How can I use a blog to promote SFI and TripleClicks?

The straightforward answer is that you can put all manner of links, graphic and text, that connect back to SFI, Tripleclicks, and various other gateway points, including the SFI PPA program, if you so desire. The more important question is how to use the blog EFFECTIVELY.
Now, much of this depends on how you use the blog. For example, you can certainly focus on entrepreneurship and in so doing, recommend SFI wholeheartedly, talk about your store on TripleClicks, and go from there. If your blog supports products you sell, concentrate primarily on talking up your merchandise, and leave your SFI links in the sidebars. If you're primarily talking or ranting or just entertaining people, leave all your SFI stuff in the sidebar.
More importantly, don't just put up your free ads. SELL some advertising on your blog--that's what sites like Google Ads and Bidvertiser are for. Much like your ECA store, your blog is there to make you money, and because all advertising is a numbers game, it's worth tilting the numbers in your favor. Also, people can tell if you're pushing something REALLY HARD, even in the sidebars. People are more likely to pick out and click an ad that catches their eye than they will if they feel like they're constantly being "sold to." Another really good reason to put up other people's ads like that is because most of them pale in comparison to how eye-catching the SFI and TC ads are, which means that people will be more likely to click and follow your ads if they have other ads that they like less. (It's kind of the "straw man" process in reverse.)

I feel my welcome message to PSAa is stale. How can I freshen it up? Sample welcome letters appreciated.

How can we know what to suggest to "freshen up" if you don't tell us what is "stale?"
A welcome letter needs to target the PSA you spoke to. In my case, it might read like,
"Hey, (insert name here)!
I'm glad you looked SFI over and you liked what you saw. When's a good time for us to hit the cafe so I can help you get started?"
Then again, my goal is to engage with my affiliates' values BEFORE signing them up, so I know what they're looking for and whether SFI is going to be right for them. It's also why I know that I'm developing strong, active affiliates that are ready to learn and succeed with me.
Real sincerity is never stale.

Of SFI's available marketing aids, which are the best to use?

The best marketing aids are the ones that apply most to your particular goals and methods. For example, to pick a few really absurd examples: using text ads on a graphics site probably will not be the most effective; you can't put a thumbtack through a banner ad on a bulletin board; and stationery does no good for somebody who only texts. My point is only that you need to target your marketing aid to the audience to which it is most suitable. Know your audience.
I've received new CSAs from my country from the CSA Exchange. How can I get their attention and engage them?

Congratulations! You have new CSAs from your own country who, hopefully, speak your language (or at least a language you speak)! You can get their attention and engage them via any means they've left open for communication, whether it's e-mail, their favorite online chat program, or even on the phone, if they're willing. Being new CSAs, you can also filter for them in the Genealogy tool by their "assign date," and you can send a mailing specifically to them.
How can I be a successful student AND teacher in SFI at the same time?

Every truly successful teacher became one, and continues to be one, by being a successful student. You always need to learn new things about SFI--that's what many of the Daily Actions are about--and you will always need to help pass these on to your affiliates. This applies as much to running an ECA store as it does to promoting your gateway links.
How important is it to read the latest SFI news...and how does this apply to building your business?

It's pretty straightforward that if you're going to get involved with something, you want to know all the news about it. So it is with SFI. By reading the news, you will know the the best ways to earn VersaPoints, learn of new products, games, and programs to promote, purchase, and use, and marketing tools to employ to the benefit of your own SFI business.
How can I become a good supporting sponsor when my communication skills are not good?

When your communication skills are not good, you only really have two options:
1) You can take classes, read books, or otherwise learn how to improve your communication skills,
or
2) You can hire someone else to communicate on your behalf. Even this carries with it a certain risk because you still have to communicate to the person to whom you are outsourcing.
Communication and support are highly interrelated, and both are crucial to your success at SFI.

As an ECA, what is the best way to use a dropshipper for your ECA Products?

First and foremost, know your dropshipper, the company's habits and procedures, their shipping times, their return policies, and everything else that could affect your sales. Next, and this is sometimes less obvious than it needs to be: make sure you charge enough to cover the commission markdown, shipping, and any other eventualities. The rest really depends on how much of a profit margin your product will give you.
If your dropshipper offers related items, you could consider bundling them for added value (and a healthy hike in profit)--for example, if your supplier offers both video cameras and the SD chips for it, bundle them together. Many dropshippers offer higher discount to people doing business in volume. Use that to your advantage.
Regardless, as an ECA, the overt focus has to be bringing in people to buy on TripleClicks as opposed to eBay, Amazon, or any other place they can buy exactly the same devices. For that reason, you may want to choose a niche that's a bit less obvious, like home decor or power tools... but regardless, you also need to offer a better bargain than other dropshippers--your customers have access, after all, to the keyword search tool. Keep these things in mind, and you'll do much better with your dropshipping practices.

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

I typically ask,"Are you making your monthly VP goals?" If an affiliate has a 1500VP standing order and just wants to take it easy, forgoing extra Daily Grand drawings, that's completely up to him or her. For that matter, if they're getting enough VP in from their various other actions and sales, fantastic. There's only a problem when an affiliate can't reach Executive Affiliate (or what ever other rank he or she is seeking).. After all, if it's a difference between 1500VP during a month and !501VP during the month, it doesn't bear worrying.

How do you learn to write effective ads if you have never written any ads before?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
The only way to learn to write effective ads is to invest time and money into a learning process, whether you take courses in advertising, research into the subject on-line, buy e-books that cover some of the basics of ad-writing and NLP (neurolinguistic programming). Now, you can cut your time in half by following the beginning writer's
chief rule: Write with yourself as the audience.
What interests you? What draws you to SFI? List those factors and how you can connect the two. I like that SFI has a ton of great internet training resources in the "Training Library," so my first ads focused on those:
"Learn how to build your business, and build an income at the same time.
SFI will show you how to do both... FREE."
I also like the fact that I don't really ever have to buy anything in order to get an income out of SFI.
"The only network marketing business that doesn't pick your pocket."
Of course, for you, it might be about something else, like a love for TripleClicks and the way it networks independent businesses.
"An Amazon for the rest of us."
Write to what excites you, and if your ad copy excites you, you know that you and people like you will be excited by your ad. I may recommend some coursework because it will teach you more about how to use your words (or what words are better to use), but at the end, you're still at the heart of your solution. Failing that, hire a writer. You get a good value and save yourself a headache.
