it.
To catch the attention of passersby you need to put up professional looking posters. A home mad cardboard will look unprofessional and not something anybody wants to get involved in. It looks shady - a good way to loose money.
You need business cards to hand out if somebody shows interested but they do not have time to listen right away.
Pamphlets with your gateways on will also go a long way to "sell" the concept after they left you.
Your kiosk needs to be inviting, welcoming and interesting to people passing by.

What is the best way to predict the final price in the Pick The Price game?

You can take a wild guess and hope you are lucky or you can take some time and look back on the history of the specific product you want to predict the price on.
A number of factors might play a role in how high or how low a price will go. The time of the day - certain times the net is just more active and there are more people playing and bidding - so they will chase the price up.
The product itself will also have an influence - the more popular items would reach a higher price because people want it - even if they pay a higher price they will still pay less than the normal retail price. A saving is a saving.
The auto bidder option might also chase the price higher than an auction where there is no auto bidder.
The Big dog auctions are more likely to go higher as well.
Hope you can find / work out some formula for yourself to determine what might happen - but after all that - it is not an exact science and you might find with all the factors taken into consideration it might still surprise you.

Which is the best SFI Gateway to use...and why?

It depends on what you want to achieve.
Do you want to sign up new affiliates, ECA's, musicians or just get people to do the pay per action option or do you want them to join the WAVE3 page.
Read the descriptions at each link and decide - if you want to choose.
I can not see why you can not use them all and give yourself the best chance for success - but in the end it is your choice.
Which is better for a fairly new ECA? Limit shipping to my region while my business grows or ship internationally from the start?

Before you can even offer your products to overseas customers you have to make sure you've got all your ducks in a row regarding shipping costs. Also you have to make sure you do not break any laws and stay within the rules of the countries you plan to export to.
If you have a well researched plan and you know exactly what your obstacles will be and you have a plan to solve any problems that might pop up - you are ready to spread your wings and start exporting.
If fear is part of why you are not exporting yet - shake if off by doing your homework / research. This will give you the knowledge to make a good decision for you and your business.

I'm an EA2. What should my next objective be and how should I fulfill it?

Congratulations on qualifying as EA2.
After this you have to set goals for yourself - for example: You need to re-qualify as EA before the 10th of the new month. An easy way to do this is placing a Standing Order so you do not have to worry about that and you can concentrate on making the next level.
The next level after EA2 is Bronze Team Leader. Your Scoreboard will tell you exactly how many VP you need to qualify as Bronze Team Leader. You can also see what you need to do on the Compensation Plan.
Under the heading Income (in the black bar) you will get a lot of answers as well as The Plan.
Remember - you need a team to really make money. Becoming a Team Leader with no Team or a hugely inactive team will not mean anything. So I suggest staying EA2 and build your team before you take the next step.
One important thing you probably know - but just in case you don't. You have to requalify as EA every single month. Making it once does not mean you remain EA2. If you fail to qualify again you will be an affiliate again and loose all your ECA's and rewards.

First of all - lead by example. You have to be a buyer first.
Encourage them to buy the "safe" items that will help them to build their business as well. A lot of people are still scared to buy online - with good reason.
Let them wet their toes first by encouraging them to buy T-credits. The more they do this with success and they see how it helps them to earn VP they will get more confidence.
Once they are ready you can tell them about transfer buying - like The Natural products.
Next will be buying from reliable ECA's in their own country.
Once they see that it is not a scam they will start doing it on their own.
It is also a good idea to tell them about being smart and not just buying indiscriminately and putting their personal information out there for every crook to get hold of.

If your down line makes money without ever becoming an EA or even a team leader, they might not see the need to go higher - so you have to show them that they can make even more money by taking the next step to a higher level.
Some of your team members might want to go higher but they do not know how or they do not have the financial means to spend money to make money and just making EA is already tough for them - if you push too hard you might loose them.
Make sure everybody knows about the advantages and just keep on training, guiding and supporting them.

It does not really matter where you are. You promote Privacy Maxx and any other product where it is available.
You can not promote a product available in the US and Canada only, in India or Australia or anywhere in the world but you can advertise and promote in US and Canadian newspapers. If you advertise on internet sites you simply add the words: Available in the USA only.
The potential customer is not going to look at who placed the advert and where in the world the advertisement was placed. That is not relevant to them. They see the advertisement, it peaks their interest and they investigate further. It is your job to put it out there. Once you've done that your job is done. The rest of the process is out of your hands - you will just reap the benefits when you are paid for a sale resulting from your campaign.

My team has a negative attitude about SFI. How can I change it to a positive one?

How do you know they have a negative attitude? If they communicated with you you are in a good position to address their negative perceptions.
Attitudes are mostly based on perceptions. It is not always based on reality and facts. How many times in your life did you enter into the unknown? If you are anything like me and many other people I know you would sit and go through different scenarios and possible outcomes? Most people would concentrate on the worst case scenario - that way they do not expect too much and they won't be disappointed. Once you entered the situation and realised that all your fears are in your head your attitude change from negative to excited.
If you are lucky enough that your affiliates actually communicate with you, find out what they are thinking, what they are afraid of, why they are negative. Address their fears and concerns one by one. If you can - demonstrate reality.
Remember - the facts and truths will remove unrealistic and imagined threats and fears.

In the first place you should understand that you are not the only one this is happening to - so don't think you did something wrong. If you tried to help and encourage and you did your best it is the most you can do.
What you should not do is give up on them - maybe there is a temporary obstacle and they will start again when it is removed or solved. Keep on doing your best and be satisfied that you do not have a magic wand to make them work again.
Most of us have this happening - you are not alone.
