But tell me, why did we all join SFI??

Is it because some one asked us to do so?? OR Some one convinced us to do so??

If you feel the answer can be " YES " then what convinced people like ME to join SFI voluntarily??

No one introduced me here. I did it on my own.

I was looking for On line income & I was browsing the internet. I happened to see SFI Home Page that contained the following:

Please involve every one in your Team:

1) In the preparation of the Agenda for the Training Course.

2) Discuss with every one thoroughly on what are all the aspects they want them to be covered.

3) Know & understand their requirements;

4) Add your own inputs;

5) Keep the session for not more than 1 to 2 hours, preferably in the Evening on a Holiday;

6) Break the session in to 3 or 4, each lasting just 20 to 30 Minutes maximum.

7) Use Power Point Presentations;

8) Have inter acting sessions;

9) Give every one opportunity to speak out;

10) Have a Break;

11. Provide them refreshments keeping prevailing season in mind;

12. Show your genuine concern, commit & demonstrate your willingness for their 100% success;

13. Absorb the cost of conducting the session, yourself;

14. End the session in time & allow every one to go back home safely;

15. Follow up with them at regular intervals for feedback, improvement & conducting
further sessions;

16. Meeting venue should be accessible to every one easily & ambient atmosphere is a must for

the LaunchPad.

2. Once they read and understand the Compensation Plan explained, they will realize that they have to become an Executive Affiliate in order to start earning an income.

3. This is when you have to explain about Fast Track Program and its benefits & how they can become a FT Member.

4. Now, introduce them to the New Member Pack and explain the benefits it presents.

5. Help them realize that by buying the NMP they stand a very good opportunity to

a) Start earning an income immediately;
b) Will be able to build their team (to start with - through CSAs);
c) Using the TCredits in many ways to grow their business.

6. Once they understand these, they will be quite eager to buy the NMP.

First, please recognize the fact that your down lines are not your sub ordinates. They are also independent contractors like you and they are in this business to grow, earn and succeed.

They are either introduced by your own hand or you got them through your Sponsor or you bought them or you won them in Auctions. In any case, you are their Sponsor

As their Sponsor your duty first and foremost is to establish trust in their minds that you are there to help them grow continuously.

Every communication from your side should reflect on your commitment for their growth.

Without overwhelming them with steady flow of mails, you should give them practical tips, suggestions that can be followed practically,etc.

You can motivate them through Gift Certificates, TCredits, re-assignment of active PSAs, etc depending upon the situation that prevails within your Team.

You can motivate them through your performance and achievements.

Conclusion:

When you keep supporting them like this continuously, they will love this business and they will remain active. Its mainly for affiliates for whom English is not the primary language.

If you find it difficult to communicate with your Team because of this, you can suggest them to post their queries & questions in their native language in the Sub Forum.

There are so many experienced affiliates waiting outside (from their own Country & Region) who will just grab the opportunity & answer in their own native language.

1. This way, they can understand more things about SFI/TC which should help them to grow in their
business.

2. They can create new a2a friends from their area with whom they can interact more freely and
frequently.

3. They can even conduct joint business sessions to promote SFI/TC once they develop

1. Family Members;
2. Close Relatives;
3. Close Friends;
4. Colleagues;
5. Acquaintance;
6. Others

Try to know/understand their:

1. Back Ground;
2. Their status - in Job or Business?
3. Their goals or aims in their Life?
4. Their Plans to achieve them?
5. Their Likes & Dislikes about business or their current job
6. Do they own a PC with an internet connection at home?

Equipping yourself with these information, please approach every one in the above order.

1. Have a dialog with them with all seriousness & sincerity;
2. Show your genuine concern for their well being;
3. Allow them to speak/share things & listen to them;
4. At appropriate time, ASK them:

When ever we introduce people to SFI we should preferably use our JMT Gate Way. It provides all the information on:

1. SFI/TripleClicks back ground;
2. Our position;
3. Our Performance;
4. Our Achievements - through Badges;
5. Why we love SFI?;
6. What Others say about SFI?;
7. Opportunities available to earn commission, etc, etc.

Once they join SFI, as Sponsors, our job basically is to make them Read and Understand SFI Basics, LaunchPad Lessons, etc. When they seek clarifications we should be able to provide sincere, honest and adequate explanations so that they will be satisfied.

It will be easier for the new sign ups to gather 1500VP during the first 2 months and become EA. Its from the 3rd month that they will be forced to invest some money in this business.

As Sponsors, we should explain to them:

1. Why its necessary to gather 1500 VPs and become EA every month;
2. How gathering more VPs will help them to become BTL and so on;
3. What are all the benefits by becoming an EA or TL?
4. Why Down lines should be created?
