6. It presents adequate marketing methods & aids to grow the business;
7. It provides lot many means where any one can voice his/her doubts/anger/appreciation/comments
and remarks without any fear or favor;
8. The Founder Gery is always available to provide clear replies when the situation warrants;
9. Members feelings are always respected & remedial actions initiated at once when genuine
concerns are raised;
10.It has well written policies, procedures, safety & security measures to take care of its
member's interests;
11. Well explained compensation plan is provided;
12. It has Games by playing which one can gain knowledge, benefits & fun;
13. Last but not least, it ensures

a) Income earned by its members are received by them in time, every month;
b) It helps in expanding its member's down line through various means;
c) Even though it has a Store (TripleClicks) it does not force any one to buy products;

The To Do List clearly defines the various actions to be performed and the VersaPoints associated with each one of them.

Every action is very important. By performing each one of them we get VersaPoints. Accumulation of VersaPoints results in earnings and ranks.

We can not avoid any of them.

1. But, unless we log in to our SFI Account every day, we will not be able to perform any of these actions.

2. If we do not perform these actions regularly or miss any one of them on any day we will be the losers.

Conclusion:

1. Please advise all your Down line members to log into their SFI Account daily (without missing a single day) and perform ALL actions as spelt out in the To Do List.

Until a few months ago SFI allowed us to have the luxury of having unlimited A2A friends and followers. Unfortunately, this was withdrawn due to reasons best known to all of us - cross solicitation, etc and new restrictions were introduced.

We are into a serious business. Our aim is only to win here through strong and consistent growth together with our Team.

Even though every tool has been provided by SFI by which we can gather knowledge, under go training, learn very many things on a day to day basis. All these will definitely help every one to plan and do things better.

But still, there are certain areas like creation of ECAs, Win as an ECA, To be a Winner in Pricebenders Auction, etc, etc. Merely studying the Tips alone will not be sufficient. We need to seek many things from people who not only have hands on experience on these but remain consistent winners here.

Depending upon our area of knowledge requirement, we should choose our A2A friends and remain in constant touch with them.

Same way, we should regularly visit Forum and read ASK SC answers and try to understand who are all regularly contributing with their valuable posts and answers. This way we will certainly know and decide whom to be followed.

There is no point in in just having A2A friends and followers just for the sake of it. Our selection should be purely based on merit and it should help us to grow and succeed.

Conclusion:

1. Choose your A2A friends based on your knowledge & information requirements.
2. Follow the people whose posts in Forum and answers in ASK SC should be meaningful, useful,
should create value and above all should be very helpful for you to grow and succeed in your

Even though we give TC Gift cards free, we know, they do cost us money.

Initially, they are " Expenditures "!!

But when positive results are achieved because of them, they turn out to be
" Investments "!!

So keeping this in mind, we need to be careful when we distribute them.

We have to consider from among a big list of friends, Family Members, etc who can turn out to be our " Affiliates " in SFI Business. Once we are convinced, we can still drill down deeply, select few and gift them.

After a reasonable amount of waiting, we can follow up with them personally to know how they felt, whether the Gift Card was utilized, etc.

In case it remained unused, we can still explain the purpose of its issuance & make them use it!!

But, if people thought it was a ploy to get them cooked to SFI Business and not willing to even attempt using the Gift Card, nothing can be done!!

We have to value their sentiments & relationship should always remain cordial!!

In those instances, please do convince yourself that not every expenditure brings in positive results in any business!!

The first part of your question is the Task and the second part is the means by which we can fulfill it.

Signing Bonus is the strategy to achieve the Team Leader requirement every month, effective 1st January 2016.

To start with, for BTL, the new requirement is, there should be at least (1) first-level EA2.

How to ensure this in order to meet the qualifications & become/remain a BTL?

1. We should keep recruiting more and more fresh PSAs.
2. The moment we see them in our Team, we should explain to them about Signing Bonus and how it
can be earned & how it will be paid, etc.
3. We have guide them that the surest way to grow & achieve results in terms of earnings is to
become a Fast Track Gold Member.
4. All the benefits of FTGM should be thoroughly explained & they should be made to realize & come
forward on their own volition to become a FTGM.
5.As Sponsor, we can motivate the promising affiliates with Gift Certificate which can help them to
meet their financial requirement.
6. Once they achieve it, we can keep encouraging them to grow to next level by assigning good,
strong and active PSAs to them by which they can build their own team, slowly but steadily.
7. We have to focus on such promising workers very regularly, sharing valuable tips & suggestions
so that they will, in turn, try and duplicate what we did.

When we do this, naturally there will be growth within the team and it augurs well for the Sponsor' growth and development continuously.

It all depends on the Sponsor's ability to make the new affiliates understand the concept of Signing Bonus and how it works. The sooner they realize the better for every one including the Sponsors.

Beyond this, I don't think we need to do anything out of the box. Everything is well defined by SFI and all we have to do is to comply with it by putting it in to clear and concrete action on a daily basis.

First of all, you have an impressive profile and it shows that you were a Top Enroller even though you are just three and a half month old in SFI. Presently, you are an Executive Affiliate. Congratulations!

Because of your efforts, certainly you have a Team comprising of PSAs and CSAs. Since most of them would not have been as active as you are, perhaps, you have raised this question.

Earning 1000 AVP is not difficult. If you go through the To Do List, you will understand, there are so many opportunities available to get them to become a BTL.

You also have a Standing Order of 1200 VP and I presume this covers your TCredit requirement. You can use them in different ways to get the required AVP apart from fulfilling your normal day to day activities given in the To Do List.

Getting AVP is not the hindrance for you to become a BTL now.

You also have a Team where, it seems, many members are not so active.

Effective 1st January 2016, one of the requirements to become a BTL is that one should have at least one EA2 in the first level.

So, please continue to recruit more PSAs and help them to duplicate what you are doing. Even if one becomes active and EA2 by meeting the Fast Track Gold Requirements now, and continue to retain the EA2 status every month, it will be quite easy for you too to become a BTL in January 2016.

The more members in your team retain their EA2 status, you will be able to get more AVP (100 AVP per person) which will help you to retain your BTL status easily.

Conclusion:

1. Gathering 1000 AVP is easy if you follow the To Do List continuously.
2. Since you are an EA2 certainly you have CSAs in your Team.
3. Since you are also a Top Enroller it means, you have more and more PSAs in your Team.
4. Now, please focus on your Team members and guide them; help them; build close rapport
with them, show your genuine concern for their growth, Inspire them with Gifts, Transfer of
TCredits, Gift Certificates, re-assignment of PSAs, etc.
5. All these will motivate them to become/retain their EA Status.

We are all aware, SFI was formed 17 years ago with a clear vision, business module, sufficient systems and procedures, policy frame works, etc.

Over the years, with the advent of efficient software technology, SFI systems also went through various changes and improvisation is still taking place, taking current business requirements in to consideration. These are all being carried out only to ensure member's interest is protected and best business environment is continuously made available.

The point for consideration here is: Strong Foundation remains in tact & only further strengthening is being carried out from time to time by SFI Management. Its like painting interiors and exteriors of our home at regular intervals so that the structure remains safe for the people living there.

Second Point to consider is: Even though all of us would have attained some level of Leadership Ranks still SFI policy clearly tells us that we should begin every month anew - just as an affiliate.

The opportunity to grow here is provided to every one equally every month.

If we have failed during a particular month, we always have continuous opportunities to achieve something more in the subsequent months. If our past failure is the result of our not having planned and executed it well, we can do it in the following months.

Success in SFI Business hinges on 3 factors - Patience, Perseverance and Duplication.
SFI Rules of Success are also very simple. We have sufficient tools in terms of training and marketing which are all built with lot of wisdom and practical experience.

It is for each and every one of us to study all of them, gain knowledge and put that knowledge into practice continuously, without any regret on our past failures, so that we can grow and win.

I would like to compare the tools in the SFI system to that of the organs in our Human Body.

Every organ in our Body performs its specific role through out our life. We use them based on purpose and situations. It does not mean we do not use certain organs at all.

Same way, in SFI we have so many tools under different Heads, like:

1. Power Tools;
2. Training;
3. Marketing;
4. My Acct;
5. Forum, Reference and so on...

It all depends on your requirement to choose specific tools in each of the above that matches with your requirements. Every tool is need specific and case specific.

For example, if you want to promote Personal Gateways then you have to visit Marketing to select the appropriate one that meets with your requirement.

Same way, if you want to understand more about any of your Team Members then you have to visit Genealogy and choose filters carefully so that you will be able to obtain relevant information.

Basically, a team consists of people from different walks of life, from different countries and with different tastes. They have their own way of working their business.

SFI has provided very many tools to grow the business - right from Rules of Success, 3 Step Plan, Marketing Methods and Aids, Training, etc to EZ Games, Pricebenders Auction, Daily Crown, Daily Grand, E365, etc.

Each of these got its own advantage.

Since each affiliate has got his or her own taste and interest it will be quite difficult to choose any of these in particular and spread it among the Team Members.

As Sponsors, over the years, we should have enough knowledge about each of our Team Member's interest and we should focus on that particular aspect while dealing with every individual within the team.

This will alone make every member excited about doing SFI activities regularly. For example, we cannot ask team members to take part in Pricebenders Auction just because we keep winning there regularly. It may be counter productive.

The best thing that we can do is create League for different Games and invite members to join them based on their likes. Once the league is on, we can make it more exciting by following the great tips provided by SFI for creating "Leagues" which includes creation of a Rolling Cup, Rewards through TCredits, etc.

This is one way of doing.

Like this, for those who are interested in Auctions, we can invite them to watch an Auction in which we participate. When they see how things go they will be fascinated to take part. Whether we win or not, in their presence, is immaterial. We are able to create more excitement and fun for them. That is what is very important.
