The communications we exchange with our affiliates, the support we provide them, the mentoring we offer, all of SFI sponsoring strategies and tools are aimed at helping our team members get and stay active.

We will reach our goals by following the clearly defined sponsoring methodology. We should approach this with realism and wisdom. Not every sign-up will be active. We will save ourselves time by focusing on the ones who take action, while not ignoring those who are not showing interest.

We have adequate tools, in the genealogy filters, the Team mail, and the E-Cards to selectively communicate with both active team members and non active affiliates.

The appropriate use of these tools will help us stay focused and prevent us from getting out of line to the extent of coming across as selfish, too demanding or overbearing, let alone being dictators.

We should always keep in mind the does and don'ts" in sponsoring and abide by "the rules of success."

To my active genealogy, I am in constant communication, providing mentoring, offering help and support, asking questions and seeking feedback.

Organizing contests is an excellent technique to increase activity. We help our team members set goals and benchmarks of success; we reward them for their achievements. Our Leadership page is a well suited tool for organizing such contests.

For the inactive affiliates, we keep communicating with them, sending them reminders, updating them on SFI's new developments, and calling them to action by pointing out what they are missing and stressing what they could accomplish.

I personally view a2a as a mini social media network within SFI. In five short months with SFI, I have built a network of over 1000 (one thousand) a2a friends. There are great advantages for doing so. It offers several opportunities to help you growth your business.
A. Positive Impact for being around Successful SFI Affiliates
As a new affiliate you have to opportunity to interact with the seasoned and most successful members who are the depository of SFI history and successful home based businesses. Some of these home based entrepreneurs have, individually, more than ten years of experience. You have the opportunity to look at their profiles, see the badges they have earned and ask to be their a2a friend. You can see their results on a daily basis through the Growth tab, and the VP Leadership.
Just being around them will stimulate you, inspire you, and motivate you to simulate their actions and reach their achievements.
There are several ways with which you can interact with them one-to-one.
1. Through a2a friendship network, after you have requested and been granted that friendship
2. Through Tripleclick TConnect, where you can see their product listings
3. If you are their a2a friends, you will see their Stream posts, and their Daily Grand Prize winnings. This offers you the opportunity to send them Congratulations e-cards and messages and build a good will relationship
After you have established such relationships, you will be in an excellent position to ask questions and tips on how to grow your business.
B. Building an Extensive a2a Network of your own.
First, you need to build your a2a network. You can do that combining the following paths
a. Your own SFI class. At the end of the fifth E365 Challenge, you will have the list of all of your class affiliates that have qualified for the sixth round that last for a full year and will end at the anniversary date of your joining SFI. I suggest you build a friendship network with all the finalists in round six.
b. Your daily review of the a2a tap will give you the opportunity to ask befriend as many affiliates as you want.
c. The list of the Daily Grand winners offers the same opportunity.
d. The forum is also a great tool for building your a2a network

C. Sharing Tips with regular SFI Affiliates through your a2a Network
Through the Ask SC answers, the forum, the Daily Grand winner list, you will see your a2a friends’ activity and results. This gives you the opportunity to stay in contact with them, ask them questions, how they are doing, what works for them, and avoid mistakes they may have made.

It seems that your question might be one of the most popular, garnishing one of the largest numbers of answers.

Many of those answers I read point to "how to earn MRPs", whereas your quest is to see how to benefit the most out of them.

The easiest and most obvious points to using the MRPs for small amounts of Tcredits (1 to 10) and the attached Purchase VPs.

I personally think that it is more valuable to focus on the greater benefits.

A. First, let's keep in mind one important feature of the MRPs: They have a expiration date. Whatever you plan to do with your MRPs, do it before that expiration date. This is important if you plan to accumulate as much as you can for greater benefits.

I do think that the best strategy to stretch your MRPs is by earning and accumulating as much as you can and use them for meaningful actions to boost your SFI Business and take it to the next level.

B. The MRPs, like the Tcredits, are a Tripleclicks currency you can exchange for any goods or services within Tripleclicks and in your transactions with the ECAs.

You can buy Tcredits or win them in auctions.

But you can only earn MRPs through your activity and membership.

C. How can you boost your SFI business using MRPs?

I personally like to have fairly large amounts of MRPS.

(a) I suggest you set up a wish list of what interest you the most, work your way to accumulate the amounts of MRPs you need to buy those goods and services on your wish list.

We are blessed that SFI offers us multiple streams of income all of which fully operational.
SFI Pay-per-action is one of them.

We will be well advised to promote as many of these multiple sources of income as we can.

It is just a matter of much time and resources we have to fully devote to SFI/Tripleclicks and to each of their income potential.

Personal circumstances play a determinant role here.

If SFI is your full time main activity and source of income: i.e, you do not have a job, by all, means, organize yourself to take advantage of all the potential SFI has to offer including, SFIPPA.

Many affiliates does have jobs and use SFI only as a second source of income.

Thus, if you are among those who are full time SFI Affiliates, by all means promote all the income streams, giving to each all the attention it deserves.

“Getting results from communications with our downline” is seeing progress: building a growing team, helping affiliates reach and re-qualify as EA2 and team leaders. If we see such results, then, we have evidence that our communication is being effective.

What are the most effective ways to communicate with such results in mind and reach them?

Every communication with our downline should be goal oriented and a call to action.

When we send a message, or chat through the SFI IM, or post a blog on our Leadership page, we should discuss one singular point that pertains to business building, with emphasis on the activity that will help the affiliate make some progress toward their weekly or monthly goals.

Hence, we should encourage every affiliate to have such goals. They are the light that guides our actions and our communications with our team members. They help us evaluate our monthly results; build upon them for the next month to the end of the year.

We have multiple communication tools. It is up to us to use them to get results

The first communication tool with our downline is our Leadership page. It contains a series of activities that aim at motivating and providing support, helping us be in constant touch with our team members and getting results.

The second tool is a management and communication tool. It is our genealogy and the team mail we sent at least on a weekly basis.

The third communication tool is our “Stream Posts”, at least three times a week.
The fourth communications tool is our one-to-one interaction with our team members, when we answer their questions, provide them with personal support; help them see where they may need to improve their work.

Examples are as follows:

Our leadership page blog is an excellent avenue for organizing contests, recognizing milestones, and rewarding.

You may say that all SFI affiliates are doing the same thing: to promote their business, earn a living, and build a residual income.

This is the bottom line: the commission we get on a monthly basis, the team we are building as well as the sales business we are putting into place that may generate sales either through our own stores or through our ECAs, so that we have a residual income for the future.

To "stand out from the crowd" is perceived differently by any one of us, as we do not see success always through the same lenses.

One way to see success is when we feel happy and content with the results we have achieved and the 'standards of living" we have reached.

Then, we can say reasonably that we "Stand Out".

Cold calling is an excellent sales training method that teaches patience, forbearance, stamina and resilience.

It is most suited for sales of goods and services that are part of the basic consumer needs.

Some commission sales organizations are specialized in cold calling. However more often that not, they work on lists put together based on same assumption of pre-existing interest. Some sales people are good at it, and do well.

However, very rarely would you see a sales organization using solely the local telephone directory as the only source of leads, except in training.

As SFI affiliates, our goals aim at sponsoring genuinely interested home business opportunity seekers. Our preferred lead is the one that already has some exposure with home based entrepreneurship. Random cold calling from the phone book would hardly lead you to find such lead.

In all the prospecting options available to us, cold calling from the telephone directory would be the last I would think of.

There is only one exception: calling small businesses to offer them the opportunity to list their businesses with Tripleclicks as e-Commerce affiliates.

Thus, let me address your question in the following manner: to regroup the tools in three main categories: (i) Sponsoring tools; (ii) Team communication and management tools, and (iii) Advertising tools.

The sponsoring tools are: (a) PSAs to Go and S-Builder Co-op, (b) Co-op Manager, and (c) Lifetime Custom Prestige Domain. These work hand in hand with our gateways, especially the last three. We need the gateways to fully take advantage of the S-Builder Co-op, the Co-op Manager and the Lifetime Custom Prestige Domain. Although the Gateways are not listed among the "Power Tools", they are still a necessary component of any sponsoring effort.

The Team Communication and Management Tools are: (1) All the Mailers, (2) the Genealogy, (3) the Affiliate and Reassignment Managers, and (4) the Gift Certificate Manager.
