Pro: Again, there are no limits to what you can or want to give.
Con: Because there are no ties to TripleClicks or SFI, you cannot distribute them directly
through the affiliate program; also, this can get quite expensive.
5) Personal service
Pro: Nothing shows a desire to work with someone more than personal effort; some
services will be essentially free for you, aside from time, like helping with website design.
Con: This can get quite time-intensive when working with multiple affiliates.
You're going to find that some linear combination of these incentive/reward strategies work best for you, but this will vary based on the interests of your affiliates. Elicit each of your affiliates' values, and you will find out which ones are most effective for each.
