The Affiliates who don't do anything are not necessarily the 'quitters'. They might not be interested initially or possibly they might be busy in some other work.

But, as a sponsor, our duty is to do constant follow-up with them by way of PSA/CSA mailers and keep motivating. We cannot pre-judge anyone. There are PSA's in my team who didn't login for days together, but eventually came back themselves.

Please remember one thing that we should focus on recruiting self-motivated people (workers) and encourage them, rather than focusing on non-performing affiliates.

The affiliates who are inactive since a long-time, we can send them some general mails (may be once in a month) with some good wishes.

Tip: Please don't send too many mails. Otherwise it will give you adverse effects.

Even if you do your best as a sponsor, you will still find affiliates who will do nothing!

It is very simple.

We joined SFI to make some money by working from home independently. We never knew that we will get a sponsor to guide us on every step.

So it is our responsibility to learn everything by reading all the training step-by-step. If your sponsor is not responding, just forget him. You didn't join for your sponsor.

When I joined SFI, I never contacted my sponsor till I qualified EA!!! Therefore, it doesn't matter whether your sponsor is responsive or not.

And over and above that, all the self-learning training material.

You cannot ask anything more than this to go ahead in this business.

5. Spend some time reading posts at SFI forum.
6. Other important activities.

Also, if you are capable of spending some money, then you may invest your money wisely on buying S-Builder packs and PSA's.

Most importantly, place a Standing Order for min. 1500vps so that you can retain your EA status without much effort.

Good question.

Recruiting family members is indeed a very good idea!

In fact, before you recruit some unknown people through some other sources (free ads, paid ads, etc), always approach people from your circle of influence, i.e. family members, friends, colleagues, neighbors, etc.

These are the people who will trust you the most. You can guide them easily through one-to-one presentations. There will not be any language barrier. You can easily make yourself available to them when they need your help.

Also if you are an ECA and listed your products online, you may approach your family members and direct them to buy their regular supply from your store. This way, you can increase your sales points.

But one thing you need to keep it in mind that don't try to be after them to join or force them to join only because you have good influence. Otherwise, you will spoil your personal relationship with them.

I usually explain my downlines about versapoints in this way.

"VersaPoint is a unit of measurement in SFI. Like we measure clothes in meter, solids in kilos, length in inches, centimeters, etc, similarly in SFI we measure our progress in business on the basis of VersaPoints we accumulate at the end of a calendar month.

The total VPs we accumulate at the end of every month determines our next level, our income and also the benefits.

There are two ways to accumulate VersaPoints.
First, earn action points for doing daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Also there are different ways to accumulate actions points which they can learn by reading all the training.

Second, earn Sales points through TripleClicks.com. You can earn sales points by selling and/or purchasing on TripleClicks.

In short, in order to become successful in SFI, we need both action points as well as sales points.

We can motivate our downlines by frequently sending them information about the benefits of participating in various other activities like;

1. Team building / Duplication
2. Pricebenders auction
3. Selling at Tripleclicks
4. Opening your own ECA store, etc.

This will help your downlines to focus on other activities also.

I'm sure you joined SFI out of curiosity, just like me and most of the other affiliates.

If you ask me which is better, I would say 'SFI' without any second thought.

Now let me give you few (major) reasons why SFI is better than the traditional business.

1-1) SFI is very easy to understand. A person with basic knowledge about working on internet can do this business. Also you get an experienced upline(s) to guide and mentor. Also you can easily learn about A TO Z about SFI business through training available on SFI Affiliate center.

1-2) In traditional business, you need to study the market first, learn the price trend of the product/services you deal with. Also need to find out information about your competitors.

2-1) SFI business is free to start, less overheads, no office setup required (work from home), no registration charges, no license formality, etc.

2-2) Traditional business needs to go through many formalities, apply for license, registration cost, lot of overheads, capital investment, need office setup, recruit skilled/unskilled employees, and the list goes on.

3-1) With SFI there are more than 98000 products (and counting) are listed on which you can make income. Multiple streams/sources of income available. Earn lifetime with residual income.
3-2) In traditional business, there is limitation on number of products you can deal with in the market. In some cases, you even need a warehouse or storage place for your stock/inventory. Again it adds to your cost.

Placing a SO is one of the best and most important thing to go fast in SFI business.

But in our business, we don't need to convince anyone for anything. It is a proven business opportunity. Just brief them about the major benefits of placing a SO, that's it! Most importantly, if you have already placed a SO, it becomes very easy to lead by example. Explain your downline about the benefits you received from placing a SO.

As a upline our job is to show the correct path to our downlines. It is up to them whether they follow you or not.
