When we joined SFI, we started it as an Affiliate. Step by Step we were able to learn many things through LaunchPad, SFI Basics, Up line, Forum, etc. Soon we were able to achieve something, reach the next level leadership positions and to this day, we keep growing.

As long as we have this seeking spirit we can learn, we can grow and we can achieve things.

But if we miss the " initiative ", we will only end up on the losing side.

Same way, we can help our Team to the best of our abilities, using our knowledge and experience.

But if any of them is not willing we can do nothing.

Without a strong and active Team, we can achieve nothing.

Every one should treat this SFI business as " Business " and pay attention regularly - Every day. We can inspire them through our achievements. We can do anything permissible within SFI norms to help them grow.

I don't think beyond these there is any such thing as helping your affiliates too much. You can take the horse to the Pond. But it is up to the horse to drink and quench its thirsty.

Theoretically, you can explain as follows:

1. SFI should be viewed as business;
2. Like any other business, this too requires time for one to grow and succeed;
3. One can not become rich over night; Its not that kind of program;
4. What we put in is not an investment - Its an option;
5. There are so many ways and means by which one can grow slowly but steadily without spending
money every month;

But on practical terms, please make him understand the following:

1. If he is in selling already, then he can become an ECA & look for more opportunities to sell
more and earn more (without any investment);
2. If he does not have products of his own, he can try and promote other ECA's products & enhance
his earning potential (without any investment);
3. He can try to indulge in "Transfer Buying" by which he can meet his family as well as VersaPoint
requirements (without investment);
4. He can introduce more people to TripleClicks as Personally Referred Members. When they
buy he will get VersaPoints & appropriate commission (without investment);
5. If he has good contacts like Family Members, Friends, relatives and so on settled in US he can
introduce the Privacy Maxx and try to sell it more; The income will be quite huge; (without
investment)

Conclusion:

Like these, there are so many areas which he can exploit to his advantage. Is he taught about them? Is he aware of them? These are very important factors which can create either a positive or a negative impact on his approach to SFI Business.

If you want to grow and succeed in this business, first of all try and introduce your

1. Family members;
2. Close friends;
3. Colleagues;
4. Known people;
5. Neighbors;

By doing these, you will be able to introduce people who predominantly speak your own regional language & they can understand and learn things about SFI quickly and it will be easier for you to work and grow with them.

Once you are able to build a Strong Team you can then focus on people from other areas speaking different language and not speaking English.

For such people, visual media is the best. Show them the products that you bought from TripleClicks. Where possible give a live demonstration. Have a person who can speak both English and their language. Take his/her help to explain about SFI and TripleClicks.

All these can be done by having a group meeting. If you want to do it on a person to person basis then it will be better to have the person when you do your SFI activities. Where ever you feel, you can use the Translator facility provided by SFI & make your visitor read it.

In short, if it is a group meeting, you can use the services of your friends who can speak in both English and the language of your audience. For one on one meeting, you can show how you do your activities & translate the Pages in the required language so that it will be easy for the visitor to know things & decide quickly. Every one is here to earn an income. Earning depends on the level of efforts one puts.

Such being the fact, it is of paramount importance that the Sponsors clearly explain & share the features of the Compensation Plan with the Team.

While explaining it, the Sponsors should also lead them to the opportunities available to do it.

At the end of it, the affiliates should realize that by promoting and selling TripleClicks products they stand a very good opportunity to earn more and more.

It is where the Sponsors should also explain about PRM & ECA, Transfer Buying & Garage Sales.

The quicker the affiliates understand them, they will know that they have more income in stake.

Once they do, now the Sponsors should lead them to specific products from TripleClicks,

We try to it with the simple reason - we enjoy good relationship & rapport with them.

Naturally, our aim should to maintain the relationship in tact. We cannot compromise on relationship and friendship just for the sake of introducing them to SFI Business.

Such being the case, we should be very careful when we try to speak about SFI business.

We should not mislead any one by:

1. Indicating directly or indirectly that SFI is an over night rich program;
2. Investment is not at all required;
3. Just by signing in one can make earnings;
4. No need to spend lot of time every day;
5. No need to introduce any one;
6. Team Building is not required;

If we try to do any of these then that will turn out to be the biggest reason for that person to move away from not just SFI but you as well.

On the other hand, we can be frank, honest and share our achievements with them. We can explain all about SFI, its compensation plans, support system etc. By doing these any one will be inspired to know more about SFI. It is precisely that time that we can request them to do a "sign up and see for themselves ".

Answer is very simple.

Since SFI encompasses all these elements of business i.e. Affiliates, TripleClicks, etc it is absolutely essential and suffice that we promote SFI with all our heart.

If every prospective affiliate understands SFI completely I am pretty confident that he or she will definitely jump into the band wagon.

Once they become part of SFI, they will step by step realize the vast potentials to earn a life time income, being provided by SFI through various means including Selling products, disposal of unwanted products, creation of ECA, promoting ECA's products, creating PRMs through Wave3, etc.

Through EZ Games, we get lot of opportunities to create PRMs. All you have to do is - Just keep promoting the W3 links extensively on a regular basis, among your friends and close relatives/family members through social media like FaceBook, Pinterest, personal dialog, etc in due course you will find you have lot of response.

From there, it's left to you to explain things about SFI in proper perspective so that some of them will look forward to join SFI soon.

Once they become your down line, you can always guide them to grow by helping them explore the vast and equal opportunities available. This way, you will see growth for every one in terms of expansion of the Team and earning income.

Some of the tips to build a strong Team with real, active and motivated members are:

1. More than just telling, lead by your actions. Members will like to follow a leader who is not
just a preacher but a performer;

2. Please perform and achieve your goals fully, every month. Your badges are the reflection of
your efforts. By seeing them, your members will be inspired to perform better.

3. Build relationship with each and every one of your Team Members. This is possible only
when you live up to their expectations.

4. Please always demonstrate your genuine concern and commitment for their growth. Mere
offering of tips or suggestions will not help.

5. Your regular and timely communications are very vital in building a good business understanding
with your Team.

6. Every communication from your side should always reflect your sincerity in helping them. Ask
them, How can you help them, How can you support so that they can advance to the next level,
etc. By all these, they will be motivated.

7. Make them understand, SFI Rules of Success and help them to build their own team.

8. Keep rewarding the real performers and make it visible for others to observe. The message will
be loud and clear: Be a performer; you get everything!!

9. Do not give up on any one. In this type of business, we have no clue at all as to when an active

Micro Auctions are introduced effective 1st October 2015 with a view to encouraging new and inexperienced affiliates to take part in large numbers.

These Micro Auctions will cover small quantities of:

1. PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates)
2. CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates)
3. TCredits

Hence, these can be won:

1. For a small amount of bids;
2. The duration will also be very short.
3. Further, 100% of all Micro auctions will be restricted to bidders who have won 9 auctions or less.
4. It means, they will, all be Junior Auctions;
5. They will be run for 12 times a day (that is 84 times a week - currently.

Points to keep in mind before entering these Auctions:

1. The quantities being offered are basically small (like One CSA and so on);
2. The prices at which normally these are available at TC Stores;
3. The VP associated with such direct purchases;
4. The price history of these products in the earlier auctions;
5. Price movements during different times & days;
6. Your budget for such auctions;
7. Your TCredit Strength vis a vis how you earned them - Whether bought or won.

One of the biggest mistakes many of us-Sponsors-make upon receiving a notification from SFI about a new sign up is, "start bombarding with so many mails" trying to share everything, all at once.

This makes them doubt your sincerity and they tend to become "skeptical" and give up easily.

I honestly feel this is not the correct way of building a Team and the business.

We should always welcome the new entrants with a " Warm Message" congratulating him/her for joining SFI in general and our Team in specific & wish them good luck with a few line introduction about ourself.

In every subsequent communication, our message should be brief and to the point. It should always indicate our willingness and commitment to their growth and success.

"What can I do for you now so that you will get started with out any problems?"

"How can I support you now so that you will be successful?"

"What is your area of concern here in this business?"

"I am always here as your friend-Please ask me anything you want to get clarified"

When you fill your mails with statements like these, they will be inspired to get back to you.

On the other hand, if you speak only about,"Earning money", " Placing SO", etc then then will suspect your intention as such. It paves the way for them to block our communication or they will become inactive or they will "opt out".

Since you claim that many of them have blocked your mails, :

1. Try to understand if they are active by observing your "Movers" List.
2. Visit Genealogy and read all about their activities.
3. If they have a personal mail id, please send them brief messages at regular intervals;
4. Try to use "Stream" to communicate with them;
5. In case you have their contact numbers try your luck to speak to them (if cost is affordable).
6. If their FB id is available, then try to message them;
7. Despite all these efforts, if they do not respond, do not give up.
8. Just keep sending them the mail through SFI group Mailer System hoping it reaches their
personal mail box at least (in case they block Group mails); on a weekly basis.
9. Focus on your active members & help them grow continuously.
10. Keep signing in new affiliates & encourage them.
11. Remain with hope, some day, some one will become an asset in your Team!

Conclusion:

In short, keep the other channels of communication open & use them. If they are willing, its fine. Other wise, just leave them and keep focusing in building your Team with more new affiliates. Always remember, "Some will; Some will not; So what? There is some one waiting; NEXT?". Build relationships with them, based on trust and mutual respect that will last for a longer time! In the process, you will realize that they respect you as an awesome sponsor!!
