I am not going to make any change in the way I work now. But I am certainly going to make some adjustments in the way I am looking at this Business, in 2016.

I have been here for 18 months now. All these months, I kept concentrating on team building. I used many Free Web Sites as well as kept advertising in local Small Time Area New Papers.

While the ads. in Web sites gave me quite a large number of fresh sign ups, the results from local ads were dismal.

But still, for obvious reasons, I am continuing my ads even now.

The earning was not quite satisfactory during 2015 simply because Team was not built with quite a handful number of active and strong members.

In order to see more earnings, I am going to focus more on:

1. Promoting More Sale of TripeClicks Products;
2. Propagating More ECA products especially ECAs from local sources;
3. Creating my own store in TripleClicks;
4. Encouraging my Team Members to create their own Stores;
5. Introducing more Personally Referred Members;
6. Exploring possibilities of indulging in Transfer Buying;

Conclusion:

By all these, if you think I will be doing things differently in 2016, you can count on me. I am going to put in lot of efforts right from January 1st on all these & I firmly believe that I will be able to have more earnings.

No doubt - Team Building helps in earning more VersaPoints that determines our Ranks. But, unless we all focus on increasing the Sales, year 2016 also will remain the way 2015 remained! That way, I feel, I am making first step in the right direction before 2016 dawns!!!

1. Learn from Reading many success stories of people who became successful on line Entrepreneurs. Just dig a little bit deep - the success stories of Amazon, Google, Copy Blogger, etc. They are not just inspiring but guiding us as well as to what to do, when to do, etc.

9. Do not believe lies that you’ve been told or have learned, and have internalized those lies as rules and limitations about your business opportunities. Simply, they’re not true.

10, Be a good leader who can solve problems instead of depending on others.

11. Visit Libraries in your area and study books on Management and Business.

12. Have a basic level of computer competency to successfully maintain, trouble shoot, and do damage control for your business.

13. Read Market Research Reports on on line Business. Have statistical data provided by authenticated sourced. This will give you a fair amount of what and where to do certain things.

14. Have your own web site which can be easy for you to handle & worth visiting and staying there some time for the viewers.

It is not right to assume that one can easily advance to the rank of Diamond Team Leader from Affiliate.

There is no short cut or quickest way to achieve this Rank.

If this is that much easy then SFI itself would not have given a time frame to advance from one level to another and ultimately to the Rank of a DTL.

One can not just purchase products or make others purchase products or sell products, or just place a Standing Order for 1500 VP and become a DTL quickly. Purchasing of Leadership Ranks is no more possible in SFI.

The emphasis is on Team Building and building it with at least Five Platinum Team Leaders. Its not quite easy to build such a team over night.

Each of these Five PTLs should develop their own team with requisite Gold Team Leaders and this team building efforts should be there at every Leadership level from PTL to BTL.

Without supporting their down line to build their own Team and advance to the TL status, its absolutely impossible for any Sponsor to grow any further. The Sponsor can grow only when the Team Grows!

Let all of us remember these, remove the idea of becoming a DTL quickly, focus on team building, help the team members to build their own team slowly but steadily. When we ensure this happens we can find that automatically we achieve the DTL status!!

1. First decide on the number of affiliates that will take part in your on line seminar. Based on this, you can decide on the platform to use. Select a platform that allows higher number of participants.

2. Based on the country of origin of your affiliates fix the time zone and mention it very clearly in advance.

3. Do not fix your on line seminar on week ends. Week ends are supposed to be for spending time with dear ones. Your affiliates may not like the idea if you try to do it on week ends and holidays.

4. Have a simple landing Page where your affiliates can sign up easily.

5. Link your landing page to the platform you originally selected to conduct your on line seminar.

6. Your on line seminar URL should be short and easy to remember for your affiliates to hook themselves without any difficulties.

Yes. Its possible to to be successful in SFI without investing any money. It all depends on your smart work:

1. After joining, in the first 2 months its fairly possible to gather 1500 VP (the minimum
requirement) & become/remain an EA;
2. From 3rd month, in the normal course, you need to spend some money to earn sufficient
VP to retain your EA status;
3. However, this can be avoided or kept at minimum, provided:

a) In the first 2 months itself, you develop a team comprising of sufficient number of
strong and active members who become/remain an EA or above every month;
b) You create Personally Referred Members (PRM) in sufficient numbers to TC Stores
who will follow TC Rules & keep buying products regularly; If they do it every month, you
will earn VP and commission;
c) Think, plan and possible please indulge in Transfer Buying of your house hold requirements
every month. This way you can cover home requirements as well as earn VP without spending
money separately;
d) Create ECA for your/your friends products. When sale of products happen, you earn income;
e) Use TC Stores to dispose off your unwanted materials and earn additional income to
take care of your VP requirements;
