What can/should I do differently in 2016 to see that my affiliates become active in SFI?

What should I do?
Firstly, I need to lead by example. So I would check the Badge Gallery to see which important badges I lack and try and get them as soon as possible.
Secondly, I need to advertise more or sign up for more shares in the S-Builder Co-op. The more PSAs I got, the better is the chance of getting semi-active and active PSAs.
Thirdly, I need to communicate BETTER with my team. If my weekly mail does not work, I need to try a new approach next week. Until I get at least one response to my mail.
And lastly, READERS ARE LEADERS. I need to study the system more or review my lessons again. And don't forget the Forum. Many a question are answered here even before it has been asked by you as like-minded people has done it already.

How can I train my team on social media to promote SFI?

"How can I train my team on social media to promote SFI?"
They (and you) must understand the mechanism and dynamics of social media advertising.
Firstly, due to the fact that there are MILLIONS of affiliates trying to promote their own affiliate link, most social media sites blocks both affiliate and cloaked affiliate links. And, secondly, due to loss of revenue for them, they restricts (but not blocks) repeating of the same post, even if it to different pages or groups.
So, how can we get past these restrictions? Well the answer is simple: with a blog or vlog (video blog). As these have mostly unique names (even subsites like Blogger), so it won't be picked up for spamming easily unless you are overdoing it and the internal links are not passed on to the social site.
That sort out the URL issue, but what about the repetitive posting issue? This can be partially solve with a URL-less post. That means you advertise and end it with "INBOX me for more details" and only supply the URL to those who are interested by commenting or sending you a message. You still have to keep your reposting low (maximum of about FIFTY posts a day) or buying advertising from the social site.
Or you can opt for one or more of the networking sites (LinkedIn, ReferralKey, etc.) that actually welcome and encourage you to promote your website URLs for networking purposes.

I would take him/her to the LEADERS tab and show him/her the different leader boards to show him/her that it can be done.
Next I would take him/her to the Testimonials section.
And lastly I show him/her my badges and tell him/her my story.
This should be enough to convince him/her that it is the real deal and not another scam.

I suggest that you go to https://www.tripleclicks.com/indexProducts.php and click on the different departments (e.g. Gifts and Flowers) and select a few products that appeals to you that let you think about love. If you are a man, think what you would buy your wife for a special occasion. If you are a woman, think about what you would like to receive from the man in your life for your special occasion.
If you have identified a product for promotion, click on the product to load the product page. Now locate SHARE&WIN tab in the middle of the screen and click on the link. A pop-up window will appear. Click on the gotclicks1 link and copy it to your clipboard. Go to your domain where you want to advertise and paste the link there to advertise this product. This way you would kill two flies with one swat: promote something for Valentine's Day AND if someone buys, you get a Wave3 program membership extension...

1. Have a WOW factor to draw potential customers.
2. Have a good Call to Action, preferably with a button. (You can create one in a art program like Paint or Open Office Draw).
3. Have a good photo or two.
4. Add a video, if you can (optional). Videos must preferably NOT autoplay as a lot of people don't like it. And in YouTube format NOT Flash. This is easier to view as some computers can't use Flash.
5. Keywords. Click on the Keywords option and make sure you add good quality keywords. Limit it to your 20 best. Google are going to crawl your site and if these are good, chances are you could get constant hits. And if #1 & #2 is good, your Click-Thru Rate (CTR) will be higher and you can get signups.
6. Be POSITIVE. Any negative comment could result in failure to capture customers.
7. Give your blog / website TIME. First Google have to crawl your site (even if you add extra SEO), then customers need to engage and read it.
8. If you want to up the hit and CTR rates, advertise your site in Traffic Exchanges and Mailers (Safelists, Viral Mailers, etc.).
9. Relax and wait....

The problem here is human nature. You can't control other people and most people like to procrastinate. They might have joined 'cos they like your catchy advertisement, but now they expect the money to appear like magic in their bank accounts.
The best you can do is to keep the communication channels open. Post a message to them every week telling them how wonderful SFI is and what is new at SFI for the week. Purposely ASK them to contact you with any and all questions. Provide alternatives (WhatsApp, email, Skype, etc.) to contact you. Those who are interested will contact you.

Good question! Here is your best answer:
1. If you sell TripleClicks products, you can earn from Day 1. If you sell high priced, high demand products, these could yield high income. These commissions are once-off unless you sell Standing Orders / Recurring Payments products...
2. To earn residual income from a team takes longer to generate, but can be more rewarding... in the end. These monies are generated from various ongoing SFI commissions from an active and growing team. Your first commissions here could be a few dimes, but in a few years it could grow to thousands of dollars.

Exposure! That is what you can add to your current portfolio at TripleClicks. And the best is when you are an ECA...
Why? 'Cos you can now advertise almost the whole TripleClicks store on one URL page!
Here is my suggestion:
1. If you are not an ECA yet, become one as you can advertise you own products, not just secondhands.
2. Create about 20 Collections as virtual stores for each department of TripleClicks. Select a nice catchy business name for each Collection name. Add products to each of these collections pertaining to that department. Select about 5 to 10 items and STAR them. They will appear first.
3. Select 4 collections and STAR them to appear on your ECA home page.
4. If you have a Prestige Domain, assign your Tripleclicks Home page to the "internetincomestreams" and your ECA gateway to "profitsonline" domains.
5. Now advertise either your Prestige Domains or your ECA store and gateway on whatever advertising site(s) you are using.

Firstly, you should get an appointment. Contact his secretary / PA and ask for an appointment for business purposes.
Secondly, you must prepare for the appointment. You don't want to get there and stumble over your words. Role play with a friend and make sure you can answer any "stupid" question without hesitation.
Thirdly, prepare some paperwork for him to read. He would probably say, "I have to think about it." Then you give him the papers to read. Attach your details either as a complimentary slip or business card to these papers. And make sure your stuff is on TripleClicks letterheads!
Fourthly, you must be dressed appropriately. Make sure your clothes for the interview is portraying professionalism.
