I love this new tab - we earn another VP by visiting it every day - to start with.

The ECA's featured under this tab will be the best of the best. They have to spend T-credits to be featured - which means they have enough products of value to make it worth the investment.

They also have to meet the criteria set by SFI - they can not just buy their way into the spot. If you want to know more about the criteria you can find them in the news where the announcement was made

Knowing that these ECA's met the criteria and that they have enough confidence in their products to pay T-credits to have it featured gives me a sense of comfort. I can buy, market and advertise their shop and products with a high degree of confidence that I am promoting a reliable business and value for money products.

They will have a high customer rating - another reason to promote them. When I buy anything on the internet I am always aware of the possibility that I might be taken for a ride - so I always make sure it is a calculated risk - in other words I won't promote or buy from a company I can not verify before I make a purchase - with these ECA's you have a good chance of not getting ripped off and neither will the people you promote them to.

Lastly - they have the eyes of a very large audience on them - they are not likely to provide bad customer service or make shady sales.

This question actually makes me smile. I won once with a 32 card straight - and I have no idea how I did it. I just clicked higher or lower and was lucky enough to guess right.

After that I decided to read the tips and rules and to beat that score - what is happening now? I have never even come close to beating it!

For me personally I have always been very lucky in games of chance - the less I know about the game the better I do. The moment I know how it is suppose to work logically I overthink every thing I do and I get nowhere.

Every Eager Zebra game has rules as well as tips - it is there to help you.

You really should read the rules of the game and the tips on how to give you a better chance of winning. Doing that will give most people I know the advantage and the best possible chance to win. Just don't do what I am doing and overthink it, it still remains a game of luck, the luck of the draw.

Hi there

The day I have a large active team the 1st thing I will do is the happy dance.

Serious now. I do not have a large active team yet but I know where there is a will their will be a way. My team went from one active affiliate to 5 active members very quickly and I had to adjust - but it was not that hard.

1. Make sure your weekly letter to your entire team is QUALITY. Use it to teach them
what you want them to do. You movers will also see this and follow your
instructions. I use a specific format.

a. New at SFI - here I give them a short summary of what is new at SFI - like
the JOIN MY TEAM gateway. You can also insert links to lead them to the page
where they can find more information.
b. Recognition - here I recognise and congratulate everybody by name if they
achieved a goal in the past week. Even wishing them a happy birthday or
anniversary (if you know it)
c. Tutorial. here I pick one topic every week and discuss it. I do not copy and
paste the information from a SFI page. I summarise it in my own words and
explain it as complete and as simple as I can without drowning them in
information. I also place a link or tell them where to find more
information if they need it.
d. I end of my mail by once again inviting them to contact me and giving them my
e-mail. I also encourage them to visit my leadership page and leave me a
team mail. I wish them a good week. At the bottom of my mails I also always
insert one or more of my gateways.

2. Allow your team to lead your personal interactions - encourage the team in your
weekly letters to contact you should they have questions or need more guidance.
When they take you up on your invitation - react as soon as possible.
When you answer a PSA's question and SAVE your answer because another affiliate
might ask you the same question a week or a year later. This way you build up
your own library of questions and answers and that means you can give your team
the attention they want and need. At 1st you will have to type out every answer
but later you can use answers you used before and just personalise or adapt it to
fit the affiliate you are dealing with at that moment.

3. Make sure you do not miss your teams achievements. When they achieve something
make a big deal of it. Send them an e-card, mention it in your newsletter, your
stream post and the FORUM's recognition section. You can use all of these or just
one or two - like the e-card (private) and the Forum (public)

4. Remember your team are made up of unique individuals. Some may work and be
motivated simply by your weekly newsletter or by their own wish to succeed. Others
may be a little more demanding and will need personal contact more often. They
will not all need attention at the same time which will lesson the demand on your
time.

5. Should the same question keep on popping up it might be a good idea to make one
of your weekly letters about that question.

Enjoy your big active team - it means you are doing something right.

If they have a problem understanding you and the translator is not really doing it for them either you can encourage them to go to their Country / Regions sub-forum and ask somebody to translate or explain something for them.

They can for example copy and paste your answer to a question and people speaking their language can translate or explain it to them. Just don't write long complicated answers - something will get lost in translation and very few people will have the time and translate that message for your affiliate

The idea is not that the Forum takes over your role as sponsor - it is just to help out those affiliates with a problem reading and understanding English. You should still be there to assist them to the best of your abilities within the constraints of the lack of understanding.

Being disabled does not make a person incompetent. With modern technology it also opens many doors for disabled people.

A blind person can do this - if they have a computer that is manufactured or adjusted to cater for them. I am not an expert in this technology, but from what I understand the key board has braille on it and text is translated to audio

Deaf people can use the computer like you and me - it is just with things like videos that they need text or sign language.

People in Wheelchairs, bedridden persons, any person with a disability can make a success with SFI if they have the correct equipment and the same attitude all of us need to succeed with SFI.
The only disability I can imagine will prevent a person from working in SFI would be a person with severe brain injuries.

I know several individuals with disabilities that I admire and respect because they refuse to let their disability stop them from doing what they want to do. They actually put me to shame - I can not say how I will react in their shoes - but if I had half the drive they have I will be proud of myself.

I think if a disabled person signs up they have the equipment they need - your role is to help them. It won't hurt if you ask them how they function and to find out how you can help them to succeed. In many cases they won't need you to adjust the way you do things.

Some of our affiliates sign up and then become inactive without earning as much as one single VP. With them you can just persist and send them your welcome, e-cards and newsletters and hope you touch on a point that peaks their interest at some time.

Apart from doing your best to help, guide and support your active affiliates and to teach them all you can, there is no guarantees they will stay active - life happens and something totally unrelated might prevent them from staying active. You can not prevent life from happening, you can just deal with it to the best of your abilities.

I can tell you what to do to guarantee your affiliates dropping off the face of the earth - lie to them and make unrealistic promises. The truth will come out soon and you will loose their faith and trust and they will become inactive or they will ask to be assigned another sponsor - which will let everybody know how you deal with affiliates.

There could be various reasons why they are not working.

They might have personal problems that is preventing them from working.

They might've signed up with the idea of getting instant gratification - immediately getting rich and when they found out they have to work on a business they lost interest. Unfortunately we will always have those people that is looking for an opportunity to make money without working - they are lazy.

As for the rest - they are working, but there will be a time when the going gets tough and they want to give up - this is where you have to support them and help in any way you can and remind them of all the reasons why they started in the 1st place.

I am fortunate enough to have an awesome sponsor as well as co-sponsor and their support and advice makes it a lot easier for me to hang in there and not give up BUT at the end of the day your success will depend on you. Your sponsor and co-sponsor's best efforts will not be enough if you do not come to the party and give your best as well.

Ok - now you were unfortunate and you signed up with or you were assigned to a sponsor that never logs on, do not react to your messages or e-mails and can not answer your questions. You decide to go to the next in line - your co-sponsor and you find he or she is no different than your sponsor. What now?

You have more people in your up-line you can try or you can go to the Forum to get help or you can take a look in the mirror and ask yourself the question - how bad do I want to succeed? Do I really need somebody to hold my hand? If the answers are - I want to and I will succeed and I do not need anybody to hold my hand, you are going to push ahead and learn as much as you can without your sponsor or co-sponsor. SFI gives you all the tools you need to succeed.

It is sad that your sponsor and co-sponsor let you down - but you can do it without them if you want to succeed.

It is a game and games are suppose to be fun - so keep your invitation fun and call to your prospects competitiveness. A lot of people can not resist a challenge - they will do whatever it takes to win.

I saw an invitation where it was just a straightforward invitation. This is my league, join me - something to that effect. That will also work - but why not make it fun?

You made me smile with your question. It painted this picture of you standing there like a Idi Amin, shaking your finger and with a strict face, telling your affiliates: You will work, you will build your business and you will make a success of it so I can make money. OR ELSE .....

Anybody working to build their business knows you have to be a little selfish. If your affiliates don't work you have to work that much harder to make money BUT on the other side, if you encourage them and support them and help them to build their business they make money and if they make money - so do you.

The best you can do is encourage, support and be positive. Ignoring them, threatning them or being negative is the shortest and quickest to chase them away - so do the oposite. Try to build a team, a team that works together and help each other.
