Before joining SFI, I got in to PTC sites. I used to click ads. every day across 23 sites and slowly I could see accumulation of money in my account.

When I reached the Minimum prescribed amount to claim, in one of these sites, I kept receiving the message that it was no more in business.

Like this, I wasted my time in many of these sites for about 8 months and I received nothing in return.

I realized I was fooled by many of these sites. Thereafter, I had no guts to even visit any of them.

It was at that time that I got in to SFI, on my own. Right from day one, I followed the guidance provided in the To Do List and soon I became an Executive Affiliate.

In the second month, I became a BTL and I retained this status for so many months to follow. I kept introducing some of my close friends who remained active for many months.

In the third month or so, I received my commission including the Bonus $10 for becoming a BTL, credited to my Bank Account through Paypal.

Its more than 18 months now and there is no looking back. I have been receiving my payments in time.

What ever benefits SFI promised in the Compensation Plan are all being received by me, even without asking for them, in time.

All these made me realize that SFI is the real deal.

Conclusion:

Every one is working for money and looking for benefits for their efforts. When the promised rewards are received in time from the Organization every one will rejoice and will work with more vigor and vitality.

This is how all the Affiliates here in SFI are able to grow through duplication and sale of TripleClicks products, etc. I am no exception.

It is the action that counts. SFI has proved it many times. So, very naturally, why me, every affiliate is convinced that SFI is the real deal. That's why we see huge enrollment on a day to day basis.

If its demoted it means that your affiliate has not retained his existing status. It can be from TL to EA or from EA to Affiliate.

Please explain how easy it is to move forward with persistent efforts.

Have an open minded discussion - If possible face to face; If affordable, through phone; if not then through a mail to personal mail id. Try to understand the situation; Explain how things with little bit efforts can be sorted out/achieved.

1. If finance was a cause, then support him with possible Gift certificates from your end.

2. Allocate few of your performing affiliates to help him build the team.

3. Transfer TCredits and assist him to use them judiciously that can help him earn VersaPoints.

4. In essence, understand the causes & offer appropriate solutions to tide over the situation &
help him become active again.

On the other hand, if it is "Demotivated affiliate" then

1. Try to establish contact;

2. Know the reasons;

3. Keep guiding continuously;

4. Show your genuine interest in his growth & success;

5. Guide him the ways and means to gather VersaPoints;

6. Do follow up with him on a day to day basis;

7. Where possible, try to meet in person or speak over phone;

8. Know the circumstances & offer suitable tips to move on;

Conclusion:

In essence, please establish contact, try to meet face to face or speak over phone; Understand the reasons for being demotivated, offer appropriate guidance, support him with all your heart, inspire him with incentives and see if it helps; Do a follow up regularly and leave it to him to decide.

If he understands your genuine concern and sincerity for your growth he will become inactive soon. If not, please do not get dejected. Keep working with the workers. As Gery says, "Some will; Some won't; So what? Some one waiting! Next!". Move ahead with this die hard spirit!

3. Explain how this Sign bonus can grow up to 40 and 100$.

4. Offer them incentives like Gift Certificates, TCredits, Re-assignment of PSAs, etc on conditions
that are linked to their being active & achieving tasks on a regular basis.

5. Make them realize that SFI is a real deal;

8. Do not bombard them with them continuous mails, messages,etc.

9. Make them understand that you are genuinely interested in their growth & success;

10. Help them to study Training Materials provided by SFI including LaunchPad;

11. Share success stories with them;

12. But do not insist on replies or acknowledgements for each of your mails or communications;

13. Allow them to learn slowly but steadily;

14. Interfere only when situation asks for it;

15. For any mail seeking replies, please reply at once;

16. Keep your answers to the point and brief;

17. In all your communication, instead of saying "do it or do that" ask them, how you can
help them to get started or move forward, etc.

18. The way you present yourself in the initial stages of their joining SFI should make them do
things on their own volition;

19. Explain to them it is their business & success depends on their efforts & it can not be
achieved over night;

20. Suggest so that they can listen to audio version of Gery's "SFI Rules of Success".

Conclusion:

With these kind of efforts from your side, surely the serious minded new affiliates will be more than willing to work with you and grow in SFI.

More than what sort of communication mode you employ what is really important is whether:

1. It produces the desired results; &
2. It makes your team members active;

When you are satisfied with the out come by your communication through SFI system, please remain happy as long as it happens.

Only when any of your affiliates fall by the way side and become inactive, you need to be worried and look for ways and means to get them back to active mode.

Its also understood that when we send e-mails using SFI Group Mailer System, it also goes to their personal mail id automatically. There is every possibility that the team member can see it even if he remains inactive in SFI.

Unless the situation warrants there is no need to bombard team members with too many communications. It can be counter productive at times.

Further, unless you are accepted as a friend by your Team Members you will not be able to communicate with them through Facebook.

Similarly, unless you remain in their contact list or added in the group, its not possible to use WhatsApp effectively to communicate with your Team Members.

Conclusion:

1. SFI System is a great way to communicate with them;
2. As long as your Team Members remain active, you need not worry;
3. When any of them becomes inactive, that is the time when you may need to think of
alternate means of communication;
4. They too have usage conditions (as explained above);
5. Please be rest assured, in sum and substance, you are NOT missing out by not using outside
resources;
6. Continue to use SFI tools to communicate with your Team to derive maximum advantages.
7. When situation warrants, then only look for effective alternate means of communication.

Forum basically provides a means or opportunity to:

1. Share your views; voice your opinion;
2. Have a healthy debate on threads created by yourself or others;
3. Raise questions;
4. Seek solutions/clarifications;
5. Suggest changes in SFI systems/Policies/Procedures, etc for the benefit of SFI &
its members;

Since English being the language for communication many members were finding it difficult to do it freely and hence based on huge requests from members, SFI Management has been kind enough to introduce the facility of posting in your native language in the Forum recently (Of course on a trial basis).

The advantages are:

1. You can post freely;
2. You may get replies in your own language;
3. You will gain more knowledge about SFI business;

Disadvantages are:

1. You may or may not get clear, concrete and correct (authentic) answers from other
experienced members belonging to other Countries or Regions;
2. Interaction remains limited with a small group;
3. Chances of Gery's intervention (where required) will diminish;

As for as how it can build your SFI Business:

1. It all depends on YOU;
2. How you will put all the knowledge you gained from the forum, in to action;

Conclusion:

1. Its an additional tool provided by SFI so that you can communicate with people belonging to your Country or Region without difficulties.

2. If you are comfortable in communicating through English, you can still use the regular Forum, which is being used by majority of members around the world; It can help in increasing your

2. It has given us the the Action Plan through the To Do List.

3. We are also provided with enough Marketing Methods along with sufficient Marketing Aids.

By doing these, we will be able to find at least Five affiliates who will follow us and duplicate what we did. This alone will help us to be successful in SFI.

With regards to Pricebenders auctions, SFI has given very many tips as to how to win.

The following one needs to be remembered when ever we want to enter the auction.

I joined SFI on my own. You may ask how?

I was browsing the internet for Online Income/Net work Marketing etc. There appeared SFI. When I read, I was impressed at first sight. I got into it.

Once I became an Affiliate, I sincerely read Basics, Launch Pad, etc.

I got more inputs. Meantime, I got my Sponsor's contact details. From that day onwards (till now) she remains my guiding force. Because of her regular encouragement I was able to form a reasonably good team now(comprising more than 12 of my own friends as EA2 etc) and all of us are making rapid progress.

We have started making money too as commissions now!!

To this date, when ever I try to introduce any one to SFI Business, I only talk about what Me & My team achieved till now and how the future looks more prosperous for all of us.

I concentrate on introducing my family members and friends. I have not introduced any strangers till now.

My friends believe me when I talk all about SFI Founder Gery, SFI and the business potential it holds vis-a-vis my achievements within a short period of just 80 days.

Please explain all about SFI, SFI Business, how it was started, etc.

Make it very plain that it is your business and you have put your heart and soul into it. Please show him/her the proof of your growth in terms of Batches earned, etc.

Talk about your Team, its growth and how you have been instrumental in establishing it.

Then please make him/her understand how you will take care of him/her if he/she decides to join & work under you.

The way you explain all these should make him/her decide instantaneously that you are trustworthy and that he/she can join SFI Business without any fear!!
