That is what SFI is about actually: "Strong Financial Future, (SFI)"

Understanding SFI is being fully familiar with all the tools and knowing how to use them to build a business, create an income that last years to come.

The path to success here is set in such a way that we spend the first 30 days in learning, training, while doing the daily tasks and making progress in building our business.

The answer to your question is to make sure that new affiliates follow the traditional, well establish path of learning and applying the proper knowledge.

"Help" is at the center of the SFI Affiliate development methodology and strategy. From the very instant a prospect signs up, and all along their career as an SFI team member, help is available from various sources (sponsor, upline, forum, Technical support).

The sponsor's help is the primary form of support an affiliate expects. It is critical. It allows one-to-one tailored response to the inquiries and needs of an affiliate. It should be available all the time. There is no limit to it, neither in scope nor in duration.

But is should not create dependency.

The sponsor's objective is to help the affiliate grow to be assertive and independent, capable of finding answers to their questions and solutions to the problems they may face.

I personally work hard to avoid creating situations of dependency with my affiliates. It is a disservice to our team members to make them feel dependent.

Furthermore, everything here goes against the idea of dependent affiliates

From day one, affiliates are provided with the training, the tools and the mentoring designed to help them build their knowledge base, locate the available resources and understand how to use them in building a successful business. 1. On the top right of the page you have the search window. Just enter any keyword, you will be taken to the right place.

2. Below the search window, you are the link to your sponsor. However, he/she may not be readily available to help you.

3. Down, you have "Support". The drop down menu is all about finding the right answers to an affiliate's questions. When you click on "Support", it opens to give you the index, the glossary, the tickets, your upline, the link to contact SFI, and so on.

4. The forum is well suited for seeking input other affiliates with a diversity of opinions.

5. And lastly, you have Ask SC, and you rightly used it for even a greater diversity.

You did well actually for asking this question.

One important note to conclude. It is worth teaching your affiliates to be self-reliant. By this, I mean, show them how to find the answers to their own questions.

SFI has made it a simple and easy task. The banners have an embedded code you need to copy and post on the destination blog/site you have selected.

Nearly every active affiliate has gone through this in their first or second month with SFI.

This assumes that you already have selected a blog or you have built a website, ready to receive the banner.

If you have not yet done so, start with creating the blog and/or setting up the website.

Installing a banner in a blog or website is not an advanced skill. If you read the SFI instructions clearly and you have fully taken into account the blog and website posting procedures, your installation will work perfectly, without too much difficulty.

One can be very specific in the detailed explanation or remain general. To be specific one has to select a given site destination, using its features and accepted procedures on how to install the banner.

But such description may not be relevant to your own case, if you are using a different hosting/destination site.

Indeed, there are numerous blog hosting and free website building hosts out there. Just run a quick search and you will have plenty to choose from. There is no need to mention one particular hosting site here.

To properly install your banner, just read the relevant instructions at the site destination as the specifics may vary from one to the other.

It is true that SFI stands out because of its international dimension. We should always emphasize this aspect in our business growth strategy.

However, as your question points out so rightly, building a business has also strong local aspects.

Within SFI, one of the most daunting obstacles for affiliates from other countries may be language barriers. We can notice this at the forum and in the answers to Ask SC questions.
Many of us also have affiliates who may not have a working knowledge of English.

When the language barriers are brought down, it becomes much easier to mentor, motivate and support our affiliates, thus help them advance within SFI.

One major area is business promotion: helping affiliate in sponsoring, and selling. We can assist them in finding regional and local opportunities for advertising, language specific social media and websites, language based and local online markets. These are excellent outlets for both the affiliate’s own store and TripleClicks.com in general. They would greatly impact business growth and help him/her reach new heights within SFI.

To bring down the language barriers, we have three unique tools that will benefit these affiliates.
First, the Translator at the bottom of each SFI and TripleClicks page.

I have an associate who speaks Portuguese only. We are working together very well. She has maintained hear EA2 ranks several months in a row. She asks for help and guidance, on average, two or three times a week. I communicate with her through translation. When the message I am sending is critical, I make sure that I deliver to her both the Portuguese translation and the English original version. It has been working very well.

Second, the Reassignment Tool

It is a very effective team management tool. I see a use of it when I have a very active PSA and several less active or not active altogether. However there are several conditions and requirements to keep in mind. However, given cultural requirements and business practices, those requirements and requirements vary from country to country.
