As, for this PPC question you just introduced, its impact is actually closely linked to your previous one on the quality of recruiting. A combination of niche marketing and PPC Advertising could improve the quality of sign-ups, when some conditions are met.

To answer your question about the best PPC methods for gaining SFI sign-ups, there are actually two forms of PPC. All the others are merely variations of either

1. Search Engine Keyword PPC that has been dominated by Google in the past decade, or
2. Facebook Demographics PPC, which debuted only in last two, three years.
3. A third form of PPC is a combination of the two above: it is the Demographics/Nice Advertising combination. As are displayed to you according to your previous researches.
For example, Google will display to you ads based on your previous keyword searches.
Facebook will display for you ads based on the ones on which you clicked previously.

This advent of Niche and Demographics marketing gave Apple opportunity to shoot at Google and Facebook. Tim Cook, Apple CEO, recently said: "Apple makes great products and offer them to its customers, while for other Tech and Social Media Giants, the user is the product. We, the users of Google search or members of Facebook are actually what these companies are selling to their advertisers.

This is one of the reasons, I personally do not use PPC advertising in addition to the following reasonsmo

a) the rate conversion is very low
b) We as SFI Affiliates do not have control over who clicks on our ads;
c) Facebook or Google are paid based on the number of clicks;
d) They will display the ads to anybody who has even a remote possibility of clicking;
e) As a result our allocated budget will be depleted soon without us, advertisers, having a sign-up at all

Further, there is another reason more fundamental. In the past, Google has often changed the rules of its adwords advertising without notice. Each time marketers lost their source of income and had to start all over again.

For us SFI Affiliate who want sponsor potential leaders with vision, we have to resort to our blogs, our websites and our email marketing to strong teams.

This is my intake on this issue.

For starters, our family, friends, co-workers and business relationships are the first prospects to whom we can introduce SFI face to face. This will give us some experience on reading people's reactions, answering questions and objections, while building our self confidence. After we have exhausted this warm market, we can then prospect elsewhere.

Many employed adults dream of leaving their 9-to-5 jobs for self-employment. This is particularly true in industrialized countries, specially in North America (US and Canada). We may be around them without noticing, until we strike a conversation about work satisfaction and the "ups-and-downs" in the lives and salaried employees. Those are the primary prospects for a face-to-face presentation on SFI.

The best place to meet such people is around their workplace. If you currently hold a salaried employment, or you have been in the recent past, your location of employment is a good place to start, provided that you are very skilled and can be very discreet in your interactions with prospects. Lunch break time can be very appropriate for that purpose.

If you are no longer holding a salaried employment and plan to use this strategy for growing your SFI business, it may be worthwhile to assess all the opportunities available in your city. A thorough and comprehensive investigation will help you discover that there are many business networking groups that meet on a regular basis.

To identify local business networking groups, it may use useful to contact
- the chamber of commerce,
- professional organizations, and
- other business clubs.

The above is a formal approach to face-to-face prospecting

For the informal approach, any opportunity you have talking to people is good for face-to-face recruiting. You do need to be always ready, mentally prepared and good at handling objections.

We are indeed very fortunate that SFI is free to join. SFI has also made it very clear: You do not have any obligation to upgrade. You can successfully build your business without spending anything out of your own pocket.

The answer to your question is, then, about the actions and strategies that will help somebody succeed when they does not have financial resources to invest in SFI.

A. For affiliates in such situations, the first messages to convey to them are:
1. invest as much time as they can allocate to SFI
2. learn about SFI, and have a deep understanding of the rules of success
3. apply themselves in using efficiently all the available free resources within SFI

We know that success with SFI is derived from sales and sponsoring.

There is abundance of resources available within SFI to help affiliates run advertising, marketing, sales and sponsoring without out of pocket expense.

B. For every SFI Affiliate, and especially those who lack financial resources, it is highly recommended to:
(i). Work thoroughly the 'daily, weekly and monthly tasks in the "To-do-list". They should maximize their potential in earning all the VP available.
(ii). Play all the free Eager Zebra games to earn as many rewards and tcredits and token as they can get.
(iii) reinvest their gains in earning more VP

C. A major part of success with SFI is from sponsoring and sales.
This will never be emphasized enough. Every affiliate should devote a good part of their time towards sponsoring and selling.

D. SFI is growing in leaps and bounds, with new innovations every day.

Every Affiliate should be part of this growth and take advantage of it. We all need to focus both on sponsoring (building our teams), and selling Tripleclicks products.

This is especially true for those who have limited or no financial resources.

SFI is a business where every activity can be handsomely rewarded. When you are fully familiar with all the daily tasks, the corresponding tabs and the shortcuts built in them, an hour of intensive work will be enough to go through your "To-do-list" with time to spare for advertising, selling and sponsoring.

One very effective strategy is for you to devote a day to one of these important tasks, after you have finished with your to-do-list. For instance, you could allocate one or two specific days to advertising, two others to selling, and the rest of the week to interacting with your team members, your prospects and your ECAs as well as PRMs.

With such schedule and time allocation, you will have covered the most significant requirements of your SFI business . However the most important aspect of our work is not really the amount of time we allocate to it. Rather it is the quality of the work we put in. Productivity will vary from one person to the next. Someone can produce results far greater than another in less time.

Hence, the most critical aspects relate to the skills, the knowledge and focus with which we address each of the tasks our SFI business demands. My recommendation is to develop those skills, build that knowledge and approach each one of your tasks with the greatest focus for yielding the best results.

As for the budget, a $50 monthly resources allocation, when wisely used will also have an impact that will help your business building efforts yield results. If you invest it in a Standing Order (SO) made up of the most popular TCredits packages, you have a good amount of seed for bidding on auctions to gain more TCredits. TripleClicks has a unique inventory of products and services that are not found with any of the major competitors about whom you may be thinking. From that standpoint, they are not TripleClicks competitors per say. Many of the TripleClicks products are better and target different sets of customers.

The question we are faced is rather one of level of activity, quality of advertising, skills in selling.
It is up to us to take massive action in advertising and prospecting for potential TripleClicks customers, so that the store is as well known as the major competitors.

The major competitors are also using the same affiliate sales force, as TripleClicks, to pitch their products and services to potential customers. In this regard, we are better positioned as we have greater vested interest in the success of our sales efforts. The customers we bring to TripleClicks are our customers for life, which is not the case with those major competitors.

It is up to each one of us as SFI Affiliates to take ownership of the TripleClicks store and make it known to potential customers to the same extent the major competitors are known. This is the job we should be doing at every moment of the year, without limiting it to the holiday season.

We actually would have had better results in the holiday season if we had started earlier, few months backs, advertising for TripleClicks products, building a customer base, exploring the various market niches to which TrpleClicks caters specifically.

However it is not too late to start. But the point is to continue and intensify our efforts even after the holiday season, so that we can build up and hold the momentum, keep selling while aiming at next year's holiday seasons. Doing so will help us be much better prepared.

A. The first observation is about the kind of affiliate you want to attract.
The question is not only to attract affiliates, but rather to attract those who are more likely to be active, duplicate our efforts and build their businesses.
We have had enough concerns expressed about inactive affiliates. Although there is no guaranty whether an affiliate will be a star, there are some possible strategies to enhance the potential of attracting the right associates and avoiding the “tire kickers”, those who do very little and complain a lot.
B. The second observation is about your focus on “Classified ads” which seem to restrict to newspapers, magazines and the advertisement classification niches found there
This approach may stem from a narrow view of today advertising supports and tools
Let’s not limit ourselves to paper ads. Newspapers as a media support are a dying business niche. Today any newspaper has an online presence that is growing while the printed support is losing readership.
Online Advertising offers you much more opportunities and tools to promote SFI, define your target markets, and word your ads properly to weed out not committed prospects.
C. Strategic Advertising and Marketing to attract the right kind of Affiliates.
(1) Target countries: among the most active SFI Countries are India, the USA, the Philippines, Pakistan, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Canada, the UK
(2) Write your ads as to weed out those who will likely not be active and pick the interest of those who may be very committed to being successful. To do so, stress the different aspects of SFI’s work. The one who responds to your ad will have an idea of what to expect and will feel comfortable with the amount of information available to help him.
(3) Put emphasis on the long term commitment SFI requires by clarifying that there is no such thing as a “Get rich quick” schemes. They are all false promises.

D. Keywords and Adwords
This is the part to which your question seemed to be pointing.
In view of SFI business model, the following keywords will be appropriate:
(i) Home based Business with over 15 years of successful track record. Most opportunity seekers have been burnt by fly-by-night ventures that disappeared soon after the prospects paid their entry dues. This will put them at ease.
(ii) Free to join. SFI does not require any entry fee. Today nearly all business opportunity will claim to have something free. But most will give you the initial video or landing page and claim it to be free information
(iii) Multiple Streams of Income. This is now a standard feature in online business ventures. Most prospects may come to expect it. Nearly all online business product developers strive to offer more than one way to earn money. Thus we need to show that SFI has some of the best.
(iv) Leave your Credit Card in your wallet. How many a prospect has maxed out their credit card with little to show for it. When they realize that they do not need to pay anything, they relax and pay attention to the information being made available to them.
(v) Training Provided at No Charge. This is one of the greatest benefits SFI offers to affiliates. The training is thorough and on-going. Even the SFI veterans that have been here for many years continue to benefit from new developments, new tools and new marketing support.. Further the training is multi-faceted, coming from Corporate as well as affiliates. The teaching of duplication is an important part of the training.

The Genealogy and its filters provide us with sophisticated affiliate communication and management tools. The filters I use the most are: "Date Joined" and "CSA Assignment Date" to communicate with my new team members. These are the most used by all affiliates of all ranks.

Even a regular SFI affiliate can win CSAs on auction. Every affiliate is working to build and grow their team. Thus, the above two filters are the most frequently used by all affiliates at all ranks.

Next is the "Red Flagged" filter. Every Executive affiliate (EA) has the potential of having inactive PSAs and CSAs. Regardless of how long that EA has been with SFI, he/she may still have CSAs that are "red flagged". It is critical to communicate with the "red flagged" at least once a week in an effort to get them to become active before they are definitely removed from the SFI database.

I use this "Red Flagged" filter on a regular basis.

Beyond these three sets of filters, most of the others are used depending on the specific needs of a team leader. The larger the team, the more diversified and selective the needs for filters become.

We all are familiar with the 4 (four) boxes from which to select the filters: (1) the main box (Default) that sorts out our selection, the two boxes that allow us to refine our selection according to our search needs: (2) one of them focuses on our team members' activity, (3) while the other is based on ranks , and (4) the quick filter that reload the last one we used.

From this wealth of Genealogy filters, our needs will vary greatly with the size our our downline.

We also have the option to save the filters we use the most and reload them quicker.

Finally, there are basic filters we use on a weekly basis: (a) the entire genealogy when we want to send a team mail to our entire time, (b) the filters that allow us to select our PSAs for the use of the PSA Mailer and (c) the filters that give us access to the CSA Mailer.

We also will benefit from using alternatively the "Full Genealogy Version" or the "Condensed Version. This will allow to refresh our research and catch on what we may have missed in our first attempts.

That is what we all are working to achieve.

How to manage it with a personal touch?

First Invest time on your time. That active downline is worth its weight in gold. It is our primary goal to build such a large active SFI team. When we have one we can spend much of our time to keep it as it is.

The tools for an effective Management of a Large, Active Downline is at three levels: team work, communications and friendly competition among team members.

A. Team Work.
It is essential that we develop an effective team work to include any and every one of our active team. This will create a sense of belonging, unity with the team and the desire to strive and do the best one can.

B. Effective communication from top to bottom and forward.
It is important that the team leader is fully aware of questions that confront this team members, for him to be able to provide timely support.

C. Friendly competition.
Fortunately, SFI as built-in tools such as the regular contests team leaders organize to motivate their active affiliates.

If you apply the above tips, hopefully you will achieve great results.
