SFI business module as such remains a step by step growth for all of us - From Affiliate to Leaders of different levels - every month!!

Through LaunchPad Lessons 1 to 30 - a step by step process, we are being trained on all aspects and we are ready to take off by the time we finish them.

When the foundation remains strong the structure too remains strong!!

Same way, when one becomes an ECA of SFI, it's better to concentrate on local regions initially.

By doing this, not just the business grows but the confidence level too!!

Once a firm foot is established on domestic market it is then advisable to look for international market.

There are many aspects to be studied in depth, before embarking on international market. Shipping Cost, delivery time, Replacement offer, warranty and guarantee are all some of the major factors to be clearly defined and understood.

This is how one can grow and succeed here.

In order to ensure that one remains successful continuously, its absolutely essential that one should keep recruiting PSAs regularly.

Such being the fact, the moment we become an EA, we should start looking for all opportunities to have fresh sign ups as our PSAs. There are so many ways and means to do it like:

1. FREE & Paid Ads. in Web sites;
2. Ads. in Social Media;
3. Dialog with Friends/Family Members/Colleagues & known people;

If you visit Marketing, you will understand the various Marketing Methods and the Marketing Aids created by SFI by which one can have opportunities for fresh sign ups.

This is one way of doing it. The other side, if Finance is not a big issue and if you are really prepared to have a long stint with SFI business, then it is BETTER that you start buying PSAs the moment you become an Executive Affiliate.

It clearly demonstrates that you are on the right track.

Now, try to read and understand SFI Rules of Success. They clearly spell out the ways and means to grow and succeed. They are:

1. Become an EA & retain this status every month (at minimum level);
2. Develop 5 strong and active Affiliates under you;
3. Help them to duplicate what you did (Point No. 1 above)

Since you have fulfilled Rule No. 1, your objective should be to get in to an action plan to comply with Rules 2 and 3.

How to do create your PSAs & develop your Team?

There are many ways to do it.

1. You can buy PSAs through PSAs to GO;
2. You can take part in S-Builder Co-Op;
3. You can bid in Pricebenders Auction for PSAs - The advantage here is if you win its perfectly
fine. If not, still you have "Bid & Build" to create some PSAs based on the amount of TCredits
spent in the Auction.
4. Try to place ads. in Free Web sites & explore opportunities for fresh sign-ups;
5. Visit "Marketing" and choose all available Marketing Methods/Aids & see how best you can
use them to develop your Team;

Once you find fresh sign ups, please support and guide them with all your heart so that some will become active and and you will be able to grow with them.

How soon you are able to comply with Rule 2 and 3, it will be better for you. From there, please aim to become a Bronze Team Leader. In the process, you will start getting more and more CSAs which will strengthen your Team.

Analyze your Team & categorize your members as follows:

1. How many of them were introduced by you?

2. How many of them are your Family Members?

3. How many of them are your close Friends & or colleagues?

4. How many of them are reassigned to you by your Sponsor?

5. How many of them come from your Country/Region, Local Area and speaking your
Own language?

6. How long they have been with SFI & how many of them are inactive/active?

7. Finally, how many of them are Strangers i.e. you won in auction or you bought from SFI, etc?

After splitting your team members in these categories, where ever possible, study the back ground of each member carefully.

Understand their family back ground, their buying habit, their monthly earnings, spending habits, family support, etc. Try to have dialog with them based on that. Share your experience and achievements.

Explain about SFI back ground and specifically about Gery, Rules of Success, Compensation Plan and the opportunities available. Make them read the Testimonials of others. Keep encouraging them regularly. At the same time, do not bombard them with frequent mails.

Keep your messages simple, short and easily readable without losing patience. Always ask them how you can help them so that they can move forward. Never talk about importance of having a Standing Order or buying products, etc. Instead show them how they can grow through Transfer Buying, introducing ECAs, etc.

Motivate them with offer of Free TCredits, Gift Certificates, etc. Share about Signing Bonus, Mile Stone shares, Fast Track Extension and the benefits associated with each of them.
