This is not 'bribing".

Rather, it is a wise use of incentives.

A. It is very appropriate to use these incentives to help us be an "Awesome Sponsor".

All the incentives SFI makes available to us to be an "Awesome Sponsor" are appropriate to use to train and grow our teams of affiliates whether personally sponsored or co-sponsored.

Offline classes and seminars can be organized only if you can get your PSAs in the same location.

If you have a strong team of PSAs in your own country, and/or preferably in the same city, you may think of using offline training.

The wise Team Leader should have concerns both for the non active affiliate as well as the over-active ones, when there is evidence that they may loose their momentum to the point to think about quitting.

The first welcoming message to your newly registered PSAs should be the warmest possible. Four points need the stressed:

SFI IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MONEY

If a sponsor helps a PSA develop prospecting and sponsoring skills until he/she has personally sponsored at least five executive affiliates (EA), that affiliate will be on their way to achieving Team Leader rank.
