1. What are Traffic Exchange Websites?

Traffic exchange sites are those in which you visit other people’s sites and they visits yours. Examples are Traffic Center and EasyHits4U.

2. How do they work?

- You sign up on these sites. Then you are asked to open a few sites(by entering some captcha) for some time(15 to 30 seconds) and then visit another. This process continues until you close the tab or window.

- Just like you open the sites, the other people open your site and you get hundreds of visitors. The main thing is, the more websites you open, the more traffic you get.

No doubt, you will get any number of visitors to your site. But, will you get strong and active down lines through these visitors? My experience proves it to be a big " NO! Not at all!!"

Reasons:

1. The visits are not genuine.
2. Most of the users use bots for these sites;
3. Increased bounce rates;
4. The users of these traffic exchanging sites visit multiple sites in a single session. They do not care to visit your site since they are concerned more with visitors to their site with the Traffic Exchange.
5. These kind of web sites are nothing but waste of time;

Conclusion:

Then, what should be done to have increased Traffic?

1. Leave these sites and try to optimize your sites for search engines,
2. Write quality articles on your site;
3. You will not only get more visits than these traffic exchanging sites, but you will get genuine visits.
4. That's said, please use social media like Face Book, Twitter, etc. - Create a Group - Place a
Link to your Blog-Blog should say everything about SFI in an attracting manner - Provide your
JMY Gateway at the right place in your Blog and lead the visitor towards it.

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

Thanks for this question. In fact every one breaks his or her head with this question in SFI.

The reasons could be:

1. Without any idea people sign up.
2. They may think:

- The moment they sign up they can start seeing money;
- No need to do any kind of hard work;
- No investment will be required;
- There is no need to recruit people like in any other MLM or Ponzi Schemes;
- They can log in any time & any day they like without a regular work schedule;
- No need to buy products;
- No need to study or under go training to understand the business better;
- Everything can happen automatically;

3. Further, in the first month or two it will be easier to gather 1500VP & become
remain an EA.
4. When they wake up to the reality in the 3rd month they may feel disappointed;
5. When they fail in their attempts to introduce people as their down line they may
tend to lose interest.
6. When their CSAs remain inactive they will reach the saturation point;
7. When they find they spend but not receiving something in return quickly they will
feel enough is enough.

Thus, many of them will become ineffective and no amount of inspiring mails from the Sponsor or Co Sponsor will move them to work again.

On the other hand when they sign up with a clear understanding that:

1. SFI is not an over night rich program;
2. Patience, Perseverance and Duplication are key factors to succeed;
3. Team building is vital;
4. Every Day activity is vital;
5. Training materials are available to understand every aspect of the business;
6. There are enough up line leaders to support

They will be prepared to carry on with this business on a long term basis.

First 2 months are very crucial for any one joining SFI. It is precisely that time that the Sponsor should shoulder more responsibility in inspiring them with regular encouragement and support.

Conclusion:

When the Sponsor is honest and explain everything openly and build the trust, I am sure the PSA or CSA will certainly work the business. No undue pressure should be
exerted to buy products, etc. When we inspire them with our performance & sincere commitment towards their growth, they will love to remain and carry on with the business. This is my experience too!!!

Any place where you will have access to huge gathering of people will be very ideal to meet people face to pace, promote SFI Business and explore opportunities to recruit affiliates.

Such being the case, you can find mass gathering of people, or huge visitors in the following places:

1. Shopping Malls
2. Established Restaurants;
3. Department Stores;
4. Trade Fairs;
5. Exhibitions;
6. Professional Colleges;
7. Theme (Amusement) Parks;
8. Parks;
9. Beach;
10. Post Offices;
11. Pass Port/Visa Offices;
12. Bus Depots (Transit Junctions);
13. Professional Colleges;
14. Employment Centers;
15. Seminar Centers

There are some more places like Temples/Churches, Theaters, etc. However, even though you can see huge visitors, its not ethically advisable to speak to them about business opportunities in those places.

You can have a small place taken with the concerned people's permission in the places mentioned above. You can have sufficient flyers, hand bills, etc to explain and issue to your visitors. At the end of the day, do ensure that you collected the contact details from your visitors through a form that can even show their interest or other wise, so that it will be easy for you to do a follow up.

Like these places, keep looking for more and more such places in your Region and try to meet people quite often; Explore every opportunity available to meet & recruit people face to face.

We get Sponsor in 2 ways.

1. We are introduced to SFI directly by them;
2. We joined SFI on our own (like myself) & Sponsors are assigned to us by SFI;

In any case, once we get a Sponsor directly or indirectly, we should get adequate support, at least in the first few months helping us to perform smartly & start earning income within a reasonable time.

Sponsors should help their down lines with all their heart to grow and succeed.

They should:

1. Explain the Business concepts properly;
2. Teach/Educate systematically;
3. Intervene when situation warrants;
4. Correct errors if any in the working methodology;
5. Communicate regularly (& not just to secure AVP);
6. Help in building the Team;
7. Inspire through their own performance/achievements;
8. Motivate (best performers at least if not every one) through incentives;
9. Be active & a Role Model to follow;
10.Suggest ways & means to grow & succeed;
11. Have the heart to share how do they succeed;
12. Reassign a really active & performing PSA & not some one who is inactive;
13. Be prepared to contact down line (Even a non seeking one!) on their own with genuine concern;
14. Above all, keep up dating their Leadership Page regularly.

Conclusion:

1. These are major indicative parameters to evaluate the performance of Sponsors.

1. The Speciality of the Products;
2. Availability of Products;
3. Quality of Products;
4. Delivery Time of the Products;
5. After Sales Service; (where applicable)
6. Cost economics;
7. Advantage of Buying from your ECA vis a vis their local Stores;
8. Anything else which you offer than can be of interest
9. What is "IN it for them?" if they decide to buy or sell them? your Team Membe

Factor No. 9 indicated above is very very important for any one to take a decision.

Benefits in terms of Commission & VersaPoints should be quite attractive for any one including your Team Members to decide favorably.

I did make an ad. in a popular Pay Per Click site. Initially, it was free till such time I exhausted the Free Limit allowed. It was in circulation for 3 months.

In terms of Number of New Sign Ups, it was amazing. I received more than 400 PSAs.

Within a few weeks I understood the quality of sign ups was " Worst " as none remained active from day one (to this date).

I tried this in some others sites also, recently. There came no sign ups at all.

Now, I am concentrating on introducing my closest Family Members/Relatives and Friends. In fact, some of them went through my JMT Gateway and evinced interest. This is quite encouraging, as some more personal dialogues with them, will bring me positive results.

I have plans to make a Standing Order for S-Builder Co-Op and PSAs to GO (being offered by our own Organization itself), in the coming months. I may take part in the Pricebenders Auction when they offer PSAs or CSAs. Here also, there is no guarantee that the new PSAs or CZSAs thus we get, will be "Active".

But for the money we spend, at least we get valuable VersaPoints, MRPs, etc.

Conclusion:

1. I can honestly conclude, by using the new JMT Gateway, we can generate SFI sign ups from Pay Per Click advertisements, as it provides all relevant information in adequate proportions.

2. Other than this, I don't see any other Best Method to do it.

3. However, PPC advertisements do not assure you sign ups leave alone good quality. Its waste of money without any returns, as my personal experience proved it

It's a million dollar question-honestly.
