Each one of our SFI daily activities is highly rewarding in more than one way. It is not by chance that they make up our “to-do-list.” It is by design, to give us the ideas that will benefit us and the tips that will help us successfully advertise, sell, sponsor and communicate with our team members.

This is what every affiliate needs to grasp. We have to go far beyond the misgivings of “wasting time for 1 VP. Rather our focus should be on using the information in the tabs to build our businesses.

The immediate point rewards are real. For some of them, we get up to three different rewards, not one single VP.
.
However, there is a much greater benefit in visiting each “Red Tab” on a daily basis, beside the Action VersaPoints (AVP) collected along the way.

For one, there are, at least, four of these tabs that bring 2 AVP: the TripleClicks tab yields 2 AVP, for the tab itself and for checking the “Newly Added Products”; for the use of one Tcredit, we collect 2 AVP when we bid through the Pricebenders (PB), in addition to up to 10 MRP if the auction is a DP; similarly, the Eager Zebra (EZ) tab also gives us 2 AVP and MRP up to 10 with some of the Knockout Trivia. Finally, the “Stream” tab gives us up to 3 additional AV per week, beside the daily point; that is if we post a “Stream” on according to its schedule.

Overall, we can collect up to 17 AVP and 20 MRP per day, through just the regular daily “To-do-list”.

For two, it is shortsightedness, and lack of full understand, to only see the benefits of our daily activity as just the actual AVP and MRP attached to them. There is a much more important reason why we spend time here, this frequently. Each page contains highly valuation information and business building tips both apparent and hidden.

It is actually a serious mistake to rush through the “red tabs”. Affiliates would be well advised to focus on using this wealth of information to propel their business. A more proactive approach would be to spend at least one hour and half to two hours going through the daily “to-o-list, writing down ideas and tips to use later.

Now, we have fresh, accurate data and information to share with our affiliates, and/or to feed to new prospects. It is critically important to take action right away.

It would be highly appropriate to spend another three hours, for either writing a blog, updating our website, publishing a press release, posting in social media sites, or sending emails to our lists of prospects. We should also send team mail on a regular basis to draw our team members’ attention on aspects that may benefit them.

I could go through each of the “to-do-list” tabs to point out how to use its content for business building. But, it would be rather lengthy for an Ask SC answer. Let me just point out three examples, while trying to be brief: First, obviously the “Tips”, next, the “TripleClicks”, and third, the “Growth”.

As for the “Tips” tab, the name says it all. Why do we fail to apply these tips, take action daily, use them according to the subject matter they are addressing? We all have noticed recent improvements in the tab content. SFI is making available, at our fingertips, some of the best Ask SC answers to questions critical to our business development. Why aren’t we using these tips actively and daily? Doing so will positively impact our monthly results in every aspect of our SFI business.

The TripleClicks (TC) tab on the ‘to-do-list” brings, into full light, all the potential earnings for selling TripleClicks Direct, promoting ECAs products, saving money with ‘Buying Transfer, listing our own products or opening our own store. When I check the “Newly added Product”, I fully open my eyes to see what niche market I can target for sales. This is the mindset in which we should open that tab every day. The potential of TripleClicks.com is way underestimated and under exploited.

The “Growth” tab is the least understood in my view. That is the reason why I am including it in this short review. It provides us with both a list of Affiliate reaching major milestones in their business development and the daily sponsoring leaders. This is the place where we have hidden tips for business building. We can contact sponsoring leaders for tips, asking them what they are doing to get the results they are achieving. Most of them will be very happy to share some of their ideas and/or point us to some activity which will benefit us. For the affiliates who have reach a milestone, on the left side of the page, after congratulating them, we can look at their profiles, see their badges, and get inspiration to duplicate what they have been doing to get there.

The above is the spirit in which we should approach our daily tasks. It is time well spent if we build fruitful activity from it. We are rewarded with real AVP to boost our rank, earn shares in the Executive pool, and build our business for greater earnings. It is far from being a waste of time.

It is highly possible that when we are prospecting for potential affiliates, we will encounter some who hold such expectations: "finding online jobs filling out forms or doing clerical tasks" for compensation.

A. I have personally checked out some of these online job offers. What I have found is that most of them are actually scams and schemes of con artists. I have yet to find a single one that is legitimate and holds its promises. There is ample evidence of online complaints from people who have been defrauded through such schemes.

You just need to some a quick research to find that online evidence and share it with your prospects.

B. If you have an affiliate who has already signed up with SFI, but still holds the hopes to finding 'online clerical work such as filling forms and the like..', you are in an excellent position to educate them and help them have realistic expectations.

What you need to do is to compare SFI against those flight by night scams and fraudulent job offers.
First, nearly all of such job offers have entry fees. One has to pay something to get in. Very often, other fees will be also required for training and for each of the tasks in which one is hoping to involved. People will spend most of their money without earning any substantial income.

C. SFI is the opposite to such job offers.
We all joined without paying any entry fee.
We all are here working without any obligation to buy anything.
We all have here free resources, training and tools and there are no requirement to pay anything to use them.

Every affiliate can start earning now while also building their long term financial security.

SFI is not a "Get rich Quick" scheme.

SFI is not a scam.

SFI is here for the long haul.

D. One Final Point

When I compare SFI with any other business, it delights me to use the data of:

"SFI by the Numbers"

We all get this data at least once a week. We should use it in our prospecting efforts to give to prospects a clear idea of what SFI is and how it stands out against other online business, especially those "flight by night" and scams out there".

B. Your question can be understood, though, as you are pointing to the methodology of promoting SFI, Tripleclicks, Pricebenders and the Eager Zebra games, and whether you should add your own ideas and your own strategies when you are sponsoring and selling.

The answer to that part is "yes".

(a) On the one hand, SFI is striving to keep current of most the highly effective and marketing tools availables online. We are getting new tools all the time. One recent example is the gateway "JointMyTeam", the introduction of the "Eager Zebra", earlier in 2014, etc.

If you effectively use all the tools and resources available within SFI, you will be highly successful.

(b) However, that does not mean that SFI rushes to incorporate any and every new marketing tool that comes out in the online marketing world. It is not necessary to do so.
Hence, if you find one that you like and you want to try, nothing prevents you from do so. Just make sure that you have done enough checks and tests to ensure the reliability of such tools and new ideas before wasting too much of your time and resources.

(c) One word of caution and realism, if I may:

In many cases, it may not be very productive to try to reinvent the wheel. If you go through all the various sections in the (i) marketing, (ii) reference, (iii) training, and (iv) power tools, you might be hard pressed to find anything else to add. Trying to be original and inventive may not always be worth it.

(d) Launchpad lesson 6 is one of those I would like to use as a reminder for everybody who is focused on being successful. Its title is "Central to your success".

If you do the homework assignment in that lesson every day, and you apply the tips, information, and knowledge you acquire this way, I doubt that you would find something to add.

Success requires advanced planning.

The best way to successfully start the new month is to plan for it before the end of the previous month.

A. We can start to assess our monthly results and achievements one week prior to close of the current month. We know accurately how the month will end.

Then we need to ask ourselves few questions.

(a) Are we going to reach our monthly goals?

(b) If not, why?

(c) What lessons can we learn from this month?

(d) How to improve these results for the next month?

B. From this assessment we start planning for the upcoming month with the following focus:

1. Set attainable goals, and identify specific actions which will make us reach those goals.

Sponsoring efforts and advertising campaigns have to be planned in advance and in effect before the end of the month, if we hope to see timely results.

The same goes for sales of Tripleclicks products and the contacts with potential ECAs. We know that the process of application and approval of ECAs may take some time. It may also take another time to get the ECAs to start listing their products.

2. The above goals are our monthly plan A. Execute that plan flawlessly and on a timely manner

3. Identify additional actions (Plan B) that will supplement our plan A. If anything goes wrong in plan A, plan B will compensate.

4. Be consistent and steadfast on our planning and execution and work on our plan every day.

5. Next month, set higher goals and follow the same process.

C. Periodically, review our plan to see what works and what does not work. Improve the areas where we get results. Find additional areas where we have the potential to get positive results.

This is the secret to making money and having a fulfilling life.

Blogs, websites and emails are all online marketing tools that help us interact with readers, opportunity seekers, change them into potential prospects and possibly get them to sign up with SFI as our own PSAs or ECAs.

Basically, your question is: How to get that reader to provide us with the information we need to interact with them, engage a dialogue that will lead them to the desired path and end result.

To be more specific about blogs, they are used to inform readers and online opportunity seekers.

The point is to make your blog a effective marketing tool. Thus you should consider every aspect that may help do so, in conjunction with capture pages and autoresponders or not. In some cases, they may be useful; in other instances, they may slow you down as well as your prospects.

We will discuss
(i) Blogs most common features,
(ii) Inserting links to your SFI and Tripleclicks, and Pricebenders Gateways, and
(iii) Whether there is an adaptability of capture pages and autoresponders to blogs.

A. Comments Sections that End a Blog Posting
A blog is a series of articles, news releases, press releases on topics that may interest those readers.
It can be effectively used in conjunction with marketing for SFI and Tripleclicks.
It’s most common feature a “comments section” at the end of each post. In this way, it can be close to a forum.
The most effective use of the comment section is to get prospects to leave their contact information for you. To do this, you may want to link the comments to a necessity for the prospect to sign up and leave their email address.
Each time a reader wants to comment, they will have to register first. Hence this gives you the opportunity to link the comment sections to a capture page (or landing page) which will be linked to an auto responder.

B. Inserting Your SFI Gateways in your Blog Posts
However, you may have readers who already want to take action or get a closer look on SFI. You do not want to lose those prospects by sending them to autoresponders or slowing them down with capture pages.
What you want to do is to give them the opportunity to sign up immediately.
Hence you may want to provide them with the links to your major SFI Steams of incomes and especially those gateways that are the most relevant to that specific post you are discussing.
For instance, if you are discussing SFI Affiliate marketing, make available your gateway URLs about SFI; if you are promoting Tripleclicks, provide your Tripleclicks links. You may also discuss penny auctions, the, Pricebenders links are very appropriate.

C. Adaptability of Capture Pages, Landing Pages and Autoresponders onto SFI Blogs
There are many built up and ready to use capture pages, landing pages and autoresponders.
It is not appropriate to mention here any. Just do a quick online search and you will get them.
You can look at them, get inspiration from them and built your own, if you choose to do so.
The content of a capture or landing page is: name, email address and phone number.
However if you ask too much information, you may chase your prospect away and stay empty handed.

Many marketers limits themselves to just asking for an email.

Using these tools may be beneficial only when your blog readers are on the fence, not sure of their interest, or have objections and questions they want to clarify. In such cases, capturing their contact information through landing and captures pages and managing that information through autoresponders may be very useful.

Thus, you are giving yourself the opportunity to provide more details through emails, answering specific personal concerns and motivating your prospects to take action.
The autoresponder allows build your list of prospects and tailor your communications with them, both in time and content.

From this stand point, capture pages, landing pages and autoresponders may be useful and effective.

How to understand “Affiliates who have abandoned SFI’?

We need to distinguish those who have opted out, those who have been removed from those who are merely inactive. The answer to your question will significantly vary from one to the other.

I. Distinction between Opt Out, Removed and Inactive Affiliates
We have two sets of non performing affiliates.
On the one hand, there are those who have deliberately quit or have been removed from SFI. Those who have quit may fit the letter of your question as they have abandoned SFI.
Those who have been removed may have violated a policy. We do not want to continue to associate ourselves with them
The second set of non-performing affiliates relates to the ones that are still in our genealogy but they are inactive. The large majority of our genealogy is made of this second set.
Then your question is how to convince these inactive affiliates to start or resume promoting their SFI businesses, because we are not allowed to contact those who have opted out.

II. Prohibition of Contacting Affiliates who Have Opted out
This is an SFI policy.
In your genealogy module, you have a report of “Opt outs and Removed” Affiliates. It clearly states:

III. Motivating Inactive Affiliates
It is a major concern of every SFI Team Leader to increase the ratio of their active affiliates and lower the ratio of the inactive ones
For that reason, in one form or the other, this question comes repeatedly in Ask SC and at the Forum. It is also addressed within the “Sponsoring guidelines.
A. Sponsoring Guidelines
The Dos and Don’ts in SFI sponsoring guidelines advise us to focus on the active affiliates and somehow not devote most of our activity on the inactive.
It is important to be realistic and come to grips with the understanding that we will always have inactive affiliates. It is part of the nature of Network and Affiliate Marketing.
It is also paramount to allocate our time wisely and focus on the actions that will produce the most positive impact on promotional efforts.
While we should not ignore those inactive affiliates, we will be better served by learning the lessons from their inactivity and working to find more active ones.
Learning from the inactive affiliates is to be aware of how we got them in the first place. Where did we get them to sign? What approaches have we used? What wording did we use in our advertising and marketing efforts? How can we improve such approach to sign-up more active affiliates?
Viewing your question from this angle may yield better results for our promotional efforts
B. SFI offers Tools and Schedules to Continue Motivating Inactive Affiliates
There are three major communication tools available to us to keep motiving new sign-ups and inactive affiliates.
(i) The first is our daily report of “Movers”. One way to use this report is to see how long our actives affiliates have not logged in. It is highly advisable to contact those who have not done their daily activities longer than three days or so,
(ii) The second is our weekly genealogy mailing. This mailing should be the minimum frequency of our communication with our team, both active and inactive. It is highly advisable to reach out to at least two or three times a week.

Use these mailings to share tips, news, your own efforts, and your own success. By regularly exposing inactive affiliates to SFI success stories, they will come back.

But avoid burdening them with daily mailings. That will be counter-productive and seen as spamming.

(iii) The third is SFI Corporate news releases. They are sent regularly to all affiliates that are still registered. It is a way of keeping us informed about new policies, new features, and major milestones.
The inactive affiliates have the opportunity to see the success being achieved with SFI.
It is one of the most effective way to motivate them to start or resume promoting their SFI Affiliate Marketing Business.

The CSA Exchange is a newly and timely introduced Co-sponsoring tool that provides a better match with our CSAs. It takes away language and culture barriers as well as obstacles relating to time zones. All the affiliates we get from the CSA Exchange speak our own language, have the same sensibilities and work their SFI businesses at the same time of the day we also are online.

Thus, all communication barriers have been removed. The sponsoring tools we use for our PSAs and other team members are still the most effective to get these CSA's attention, engage them and help them to be active.

Your welcoming message should stress all the above positive aspects while stating your availability to assist your newly assigned CSAs. It is important that they are fully aware that all communication lines are open between you, the co-sponsor, and them, the CSAs. You are here to unselfishly help them grow their businesses. This should come out clear and unambiguous.

Most likely, the CSAs from the Exchange have not been very active to begin with. Your first objective is to update them on the most recent developments and keep them abreast on the new tools and income streams from which they can start building their businesses.

To accomplish this, you may want to look at each ECA's profile in details: when did they join, what has been their level of activity, how long have they remained without logging into SFI. In other words, you are assessing their personal situations and their level of awareness of the of SFI in general and the most recently introduced tools, in particular.

After they get active, use your regional and country forums for target posting on issues specific to their local interests

These are the areas where you want to focus, to raise your CSAs' interest, get them active and develop a mentoring strategy to help them start seeing results.

Traffic exchange websites (TE) aim at enrolling other website masters and online marketers with the goal to get them to advertise their own pages. To attract a large membership, the TE is, sometimes, part of larger traffic exchange networks.

To benefit from any traffic to one of your SFI Gateways, you would have to browse other member sites on the exchange program to earn credits. This enables your Gateway, which is a sales page, to be viewed by other members through the surf system.

Website masters use TE programs to increase their site visit rate. Their objective is to improve their Alexia rankings.

Nearly all TE websites are free to join. They also offer optional upgrades and the opportunity to buy credits and other mailing rights to their members. Some restrict your mailing to only those whom you referred.

I am not using traffic exchanges and I will explain why in part (II) of my answer. If you still insist in using them, you will find in part (III) how to effectively do so. In part (I) below, you will find a description of traffic exchanges and their shortcomings

I. There are two main categories of Traffic Exchanges:
(i) Manual Traffic exchanges, and,
(ii) Autosurf Traffic exchange sites
(a) The manual Surf Traffic Exchanges have usually timing between 3 to 30 seconds, and a verification mechanism to prove that the surfer is human. The surfer has to comply with both requirements to get credit for viewing the displayed pages.
(b) An “autosurf” TE program requires no human intervention to rotate members’ site in the database, and is used primarily to inflate the total number of site hits.
Obviously the “Autosurf” Traffic Exchange websites are not at all suited for promoting SFI. Unfortunately, it is what some of the ECAs selling traffic hits may be using. They will tell you that they are selling traffic and they do not guaranty any sign-ups. You will have the hits. But there is no real benefit in such traffic.

II. Traffic Exchanges are hardly suitable for Promoting SFI
Those who view Traffic Exchange sites positively focus mainly on their effectiveness in producing internet traffic and web hits to embers’ sites.
(i) Your main reason for joining a Traffic Exchange is different. It is to promote SFI to potential opportunity seekers. If that Traffic Exchange is on “Autosurf” you will not get any sign-ups. Your results will also be the same with a Manual Traffic Exchange, if every surfer is there only to sell their own product or to recruit for the program they are sponsoring.
(ii) One opinion is that traffic exchanges are useless. Everyone is surfing for the same motive: to direct traffic to their own site. They will only view your website to get credit.
(iii) Any of your SFI gateways is a direct sales page. Traffic exchanges are not suitable for direct sale pages. They are more appropriate for lead capture pages.

III. How to use Traffic Exchanges Effectively
1. The key to using traffic exchanges is the knowledge that surfers will only be viewing your site for a brief period of time: between 3 and 30 seconds. You cannot expect them to sign-up with SFI in such a short time frame.
It is common understanding that traffic exchange members are internet marketers like you. You are not there to buy anything. You are there to find SFI prospects. The other members have exactly the same motive. They rarely buy anything through traffic exchanges.
2. Rather than using your SFI gateways and hoping they will sign up, your best option is to direct them to your own capture page, splash page or lending page to collect their personal information such email addresses and phone numbers.
3. The most effective are squeeze pages or splash pages, which have a simple headline, description, and opt-in form for an autoresponder. Then the surfer can easily type their email address and other information you requested. Your next step is to follow-up with a series of emails about SFI and its various streams of income as well as its methodology.
In other words, you will be building a list of potential opportunity seekers. This should be your main goal of using traffic exchanges: to build your personal list of SFI prospects.
4. You can then interact with them, educate them about SFI. If you convert any of them as SFI affiliates, you will likely have motivated and ready to work PSAs who will remain active in your downline.

The e-Commerce Affiliate (ECA) program is a major part of our SFI business. It is the second component of the Tripleclicks store, besides Tripleclicks Direct. It is one of the prime income streams we have for earning commissions when we sell, to outside customers, products offered by ECAs. It is a source of sales revenues when we are ECAs ourselves and we list products.

We used to access to the ECA tab only through the Tripleclicks page. As such, it was somewhat hidden from the attention of most SFI affiliates who used to visit the Tripleclicks site only for a very short time without paying attention to all the opportunities of income, savings and business development.

Now, with the ECA red tab brought forth to the forefront of our attention, at the Affiliate Center, everyone of us has the opportunity to explore what the ECA department has to offer.

This is going to benefits us in many ways. I will summarise below some of the most striking benefits and how they are going to positively impact our efforts to build our teams and grow our businesses.

One very obvious benefit is the time savings and the reward of daily action VersaPoints (VP) we all need to qualify through the ranks. It is a welcome incentive to work with the ECAs more directly and more proactively to grow the Tripleclicks store worldwide.

The introduction of this ECA red tab is twinned with a major change of the corresponding Tripleclicks page. Everyday, we have one 'Featured ECA'. We are encouraged to thoroughly visit their page, get acquainted with their products. This gives us the opportunity to identify products for which we can find customers, make sales, earn commissions, help the ECA generate revenues, and help Tripleclicks grow.

We also have at our fingertips the list of the most highly rated ECAs. Hence, we are more confident in interacting with them as suppliers of both our personal needs and those of our customers. We can safely engage in sales of their listings, knowing that they will make every effort to keep our customers satisfied, because it is in their best interest in two different ways: (i) helping them keep and improve their ratings; (ii) generating income revenues and growing their own businesses.

We should also feel more confident in our "Buying Transfer". Everyone of us has buying habits: products and services they get for their daily needs. Instead of spending our hard earned dollars somewhere else, we have more incentives to use them with the Tripleclicks Direct and the ECAs. We save money. We enjoy high quality products and services. We get more Purchase/Sales VersaPoints (VP). We help our sponsors and co-sponsors earn commission. Everybody wins.

Now, every affiliate has additional reasons to be an ECA. Very few SFI affiliates take advantage of the opportunity to be an ECA. Although, it is easy to do. It has the advantage of expanding our potential income, making the SFI/Tripleclicks group our main business activity, and as we grow successful, the venture on which we spend most of our time and resources Thus, SFI becomes the most important source of our income as well as building our financial independence.

One last important aspect of the ECA program that has not been fully used is the referral of outside businesses to join Tripleclicks as ECA members. This referral has so many benefits. We earn 100 action VP for every ECA we bring in when they list their products. We are paid commissions on their sales as long as they remain Tripleclicks members. We get a badge when we reach a given amount of ECA referrals.

Just prior to the introduction of this ECA red tab, Tripleclicks made a significant overhaul of the ECA referral gateway. Now, it is much easier for an outsider to fill the ECA application and get approved. This makes our referral tasks much easier.

The e-Commerce Affiliate (ECA) program is a major part of our SFI business. It is the second component of the Tripleclicks store, besides Tripleclicks Direct. It is one of the prime income streams we have for earning commissions when we sell, to outside customers, products offered by ECAs. It is a source of sales revenues when we are ECAs ourselves and we list products.

The New Member Pack (NMP) is very important in helping a new affiliate launch their SFI business and position themselves on the path to SFI leadership, in reaching the Fast Track and potentially qualifying for the final round of the E365 contest. Your PSAs will be notified through SFI Corporate messages. Thus, if they read their emails, they should be aware of the value of the NMP and how it can benefit them.

As sponsors, we should always come across as mentors and support to our PSAs, motivated by our desire to see them succeed in building their businesses. In our one-to-one communications with our team members and our weekly mail we have the opportunity to stress the benefits new affiliates will have if they invest in the NMP.

These are the points we want to emphasize when we remind them about the NMP

If they invest in it, in return they will get the following benefits:
- 50 TCredits as reward.
- 200 MRP.
- 500 VP.
- 10 Easy Express Game tokens.
- 30 bonus Daily Crown entries.
- Fast Track status if purchased within the first 10 days in SFI, and
- An additional 10% share from the Executive Pool on their VP earnings.

It is our job as sponsors to make sure that new PSAs have not missed this information that has been presented to them through messages from SFI Corporate.

If they are fully aware of it, they invest in the NMP, provided that they are in a position to do do.
