People sign up with SFI for various reasons, from curiosity to a desire to make money quickly, only to find out how much there is to learn and how much effort might be required--as you know, this is *not* a "get rich quick scheme." Some may even sign up with SFI through one of those websites that pay a bounty for sign-ups--doing so gets them a nickel toward their payout goals, and once they've signed up, they have no interest in continuing--this is one of the reasons I'm reluctant to pay for a package of affiliates (the service offering them may be using one of these websites to fill their "guaranteed affiliates package," but it often results in those sign-ups being apathetic and inactive). Because anyone can get involved with no initial investment, the affiliates have no need to recover their initial expense, which means they come in with no initial commitment to succeed.
Because of this, one of my upline team leaders gives the program a rather daunting 97% attrition rate, which means that for every hundred people who sign up under him, he expects ninety-seven to be gone before reaching their second month as Executive Affiliate. It's his goal to duplicate his knowledge in the remaining three. However, this does mean that within three months of steadily bringing in 100 affiliates every month, he can expect at least six to duplicate his process, which means he has done what few do: he has achieved--and EXCEEDED--all three goals of the Ultra-Simple Plan, and he is well on his way toward a lifetime of success through the SFI affiliate program. That's pretty good for three months' work.

How do I convince prospective ECAs that TripleClicks can be great for LOCAL sales?

Let's analyze what you are attempting to do:
You have a person with a local business who you're encouraging to build an online business with TripleClicks, and in addition to showing him or her the advantages of being able to make online sales using their new ECA store, you want to discuss what advantages TripleClicks can give the person for his or her local audience. If that's your goal, then yes, there's at least one specific advantage that TripleClicks can provide:
If you have a TripleClicks store, you can bring it ANYWHERE with you.
If you have a handheld PC, tablet, or a laptop, you only need to carry that, as opposed to any number of listed items, and you never have to worry about dropping a product or making a mess. If you meet a stranger on the street, and he or she needs something you sell, you can bring your shop up for them, right there, and offer the ultimate impulse buy. It's that simple.

What is the best and most cost effective way of boosting your income with SFI?

There are a number of cost-effective ways to boost your income with SFI. Probably the most effective way is to list and sell items on TripleClicks because that provides short-term gains with each sale. Of longer-term value and effectiveness is the building of your affiliate network because that brings earnings to your bonus pool and commissions from their purchases.
Your mileage may vary with the advertising value of free ads, but if also attached to a blog that you write, you have the ability to build a more stable "soapbox" from which you can talk about your successes, and that can translate into even more effective advertising. Also, what might be most effective for you depends on who you are as a person--some people do very well by going to local "freecycle" groups and picking up items to sell, while others do better speaking on blogs and recruiting affiliates; still others rely on SFIPPA for the majority of their income.
The more you tell us about yourself, the more we can make better suggestions.

What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

The easiest way to motivate active EAs to become Team Leaders is by showing the Benefits chart shown on
https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart
and then point out that it's easier to make money whenever you get active affiliates, ECAs, and PRMs. Beyond that, it's really up to them to see the value.
How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?

The simple answer is this: You don't encourage your downline to spend money to maintain EA status--you encourage your downline to promote TripleClicks products to make the sales necessary to maintain EA status. After all, that route earns them a commission as well. However, it *is* worth buying the products that you promote so that you can be adequately educated in what they are, how well they work, and generally have a good idea of how to best promote them. Also, it can be worth buying the marketing materials if you don't know what you yourself would write. In fact, some of these make for part of an excellent standing order. You can also encourage your affiliates to engage in "transfer buying," purchasing what they might otherwise purchase in other stores on TripleClicks instead. These, too, make excellent standing orders because they can also save money in the process.
Remember, we're here to help our downlines, and this is just one more way we can do this.

What will you do differently in 2016 to grow your SFI business?

I imagine that you will likely get as many different answers for this question as there are people in SFI. In my case, however, because my success depends on the products I sell as an ECA, and because promoting my products draws people to TripleClicks, my methods are going to involve spending more time in creating new games and other products to sell.
What would be a good strategy for attracting senior citizens to SFI?

There is only one real strategy for attracting anyone to a course of action: You have to understand the person's motivations and then engage those motivations. Senior citizens can see SFI as a way to supplement their incomes and to feel connected to the world of business (if this interests them), and they can see TripleClicks as a source for many deals on everything from health products for themselves to gifts for their children and grandchildren. Still, the best way to help senior citizens for your SFI team is to talk with them and learn what they desire.

Apart from the 125 TCredits pack, what other Standing Order product with 1500 VP would you suggest to replace IAHBE?

What would you say are your goals and interests? Those affect what I would suggest:
If you're interested in the absolute lowest cost for those 1500 VP, you *could* (not that I necessarily recommend) picking up 15 individual TCredits for less than $30.00.
There's some value in letting some of your standing order include at least one share of the S-Builder Co-Op or some PSAs to Go because you're building your network.
The $12 Gift Cards may only be 100VP for a pack of 30, but they carry with them an ADDITIONAL 300 Action VP as well, as you distribute them... and you can win more as they get distributed.
If there are products that you're going to consume anyway, like "The Natural" line, the additive products, and my favorite, PURJAVA, add those to your standing order. Get enough of them, and you'll have 1500VP very quickly. The cost may balance what you'd otherwise spend locally.
On the other hand, if you're a good hand at sales, you should definitely consider some of the wholesale-available products from TC Direct. Adding those to table at a trade center or flea market will make YOU money, turning this into an investment rather than a purchase.

What are some tips for winning the Eager Zebra Card King game?

There are three simple tips that increase the odds of you building a longer straight:
* Always lead with either the highest or lowest card possible. That generally gives you at least one correct guess. Always choose a King over an Ace because it can let you get the four kings in a row for the special bonus.
* Seven ("7") is your median number; in general, when your card is higher than seven, choose "lower," and when your card is lower than seven, choose higher. On a seven, peek and/or pass if you're not feeling lucky.
* With your middlemost numbers, using the "Peek" option will tell you how many cards remaining are higher and lower than that card; this also improves your odds of guessing correctly. When in doubt, consider passing.
These basic tips contributed to my two wins and a few 25-card straights. Good luck.

I Love SFI and TripleClicks! How can I help SFI and TripleClicks become well-known around the world?

If you love the system and the sites, "preach the SFI gospel." Use its marketing tools, buy the T-Shirts, buy and show off the products, join Wave3, spread the ads across the internet, blog about it, and publish about it in print, whether fliers or pamphlets or print advertising. You can even make up songs about it and record videos on YouTube.
Just about the only limit to how you get the word out is your creativity.
For example, I don't think there would be anything stopping you from buying all the bargains off TripleClicks and selling them at local flea-markets, especially if you directed all your customers back to SFI and TripleClicks. In my case, because I enjoy designing games, I'm working on a board game based on the SFI model. I hope to sell those off my own site and offer it here, as well, like I did with ART WAR.
I look forward to seeing what you decide to do--post about it on the forums as you spread the word!
