They can place paid adverts to promote TripleClicks and specific products - sales would then start giving them a payback on their investment.

If they have an off line business the can join as ECA's

They can also purchase PSA's or CSA's to go or a share in S-builder.

The one problem with the lack of time is sponsor ship. If your prospects invest in a standing order and they qualify every month they will get CSA's as a reward - which will make them a co-sponsor.

If they buy PSA's they will be a sponsor. Any purchases or investments they make that will generate hits that can result in sign-ups will generate a team. A team requires an investment of not only money but time too. It would not be fair to any PSA to have a sponsor that is not there to lead them and help them.

They can choose to only join TripleClicks and ECA - which will not require a lot of time invested.
They can do what corporates do - invest the money and pay somebody else to do the work. How ethical that would be in this scenario is a different story

I understand exactly what you mean when you say you feel it is stale but before I go any further I want to remind you that it might feel stale to you and I but to our affiliates it is brand new.

I get bored with things like that very quickly. I first tried using the standard letter but by the 10th one I send out I hated it.

I changed my strategy - I start off with a welcome e-card, which is fun and short and sweet. I do not send copies of welcome messages to the affiliates, I type every one out for that affiliate. The message stays the same - it is just the words that changes

Example

Congratulations Pete! You took a very important 1st step in your journey to financial independence when you signed up with SFI. My name is xxxxxx and I am your sponsor. I am here to help and guide you on your journey to build a successful business. I am delighted to have you on my team - Welcome!

After that I send a welcome letter - again I do not copy a letter, I type out a unique letter to each new affiliate. Same message, different ways of saying it.

Example

Dear Pete

I hope you received the welcome e-card I've sent earlier. This is just a welcome letter to tell you a bit more.

My name is xxxxx. I am a single mom living in South Africa and like most single mom's money is always a problem. I joined SFI more than a year ago and I am very glad I did. No, I am not stinking rich yet but I can see improvement every month.

What I like about SFI is that it is FREE - no admin fees, no starter kits or whatever most other sites charge for. You get valuable lessons for free, free marketing tools and a sponsor.

That brings me to the reason why I am writing this letter to you. I am your sponsor and it is my pleasure to help and guide you and answer your questions. I will not have all the answers but if I don't know an answer I will find it.

You will see a speech bubble next to your photo. Click on it and a box will jump up. As your sponsor my name will be there. If the circle behind my name is green it means I am online and we can have a real time chat. If I am not online you can leave me a message that I will see when I log on again.

After that letter I make sure I answer mails or messages within 24 hours (put your money where your mouth is) After the initial welcome letter I have standard letters to help my new affiliates on their way. Hope this helps you

I don't think it is entirely possible to be unbiased when rating your Sponsor and Co-sponsor. I also don't think that you can give an inappropriate rating - if you rate them honestly.

What do you value most? Money? Communication? Encouragement?

I rate both my sponsor and co-sponsor as awesome - why? Communication and encouragement.
At the beginning I rated my co-sponsor as very poor because I did not even know who it was. Fortunately he made himself known and we got to know each other. Today I feel like I made two new friends. I send e-mails to them both to let them know how I am doing, not just with my business but on a personal level too because it has a huge influence on what I can and can not do with my business. That personal touch and communication between us is of the utmost importance to me. Anything more than that is a bonus.

So next time when you rate your sponsor - rate them honestly Do they meet your needs? Do you know what you need from them? You can not rate them if you yourself don't know what you need from them.

Also - I don't do it every time but I often also write a comment to let them know what I appreciate and why I am rating them the way I did. We can not improve without feedback. How can you improve if you don't know what you need to improve.

I would be very interested in knowing why you want to choose between those two groups.

There would be pro's and cons targeting either group. I would say target as many different groups as possible - just use a different approach for each group.

The whole world is facing problems of unemployment, soaring prices etc. Single mothers struggle to make ends meet more than ever.

Even permanently employed people (like me) just do not earn enough and need to earn more just to make ends meet.

There is a lot of people out there that wants instant gratification (money), but in every walk of life, amongst every group you will find people willing to put in the effort to make it work - do not ignore other groups and concentrate just on one I would say. Keep track of where you get the best results and put more effort into that specific channel.

On a personal level I tend to pull back the moment somebody try to convince me to do something. If you want me to do something give me the facts and trust me to be intelligent enough to make an educated decision. If I still do not spend money it does not mean I can't see the advantages, it just means my personal circumstances does not allow me to spend money right now.

I am not unique enough to be the only person on this planet to think and act like that. With this in mind I would suggest you tell them about the advantages of spending money - the disadvantage they will know already because they know their personal circumstances.

Do not try to sweeten the deal, it still comes down to convincing / manipulating.

Having said that, not all people are about the bottom line. If that was true you would not see all the great adverts on TV. These adverts convince people to buy things they do not need and can not afford. So guess what? You have to cater for these people as well.

Taking these things into consideration the ideal would be that you know your affiliates well enough to know what will get their attention. Since that is not always the case you can try to use both ways.

Start with the facts and after that a less formal piece - like: Just imagine sitting at home in front of your computer and making a few clicks and all your monthly cleaning products and vitamins are delivered to you. No walking through isles. no long queues, no buying items you do not need. OR - you have somebody's birthday coming up and you want to buy a unique gift that you won't find in any retail shop - your answer? Triple Clicks! And as a bonus you are rewarded with VP and MRP.

Most definitely acknowledge your affiliates. We all have a basic need to know that we are not invisible or not important. If they log in and only find silence they might feel nobody even noticed that they were gone or that they are back and they will quit again - this time probably for good.
You do not have to throw a big party or make a huge deal about it - that might also give them a fright resulting in them disappearing again.
Be friendly, send them a welcome e-card and offer your help and support.
My guidelines when I am dealing with other people (in this case my affiliates) - how would I liked to be treated? Treat others the way ou would like them to treat you.

I do not have my own ECA store but I still want to earn commission on sales. The only way I can do this is to connect with ECA's and promote their products.

Invite your down line to connect with you. They want to earn money - so you can remind them about the commission they will earn when their efforts lead to a sale.

There is just one very important thing you have to keep in mind before you start connecting with them - can you deliver all over the world or just in your own country? If your down line lives in a different country than you and they advertise in their own country you have to be able to deliver to that country. If you sell electronic products the location does not matter of course.

Your greatest motivation is MONEY - that is why we are here, isn't it? If they can make money it is already motivation enough. They might just need a reminder that they can make money selling your products.

I feel you have to be leader of the pack - you have to do before you can ask them to do something.

Your weekly newsletter must be something they look forward to - interesting and even funny if you can manage it - humour goes a long way to keep people going. I am not saying you have to make a joke about SFI - just try to say it in a different way. For example, if you made a mistake - tell them about it so that you can help them not to make the same mistake. You can say - you will not believe what this scatter brain did this week - I thought I'll be clever and do it this way .................. Needless to say, it was a disaster. I would've done a lot better if I did it this way .......

You would see your movers under your movers tab - pay special attention to them. Congratulate them when they achieve something. You can send them e-cards and congratulate them publically in your stream posts. Humans need acknowledgement, they need to know their efforts are seen and appreciated.

Be kind and caring and leave the warnings to SFI. They will warn affiliates that they have to make a plan to qualify as EA or they will loose their CSA's

So in short - show your team you notice their efforts and when they get discouraged be positive and give them workable solutions.

I would say T-credits would be best used to grow your business.

1. Use it as gifts / incentives / draw cards to attract new affiliates or encourage
your down line.
2. Earn Versa Points to retain and advance your status and MRP to use as payment for
more T-credits or keep them until you have enough to pay for something else you
would really like to have but.
3. Bid on the auctions (preferably on items with double MRP)or items you really want - like PSA's or T-credits. I would not recommend bidding on items you do not really
want because if you win the bid you have to pay for an item you do not want or
need.
Go to the Site map and start discovering - you might be surprised - you might find even more exciting and interesting ways to use it.
