Hi there

Look at the goals you've set for yourself - every time you reach one of these goals it is success. Because it encourages you when you see yourself reaching your goals I see it as very important that you do not set unrealistic goals - like being the number one top earner in your 1st month. Not seeing you reaching any goals is very demoralizing and might tell you to give up. If you give up you will always wonder: Did I throw away my chance to become financially independent?

Think of SFI as building a house. You need a good foundation and then you build it up - row by row, brick by brick. You can not leave holes in the foundation or leave out a brick or two.

Each lesson you do in Launchpad forms an important part in your foundation. Once you appreciate and understand every lesson you are ready to start building your business on that foundation. The bricks are everything you do to build your business - the actions, the sales, the marketing etc. It is also

I have planned a local get-together for A2A affiliates. Any suggestions on what to do at the meeting?

When you decided you plan the get-together you must've had a reason for doing so. Did you do it just to get to know them? Do you want it to be a social gathering? Do you want it to be a learning / teaching event?

If it is a get to know each other social event - keep it that way. Have you ever been invited to a party and then get there only to realize it was just a scam to get you to attend? It is disappointing and irritating.

Maybe you can let them know beforehand what

How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?

I feel honesty is the best policy - tell them it is a legitimate business and not a get rich quick scheme - if that is what they are looking for they are in the wrong place HOWEVER if they are serious about working on a long term goal and building up a legitimate strong business they should stay and give it the effort and attention it deserves and that will help them to succeed.

If they are not convinced they can do research on the history of successful businesses. Did success come overnight?

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

That is debatable. It can come back to bite you or it can help you to build a strong down line.
You have to look at what your down line is doing. If they do something to help themselves - give them a gift certificate just to help them out and to stop them from getting discouraged.
Do not waste your money on somebody that is not even trying.

I can tell you from my personal experience - I work very hard but I came close to giving up and somehow my sponsor picked up on it and

Where can I get good content for my SFI blog without infringing on copyrighted material?

It is always better if you write about what you know. What do you know better than your own journey with SFI?

What did you know about SFI when you started? Just about nothing right? You learned things that made you decide to stay. Write your blog about that. You have to use the correct terms so you have to use the same terms SFI will use - that would not be infringing on copyright. Should you copy everything word for word it is definitely infringing on copyright.

Hi there

I usually see a question and then I think about it for a while before I answer it.
When I answer the question I use my own words, experience and honest opinion - my answers are often very different from other answers on the same question. I read the other answers to compare other people's point of view - I don't know it all and other opinions might shed more light and teach me something new.

I also think you have to answer questions shortly after they are posted

As far as I am concerned the only good shortcuts will be the ones you put on your computer to go straight to your favorite websites or games. If you look at success stories you will see they all have something in common

They worked hard and they worked smart

Working smart does not mean shortcuts - it means doing things efficient without working yourself into a standstill and it means good time management.

The only shortcut I would recommend would be to train yourself

It is FREE

It trains you, teach you skills, gives you all the tools you need. You don't have to surf the net to learn to do anything - you got it all here in one place. The value of the knowledge you earn is priceless.

Availability of support - all you have to do is ask.

The head of the company - Gery - is involved and not just an invisible person, or a name that might or might not be real.

SFI's been in business for a long time and they have a

Wow - I can almost tell you to write down every tool and that would be your most important tool.

I think the most valuable tool we get is knowledge - without the knowledge every tool available would go to waste - without the knowledge you can not use even the best tool in the world.

Your next most valuable tool would be people - the support staff and everybody at HQ, the people at the Forum that is always happy to help and then your sponsor and the rest of your up and down line.
