I have been involved to several network marketing businesses in my life and SFI is the BEST by far. Why? This is my short version of an answer that good take up pages off discussion.
SFI is the best organised Affiliate system I have ever came across. Not having to go out searching for affiliates and begging them to join. S-Builder and PSA's on the go is available to purchase affiliates for your team.
The training materials are the best in the world for network marketing. SFI teaches you everything you need to know: from marketing to selling.
There are numerous types off letters for use by us and emails and cards.
Games that help us accumulate VP as well as penny auctions.
SFI is the very best because they supply you with every tool you need to build your business successfully.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

I would say no.
Why? Because they loose interest to fast if they do not earn an income immediately.
I encourage them to at least become EA in the first month while learning and reading all they can absorb about SFI and its inner workings.
In month 2 I start encouraging to become BTL and remain BTL for at least 3 months while training and supporting their down line. This way the team as a whole is better trained and well informed.
I have found that PSA's that follow this route tend to stay in SFI and build strong businesses of their own.
In the end the better trained your team is the better your income will be, and their's off course.Hope this helped you, Mary.

How do we get the most from the MRP (Member Reward Points) we earn?

This is an excellent quetio. The very best way I use my Member Rewards for is to strengthen my SFI business. How? I use them to purchase goods that wil enhance my business. Such as TCredits and PSA's to go. I also purchase advertising materials with them, such as Gift Cards, XCards and pamphlets promoting TripleClicks store for ECA's. For me this is the very best way to utilize MRP.
Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?

It is important for your business.
When your team members gain leadership status it benefits you extremely well.
You receive extra AVP and that can hep you gain a higher leadership rank. It increases your commissions and it increases your down line.
Remember that you earn commissions up to the 12th level in your down line, depending on your leadership rank.
Therefore, encourage your EA's to become team leaders, not only for your benefit but for theirs as well.
