The advantages of having your own domainname are that you can build a multipurpose website with it. From there you can start blogging about our business at SFI and gain an expertise status.
Besides that you can make beautiful pages with the SFI marketing material and/or your own pictures. From Facebook and Pinterest you can lead people to your side, as we all know how a lot of social media blocks direct urls from SFI.
By your own domain name, if possible your real name, people will find you by your name when they use search engines.
With your own domain and a good host you can also get all kind of advertisements on your page to gain some extra money to use for your marketingcampagnes and paid ads.
It can give you the feeling that you realy own your business when you dedicate your own domain to your SFI business, that you realy do something valuable.

To be honest I think you should be very happy when you have Affiliates who are interested in their Daily To-Do List. So many of them sign in an never come back again. So when I see Affiliates doing their daily tasks I send them an E-card or an email to thank them for their daily efforts. I acknowledge them. Later on when they have done all their learning with Launchpad and should know what it means to have a business at SFI I show them what I do on a daily base. Lead by example and keep encouraging.

To answer this question you might want to check your upline. How did they become successful? Duplicate what they do. And referring to Launchpad lesson day 11 I would say that working 5 - 10 hours a week for a couple of years might get you a steady residual income. It realy is a business, you owe it. And like every business it takes time to become profitable. The best answer for your question however might be, log in every single day, do your todolist, take action, communicate with your upline and your downline, advertise, play games, buy products at TripleClicks. Takes me about an hour every day and by doing that you see it grow, every day.

In SFI I duplicate my successfull upline. They only send me positive emails, encouraging, positive. No criticism at all. Giving me the information I need, sometimes asking me questions. And since my upline is successfull and SFI is all about duplicating I do the same. Encouring, positive and inquiring emails. Stimulating with sincere attention for the person the affiliate is and with lots of humour. Only when someone in my downline shows committment and works with me for several weeks I might consider some positive but constructive criticism. Because that only works when you are getting to know eachother. You have to know what triggers him or her. What words does he or she use? How much is he or she used to getting constructive feedback? And whenever I give any criticism to my downline, I always do it in a personal written one to one email, chat or even better and more effective in a call.

It might have something do with the way we advertise.

Do not get me wrong, it is important to get the word out and letting the world know they should join the great company SFI is. In fact it is the best opportunity. But, you have to work realy hard, every single day. You have to learn an overwhelming lot only to get started. Day in day out you have to stay focussed, study, grow, keep on top of everything.
It is a business, you have to own this business.
And from the way a lot of advertising is done people have no idea that they realy have to work and to invest time and more time and money to be succesfull.

So, they look at the realy beautifull ads we make and get enthusiastic. They sign up. And then, oh boy, then comes the disappointment. They have to work their way up !
That might be the reason why they immediately become inactive.

Should we change our ads?
I don't know yet. I recently started trying all kinds of new content in my ads with less promises and more emphasis on the real job and the hard work in combination with the great opportunities.

Maybe with more realistic ads we get less people to sign up, but more workers signing up who realy love to work with us in our teams.
