What is a good financial budget to start with for SFI?

The rule of a financial budget is to go with what you can afford--since I don't know how much income you have, I can't tell you what to spend. I can tell you that you can succeed with SFI without significant expenditure.
You can, however, calculate out your budget and see how much you have left after your expenses. From this, I would dedicate 50% of what you have left to savings, retirement, and emergencies, 30% toward education and entertainment, and the remaining 20% toward SFI. This assures that you will feel as secure as possible--and as happy as possible.

What is the USP (unique selling proposition) of the new PrivacyMaxx product?

Let's look at PrivacyMaxx as what it is: It's essentially an "asset protection service" that will either protect the purchaser from identity theft through its various proactive security scans or award him/her $25000. That means that because it's an asset protection service, your goal is to convince the customer that he or she needs to protect his/her assets by buying this product. The essential proposition behind this is something like this:
Buy PrivacyMaxx protection, or you could lose your identity to identity thieves.
Worded in less of a threat, you might say:
When you buy PrivacyMaxx protection, you can feel safer about your identity online.
That's going to be at the heart of your presentation, regardless of how you create it.

How to use translation to effectively communicate with PSAs from other countries while using SFIM (SFI Instant Messaging)?

We all understand how to translate our messages to other languages using translation tools, as well as how to translate others' messages to us. However, the most important factor regarding translation are items related to idiomatic language and metaphor--these rarely translate outside of one's own country. For example, if I described someone's actions as "getting my goat," that would likely be translated literally, as if someone had managed to obtain a goat that I owned, rather than as that person annoying me. Error-free translation requires very concise communication, structured with the best grammar. Without that, messages get "lost in translation."

Offline or online recruiting...which is best and why?

There's a significant trade-off between online and offline recruiting: online reaches more traffic at the expense of being impersonal, while offline, you can tailor your response to individual needs and interests, but you're reaching far fewer people. I find that I enjoy offline recruiting more because I maintain more connections and build more friendships that way, but I still allow some time each month for online recruiting as well. I don't know that one is necessarily better than the other for all people, however--some may prefer to keep all associations online, for example.

How can I increase my earnings with SFI?
, Aff ()

Your primary sources of earnings with SFI come from three places:
1) commissions and matching bonuses earned through your downline affiliates,
2) commissions from purchases through your own affiliate links, and
3) sales from your own TripleClicks store.
Thus, increasing your earnings through SFI requires doing at least one of the following:
1) signing up and training new active affiliates,
2) promoting TripleClicks using your Gateway links, and
3) listing more items and promoting them through your TripleClicks store.
The marketing tips and tools can help you get started with that, but there are many ways to do these tasks, both online and offline.

How do I get my sponsor to notice me and provide guidance?
, Aff ()

There are two main ways to sponsor an affiliate. First, you can recruit someone directly. Now, if your sponsor had recruited you directly, he or she would obviously notice you and provide guidance. The other way is to recruit someone indirectly, whether through a co-op, a traffic exchange, or some other gateway link. The fastest way to get your sponsor's notice is by doing your "Getting Started Actions," including writing your Commitment Letter to your sponsor. By writing your commitment letter, your sponsor knows you intend to be active, and only a fool would fail to follow up with you at that point. You can also click your sponsor's name and go to his or her leadership page and, again, contact him or her directly.
A sponsor who fails to make contact with his or her affiliates is an idiot because it is by training one's affiliates that he or she ensures the affiliates' success within SFI, and in so doing, earns all the commissions and bonuses he or she will make. The only way an active affiliate could have an inactive sponsor is if the sponsor himself or herself somehow fell ill and was not able to carry out his or her role. Do not worry, however: you can still get help from your cosponsor, as well as from ALL your other upline sponsors, by visiting
https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/upline
and contacting them more directly. You also have the friends you make via forums or via the a2a program; you are never alone.

When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?

If you're initiating an online chat with a new PSA, there are a series of things that are absolutely worth doing:
1) Introduce yourself and give a little background.
2) As them about themselves and what their likes and dislikes are, what brings them to SFI in particular.
3) Ask how they're finding the site and answer their questions.
One thing you might do "in the background" is check the affiliate's VP ledger and see what they've done on their "Getting Started" tasks. Then you can walk them through those. This can result in the difference between "Fast Track" status and not. It can also be the difference between having an Executive Affiliate and not.

How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?
, Aff ()
7/5/2015 7:58 pm
Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
"Lazy and unmotivated" is a matter of degree. There is a level where virtually nothing can be done--take, for example, the case of someone who won't even return an e-mail that you send to him or her. Someone so completely inactive and unresponsive cannot be helped. As for the rest, there is always a way to do it, and at the start, the answer is in eliciting a response and learning what each particular unmotivated affiliate needs. If you can give a person what he or she needs in return for the action required from him or her, they will find the motivation to work. It's really that simple.

I just created a league for Gold Streak. What would be some good text to include with the invitation link?

This is an interesting question, although I cannot answer it. Why? You haven't told us about your league! How can we know how to promote it until we know what your league provides? Are you offering prizes? Are you creating a league forum to discuss the game among competitors? Providing stats? All of these things can provide the motivation that will make your invitation--and your league--worth someone's time.
Being an ECA or referring an ECA, which will be more beneficial to an affiliate?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
Being an ECA allows for direct sales in addition to commissions, and it also makes it much easier to refer other ECAs, so it is inherently more beneficial. Because I have my own ECA, I can use it as a referral tool for people who have their own businesses; when they sign up, I can even show them how to set up their own stores, which can improve their sales and also improve my commissions from their sales.
