To grow to be a leader or any business,the first thing needed is planning..Then we need finance.. So we have to make sure that we get enough money to invest in SFI..But when we think practically, its difficult to spend all my money one earns at SFI alone...

So i planned and opened an ECA store.. Now i earn enough that i can use that money to develop in SFI..Thus i use SFI to develop my position at SFI..I keep my income from my regular job for my other needs..

Once financial problem is solved,we need a team to be a leader..There is whole bunch of opportunities open for us because the major problem (finance) is solved..We can join in co-ops or buy packages of PSAs from ECAs here or post pay per click ads or make our own website or pretty much anything to develop our team strength..

Once we get a team, we need to encourage them by offering gift certificates or t-credits so that they feel secure that someone is taking care of us..Thus they will start working and you will be a good leader..

Repeat the above steps every month and the team grows bigger and bigger every month...

As an invitation to new one's to join our business and SFI :

1. Make it our own site for advertising about SFI & TripleClicks with the invitation gateways so we may get some PSAs or PRMs thus building our team..This popularizes SFI and our business..
2. Invitations to sellers to join the ECA program..
3. Publish the Tc banners & PB auction news to attract more new people into the business..

As an encouragement to people already in the business :

1. We can post our share-its and our achievements in the site and this encourages our PSAs and other SFI members..
2. Setting up contests for our PSAs and this gets popularity for the team leader and that team..

I would say that we must develop the skills of a BOAT-RIDER to be successful in any
business..Let me explain it clearly..

1.Paddle: Its the stick that is used to row boat..Without that no one starts to row a
boat..The entire ride depends on that.. That is compared to "FAITH".. Without faith all other qualities will be fruitless..So first we have to have faith in SFI,our upline,our downline and of course ourself..Only if we have faith we will start to do anything with real passion..

2.The passengers get in the boat to travel due to their confidence and trust in their
rider..Likewise we must create "CONFIDENCE" in our team and we have to earn their "TRUST" to ride our business to success..

3.The rider has all the information about the boat,the water and wind to ride his boat
safely.. Similarly, we must have "KNOWLEDGE" about SFI,the changing trends in the business to get going with our business safely and successfully..

4.Along with knowledge,the rider muat have the ability to lead the boat with his experience and talent.. We also must have the qualities like "LEADERSHIP","TALENT","EXPERIENCE" to get a good lead of our business..

5.Even though the rider has all the knowledge about the waters and his boat, he keeps a
direction compass and map in case he lost his way..The same way, we must be "COURAGEOUS & BOLD" and devise plans if we are lost in the business or the team work is not upto expected level..

Without a doubt, its the ECA Commissions..For all other commissions you have to wait for one month to get processed and debited to you in your selected mode of payment..

As for as ECA, when the product is shipped and the tracking number is updated and when the product shipped has been verified by TC, you get paid the next week itself which is usually on thursdays..

All other commissions are to be processed till the month end whereas ECA commissions are processed per product..So as soon as TC verifies each of our shipped product, we get paid immediately..Cool huh ...

Its really not in our hands... We cant expect ratings from those who haven't even opened their home page..Sending team mails and personal mails are he only ting that we could do..

Ratings from active PSAs:
These people will give a 5 star rating if you support them well enough and give some great advises..Also when you re-assign some affiliates and t-credits to them, they will have the feeling that we are watching them and caring about them..And of course nothing beats gift certificates.. If you could give them gift certificates every month or once in 2-3 months i bet you will get a 5 star rating from them..

Three reasons for failure in any business..

1.Company:
I think we cannot find any faults with our SFI .. If we do need somethings to be changed,the company sees to our suggestion and if the suggestions are good and applicable they incorporate it..So, SFI is not at fault here..

2.The fellow workers or in case of SFI sponsor and co-sponsors:
When they are inactive automatically the spirit and encouragement the afiliate has, flies in the air..Moreover to think that,those guys who never offered any support or help to the affiliate, will earn from the affiliates hard work, this adds oil to the fire and they start reducing the work..Although some affiliates will continue their jobs..

3. The Worker themselves :
This is the first and foremost reason...People start to leave because they don't make money the next month itself..They forget that SFI is a slow,residual income building job..They see the small thing and leave the big picture...Also some affiliates join all the free signup companies for name sake and will work partially in all and fail in all..They don't concentrate on one particular work alone...By sponsor,they think that the sponsor must give money to all of their needs..Finance problems, country's laws, family member's fear of online jobs are other reasons..
